@Sitchervice so pleased to hear you good news. Can’t imagine what a relief that must be. Thank you for updating us Smile

TerryRose · 22/12/2020 20:32

@Waitingforbabypage I use Sprout! Just the basic free account! It's 3D

Ivybutterfly · 22/12/2020 21:56

Does anyone else get a popping feeling in their stomach when they sit up? I get it on my right side and it freaks me out.

Sweetmad · 22/12/2020 23:00

@Ivybutterfly I’ve have had A bubbles popping sensation and have been told it’s movement but am not so sure just yet aha

Madi6 · 23/12/2020 07:12

@BlondePotter @LBee2020 I do results with bump too, there’s so much choice and like you say defo no sitting on a chair!
Also @bumpsamdburpees have lots of free ones on there igtv I’ve only done a couple but she gives lots of variations so you can choose which level you do x

LBee2020 · 23/12/2020 07:20

Oooh thanks for the workout recommendations! I've seen RWB have a deal for paying nothing until February so I'm going to try it out. If I end up looking anything like Lucy Mecklenburgh I'll be very happy!

swiftt · 23/12/2020 07:21

northerngal20 · 23/12/2020 11:37

hi everyone! hope all is well!

yay @Sitchervice really glad to hear your results went well!! and a boy -eeek!

i've been having lots of aches and pains in my belly the last few days (now 13+6) - it's made me slightly nervous but i'm hoping it's just everything stretching. can't wait to start feeling tiny flutters in there!

RachShad · 23/12/2020 11:51

Hi sorry I'm due first week of July and am currently nearly 12 weeks. Just wondering how yous that are abit ahead of me have found symptoms easing after the first trimester? Does the nausea and tiredness get much better?

RachShad · 23/12/2020 11:52

Hope is okay for me to comment

Mackie2020 · 23/12/2020 11:53

@RachShad I started feeling a bit better at around 14/15 weeks. I'm now 17 weeks and most days I feel fine. Still get some shorter spells of nausea, and feel a bit Riley some evenings, but mostly I'm fine.

BlondePotter · 23/12/2020 11:54

@RachShad my nausea eased at 11 weeks although I was never sick. Tiredness comes and goes but I'm getting 8/9 hours of sleep a night and feeling pretty good! 16 weeks now.

RachShad · 23/12/2020 11:57

Aw thankyou guys that's good to hear! I've heard after the 12 weeks mark it does get better but just wanted to ask someone who had actually gone through it recently. Fingers crossed it won't be long for me now!! I'm fed up of feeling sick all day everyday haha

PinkPlantCase · 23/12/2020 12:28

@RachShad I’ve actually been much more sick in the second trimester. I only had the feeling of nausea in the first but now I’m 16 weeks and I’ve been sick about twice a week since 12 weeks. Generally in the morning.

Can’t complain too much as I know a lot of people have it worse but I did think I was meant to be past it.

PinkPlantCase · 23/12/2020 12:29

Threw up my advent calendar chocolate yesterday 😢

lucieloos · 23/12/2020 13:29

@RachShad I'm just over 14 weeks now and have been sick and nauseous constantly since 5 weeks. I'm on 3 different lots of medication which helps but not all the time. I've been sick a few times today. Praying that it can't be too much longer left now!

TerryRose · 23/12/2020 13:52

@RachShad I had horrendous nausea and food aversions during trimester 1, I am 15 weeks now and it has lessened but get the odd day where it's bad and still have certain foods I can't eat and feel sick at the thought of so hoping this lessens soon

RachShad · 23/12/2020 14:12

Yes I have been sick and nauseous since week 6 and it just hasn't budged barely! It has got a tiny bit better this week but still there, im hoping its going to lessen each week. Im on cyclizine but can't decide whether it helps or not either. Yeah its mad what it does to your appetite isn't it! Foods i would normally love i can't even bare to think about or i could be sick! Trimester 1 has been so so bad I've never known anything like it! Heres to 2nd trimester 🤞🤣

lucieloos · 23/12/2020 14:58

@RachShad cyclizine is one of the meds that I'm on but it did nothing for me taking it on its own so if it's not helping then speak to your gp and they will be able to give you something else to try. It sometimes takes a while to get the right combination.

RachShad · 23/12/2020 15:18

Yeah I was on 2 at the same time, other one beginning with an M. Cant quite remember the name of it haha its upstairs and can't be bothered to go and get it haha, but I felt abir dizzy and had blurred vision etc so think being on 2 at the same time was making me all abir dazed and didn't like it. I never normally like taking meds tbh but I was soooo sick I knew I had too! I'm still taking cyclizine so hoping it will just gradually ease with that.

Fishingforhapiness · 24/12/2020 06:53

Another sicky one here. At 12 weeks got admitted for fluids as vomitting 10-12x a day. Taking cyclizine didnt help. Ondansetron exhausted me so stopped. But now has eased to 1-2x per day which is manageable.... on a different topic. Im now 16 weeks havent seen our parents together since finding out. My mother has been desperate for a GC for about 6 years ... its all she would talk about and moan my siblings and I all seemed to prefer dogs. We plan on telling her tomorrow when we see her. She's quite hard work and our relationship can be a bit tense. Im now worried she will be upset we haven't told them sooner. In laws are very chilled. Meeting them for a dog walk in the morning and they will be pleased. Should I be worried?

Waitingforbabypage · 24/12/2020 07:35

@Fishingforhapiness if your mum asks why you didn't tell her sooner, just explain that you've not been in the best frame of mind due to the sickness and you wanted to have all relevant blood tests and scans before telling anyone.
But no, I don't think you need to be worried. It's happy news!!
