@Sitchervice same here or if it's just bloat! I start the day with a small bump and by the end of the day it's much bigger!

Nellle · 09/12/2020 10:39

I'm pretty sure my "bump" is bread, not baby!

Sitchervice · 09/12/2020 11:48

@Nellle ohhh in my first trimester I craved carbs like mad. I think my child is going to come out as bred 🤣

Congratulations its a beautiful loaf baby

Snally82 · 09/12/2020 12:19

I went through the drive thru and ate 2 McChicken Sandwiches, then came home and ate pizza!

Nesski · 09/12/2020 13:14

@Snally82 sounds like a dream, can murder a McChicken right now...

Dragonfly92 · 09/12/2020 16:38

Had my rescan this morning and finally managed to get measurements for twin 1! Due date brought forward a day to 17 June. So amazing to see them again 🥰 saw a multiples midwife and will have scans every 2 weeks after 16 weeks to monitor growth.

Sitchervice · 09/12/2020 17:17

@Dragonfly92 our due dates are the same!!!

Dragonfly92 · 09/12/2020 17:34

@Sitchervice eeek! How exciting. I feel like it's going to go so quick

Sitchervice · 09/12/2020 17:41

@Dragonfly92 I don't 😐 I feel like I'm going to be pregnant forever

Dragonfly92 · 09/12/2020 18:14

@Sitchervice 😔 how has the 1st trimester been for you?

Sitchervice · 09/12/2020 18:22

@Dragonfly92 not so good. XD hopefully second is better. You?

Dragonfly92 · 09/12/2020 18:34

@Sitchervice sorry to hear that. I really hope the second is better for you. Loads of people seem to say it gets better in the second. Fingers are crossed!
I've not been too bad. Nausea mainly but it comes and goes. Tiredness has really hit me the last few days. I could easily nap if I wasn't working.

TangledNemo · 09/12/2020 18:51

Me too!

I’ve found the first trimester really tough as I’ve been so tired. Thankfully, that has eased up the last few weeks but the nausea picked up a bit. Even then, I’m feeling quite lucky as I’m not sick every day and haven’t been sick at work at all.

TangledNemo · 09/12/2020 18:53

@Sitchervice @Dragonfly92
Meant to say I’m due on the 17th too!

Dragonfly92 · 09/12/2020 19:32

@TangledNemo aw yay another 17 June baby! Glad you're starting to feel a bit better. Hopefully the nausea settles for you.

Here's to hoping we have a glowing second trimester 🤞

Is anyone else having problems with their skin? Mine hurts so much, I've normally got clear skin, only usually one or two little breakouts when my period was due, but this is a mega breakout and looks almost like a rash? It is so sore

Yes, my skin's been awful, which is annoying as I had bad acne all through my twenties and thought it'd finally stopped.
PinkPlantCase · 10/12/2020 09:38

I’ve been spottier too. Just these last few weeks. All on the lower half of my face. Cheeks and chin, I guess it’s hormones

Sitchervice · 10/12/2020 10:20

I've had a few spots but I've been told it's best to keep your skin well treated bio oil for the belly boobs hips and bum morning and evening. A good hydrating face mask (I'd recommend lush) and argon oil for the hair.

Snally82 · 10/12/2020 10:56

My skin seems even drier than normal but nothing else so far.

I just ordered the Burts Bees Mama Bee cream and their body oil as this reminded me I should probably start with that stuff now!

MarshallCleo · 10/12/2020 11:01

@waitingforbabypage I have this too and usually have very clear skin - looks exactly like yours! Hoping it will fade soon.

Mackie2020 · 10/12/2020 11:02

My skin has felt weird, but looks normal. My forehead and chin felt really rough and bumpy and I couldn't figure out if it was dry or below the surface spotty. It seems to be improving now at 15 weeks.

I've also been really shit at skin care - not that I was very good before. I quick wash in the shower & a bit of moisturiser once a day (if that Confused) is basically all I'm doing.

Mackie2020 · 10/12/2020 11:04

And speaking of skin - my back has been really itchy for weeks & my stomach is now at it too. I'm trying to slap on some body lotion to see if that helps. Anyone else had the itches??

Sitchervice · 10/12/2020 11:21

I would well recommend Bio oil for stretch marks. It makes your skin nice and soft and it smells amazing!

PurpleishDahlia · 10/12/2020 13:36

Has anyone started decluttering successfully? I am having a really hard time getting DH to part with useless tat he hasn't used in 100 years.
