Hi everyone!

2 days ago i found out I was expecting baby number 2! Super excited but as we all know the first trimester is not easy and I really found it helpful to have other women going through the same thing to chat to at this crazy and difficult time!

Would love to chat to some of you guys due around the same time! ❤️

Not due but noticed today there is a thread for July 2021 it was on my homepage. Quite a few on that one I think! Smile

hobbschelsea18 · 29/10/2020 12:00

Hello,

Congratulations! I'm due July 5 I believe, Baby #1 after a MC in June 2019. Gosh I forgot how much worrying the first trimester is, especially as I don't have any symptoms yet.

How're you feeling Smile

ChunkyButFunky87 · 29/10/2020 19:25

Hi ladies,

Got BFP with Baby No 2 earlier today, although we did have an early miscarriage in May, so just keeping everything crossed I have a sticky bean.

I have never got a positive until after my period should have finished, however today I came over funny and felt really sick. Wasn't until lunch time I just randomly decided to test and within 30 seconds it showed on a FRER and tonight a digital, so hoping for some strong hormones! I was really sick with DD from 7 weeks. I should be 4 weeks today, EDD 9th July

Come on Rainbow baby Smile

hobbschelsea18 · 29/10/2020 19:57

Congratulations @ChunkyButFunky87 wonderful news Smile

I’m sorry to hear about your MC, it’s a horrible experience to go through. Like you I had a MC but June 2019, and didn’t think a pregnancy would happen again as it took so long but hey here I am and over the moon.

I don’t have any symptoms yet, I just feel really tired. How’re you feeling? X x

Honeyandapple · 29/10/2020 19:59

Hi - congratulations OP! There's already quite a busy chat going on for July 2020 babies. Sorry I can't link it, might be worth searching if you're interested

Honeyandapple · 29/10/2020 20:00

2021 ** wow time is flying

ChunkyButFunky87 · 29/10/2020 20:23

I saw that chat and thought it was too far in and confusing to see whose who lol

@hobbschelsea18 I'm feeling good, as I say randomly sick feeling this morning, but if it means a strong pregnancy I'll take it!

DanielleB88 · 02/11/2020 13:05

Hi! I'm danielle, cautiously joining today! I'm 32 and just found out this morning. Period hasn't arrived so decided to do a test. I'm 4weeks today with baby number 4. X

hobbschelsea18 · 03/11/2020 07:19

Congratulations @DanielleB88 wonderful news Smile. How’re you feeling? Any symptoms kicked in yet? X x

DanielleB88 · 03/11/2020 07:29

Aww thank you! Congratulations to you too! Not many symptoms tbh, other than twinges/cramps and odd lower back ache oh and major insomnia. What about you? How you finding it? Xx

hobbschelsea18 · 03/11/2020 12:14

I too have the odd twinge, and keep waking once a night with difficulty getting back to sleep but other than that I’m OK. I’m feeling very excited, this is Baby #1. I have a telephone consultation with a Community Midwife tomorrow and I’ve booked an early scan for 19 November x x

Cakeface212 · 03/11/2020 13:21

Hi everyone,

Found out yesterday we’re expecting baby #2, 4weeks gone. I have a seven year old boy who’s been begging endlessly for a sibling (will wait to get through first tri before sharing the news with him, he’s guaranteed to burst). Really excited, and happy to have this hub of ladies to get through this with.

Congrats Everyone, Team July2021 Xx

hobbschelsea18 · 03/11/2020 14:18

Hi @Cakeface212 congratulations to you Smile my OH has a four year old, I’m not quite sure what she will make of the news but sounds like your son will be extremely happy. How’re you feeling symptom wise? X x

Cakeface212 · 03/11/2020 17:06

@hobbschelsea18 Thanks and congrats to you too. I was having period type cramps but they seemed to have stopped. No real symptoms as of yet l, just maybe a little fatigued. Hope your sleeping better?

3scompany · 03/11/2020 18:00

Hi ladies 👋🏻 I hope it's ok if I tentatively join...

I'm still VERY early (EDD 15th/16th July) and I've been having cramps. Every day. Not too strong but enough for me to notice. And pretty consistent. For those that have had them: was this normal for you? And when did they subside? I'm panicking really (although I know what will be will be). Other than cramping I've been bloated awfully and felt sick a lot. And have had very sore boobs!

Hoping you all have a happy and healthy 9mths xx

PurBal · 03/11/2020 18:08

BFP yesterday. Whoop July party.

Hopefulmummie · 03/11/2020 18:33

Hi everyone.
Congratulations on BFP

I had an ectopic pregnancy back in June at 7 weeks which was devastating. Me and my partner have been TTC again since late August and have had 2 BFN since.

My AF due tomorrow but I've felt strange all week and been having sharp cramps for few days which have been different to period cramps. Decided to do a test today and got a BFP :)
I obviously don't want to get excited cause of what happened last time. I am going to do a self referral tomorrow as I know they scan you from 6 weeks if you have a previous ectopic pregnancy.
Fingers crossed everything goes ok

StickingAround · 03/11/2020 18:42

Major congrats to all!!!!!! Smile BFP with hcg almost tripling with each test. Due July 2. Still kind of in shock after a very long journey to get here! Progesterone dipped a little - nothing too scary. Dr wants me to start on Lubion/Pleyris (same drug different name) in addition to combo oral and vaginal just to make sure that my body is absorbing progesterone. She says that different people absorb differently. Has anyone used Lubion? There is a choice to do it belly subcutaneous or bum intramuscular. What did you do? Plz include needle size if you know.

MrsMDD · 04/11/2020 12:09

Hi all. Terrified but got my v v v faint bfp on Monday, then stronger line yesterday and stronger again today. Only due af tomorrow so will be 4 weeks tomorrow. Minor sore boobs and really cold feet?! And a dull ache on lower left side are my only symptoms. Im hoping the nausea starts soon. I had a mmc in July (3rd pregnancy) and the only symotom that was different from my previous 2 pregnancies was no nausea! so afraid this time. Hoping for healthy pregnancies for us all

Mylasmummy2102 · 04/11/2020 12:23

Hey

I'm due on the 6th July! Day before my 30th birthday 🙈 this is my third pregnancy and I totally agree first trimester is really anxious I feel more anxious now then with my other two!

What day are you due?

Xx

Hopefulmummie · 04/11/2020 12:57

Hi girls..

Feeling a bit disappointed today. Rang my GP today to report the pregnancy and she told me to get in contact with early pregnancy unit as they normally scan early with a previous ectopic. Rang them and they said they wouldn't bring me in for a scan unless I was having symptoms of an ectopic like before. I thought I was going to be getting an early scan to put my mind at ease. Will maybe just book a private one

hobbschelsea18 · 04/11/2020 13:14

Congratulations to the newcomers Smile

I know it’s easier said than done, but try not to worry about the lack of symptoms or symptoms different from before. I too am anxious and have read every symptom possible but everyone is different, and I’m sure we will all experience it at some point so for now I think we need to try enjoy the fact we are pregnant and ‘patiently’ wait for our scan.

@Hopefulmummie sorry to hear they won’t scan you early, very disappointing. Can you not push for them to do so? I’ve booked an early scan for 19 November which will make me 7+3 from LMP so hoping it’s a healthy pregnancy and I get to see a heartbeat x x

Hopefulmummie · 04/11/2020 13:18

@hobbschelsea18 she just said they wouldn't unless I was having issues with pain or bleeding. I'll see what happens when I get my letter out from them. But will probably book an early private scan for reassurance don't think I could make it to 12 weeks!

Aww won't be long coming around

Char1803 · 04/11/2020 16:54

Hope you don't mind me joining.

I am 4 weeks with baby #1. I feel like I can't stop worrying about it and just hoping nothing goes wrong!!

I'm also suffering extreme trapped wind/constipation and find myself in such pain daily, anyone else experiencing similar??

Congrats all 🤗

hobbschelsea18 · 04/11/2020 17:46

Hello @Char1803 congratulations 😊

After readings the different threads on here I think we are all in the same boat and worrying like crazy. I mean it’s hard not too with a tiny little human growing inside us. I’ve booked an early scan on 19 November which will make me 7+3 so I’m hoping for a healthy heartbeat 🥰

I don’t have any symptoms if I’m honest, my boobs are definitely bigger but not sore, I’m eating and drinking a lot and I wake once a night with difficulty going back to sleep for a few hours which means I’m exhausted the following day 🥴

Such an incredible journey to be on and something I’ve wanted for so long, how exciting!!

How’re you feeling? X x
