Hi everyone!

2 days ago i found out I was expecting baby number 2! Super excited but as we all know the first trimester is not easy and I really found it helpful to have other women going through the same thing to chat to at this crazy and difficult time!

Would love to chat to some of you guys due around the same time! ❤️

Is anyone else hoping come next June/July that things will be much better and there will be no restrictions around maternity services. I would hate to experience this all in a different way and I feel for women that have had to

@Hopefulmummie Totally! But also trying to mentally prepare myself for restrictions still being in place just in case. I would love for DH to be there for it all and to be able to stay with me after. I'm going to be so scared as its my first 🙈

Any else feel like time is stood still?! 5 weeks today and I just want to do something to acknowledge pregnancy, scan, appointment - anything lol

The next 35 weeks are going to drag!

@ChunkyButFunky87 I totally agree with you. I feel like I gave just been counting down the days so that I am a week further in.

Its so conflicting having this fabulous news but not being able to share it or get too excited yet. Also as I don't really have symptoms I'm not feeling any different and its too early for any bodh changes so just feel like I'm wishing time away until it gets a bit more exciting!!

I'm 5 weeks today too!

I found out yesterday . Think I’m due mid July. Surprise pregnancy! No symptoms except for a few cramps like my period is about to start...

@ChunkyButFunky87 @Char1803 I can totally relate, I’m 5+4 today, no symptoms and desperate for something to happen. I was supposed to have a telephone consultation with the Community Midwife on Wednesday of this week but it’s been pushed back to Monday and I have a private ultrasound 19 November which will put me at 7+3. Excited but very anxious due to MMC in June 2019.

@hobbschelsea18 ah that's exciting though. When I rang my doctor on Monday they said I have to self refer to the midwife and not to do it for another couple of weeks to make sure everything was okay. It disheartened me slightly to be honest!!

I have a private scan booked for 22nd November too so hoping from then it will become more exciting and real!!

@Char1803 Wow, really. I would refer yourself when you’re ready, I did a self referral as soon as I found out and I will be 6 weeks on my Booking Appointment.

I keep getting anxious as I feel so good, I mean slightly tired and I can’t stop eating but other than that I feel OK. I don’t have sore boobs which is a common complaint on here so the sooner the scan comes around the better, hopefully peace of mind 🤗 although the 2 week wait seems like forever x x

@hobbschelsea18 I may make the referral then because there might be a wait for appointments anyway!

Good to hear you have no symptoms. I have extremely sore boobs but I suffer from this during PMS so I'm kinda used to it anyway. Also suffering with extreme gas and constipation which has me in agony but I suffer from IBS so expected to experience it more than others. Just grateful im not feeling sick (yet!!)

I am 5+2 with baby number 2

Baby number 1 was stillborn at 40 weeks last year so I am nervous but hopeful about this pregnant

Over the past week I have had the insomnia, constipation, wind, some mild nausea on and off and then times when I worry that I feel absolutely fine or that I'm imagining symptoms.

Hi everyone,
I found out on Monday (2nd Nov) that in pregnant. So I'm pretty much bang on 4 weeks. This is my first pregnancy and we've been trying for around 14 months. I have Endometriosis so have been undergoing test the last 4 months in order to begin help with fertility but this won't be needed now!
Are there any other ladies out here who are pregnant and have Endometriosis??

Did another digital today, a week on, I wanted to see the progress.

Tomorrow I'll be 5+2, which is the day I lost our last pregnancy. Kind of just willing it out the way, I know I can't control what can still happen but I feel like I'll feel better after tomorrow.

I got little bean this hat, so whatever happens they're acknowledged and they have warmth

Hi, I'm due start of July. I have a early scan as my baby is isci baby so get a scan from the assisted conception unit. This is my first pregnancy so fingers crossed it all goes well🤞🏻

@Loured5 I've been suffering all year with symptoms I suspect is endometriosis. My GP referred me for an internal scan which I had last Friday. I don't know the results of that yet but I did get to see a little blob that was baby. (Was only 4+6)
Still getting all the pelvic pain I was getting before getting pregnant though. A bit worried whatever it is might interfere with pregnancy. I guess watch this space.

@Char1803 Congrats! I know what you mean about worrying I just tell myself that it is normal and then take a big breath. I just entered my 6th week! The wind is really normal. I learned that the progesterone not only relaxes the uterus but also the intestines... This doesn't help to move things... Such fun! It has helped me to eat balanced meals without too much starch or simple carbs. Broccoli and sprouts create more gas too. Instead I have been eating spinach salad as a substitute for dark leafy greens. Also pak choi is good. Eat fruits for fiber and when you feel like you need sugar. It's better to eat smaller meals and more frequently = space out the digestion. Hope this helps!

Is anyone's vitamin D low? Just learned mine is low and was told to take extra 20mg a day.

@StickingAround ah im glad it is normal I was really worried because on occasions I was in a lot of pain to the point I was sweating and feeling sick, but I used to get this with my IBS on and off. I'm definitely trying to eat more fruit and veg and lots more juices. Thank you though!!

Ah I will be 6 weeks on Friday so a little behind you. Its so exciting but so nerve wracking and then at times I forget its even happening!!
