Hi everyone!

There doesn’t seem to be a thread yet for July 2021, probably because most of you haven’t got your BFP yet! I got mine yesterday at 9DPO which was super early but had a pretty clear line on a FRER with afternoon urine, so confirmed with a digital. My due date is 4th July 2021 and I can’t wait for more of you to join me!! Feeling excited but a bit overwhelmed / not everything has sunk in yet. Also it’s still super early so I’m crossing my fingers (and legs!) that this little one sticks. It’s my first baby so I have no experience of any of this!

Hopefully see more of you in the next few days!!

Xx

Hi there, just got BFP today and it feels very surreal! Had a couple of faint lines on FRER last couple of days but definite positive on clear blue today. We haven’t been trying but equally not not trying. Glad I’ve found this thread as I’ve been reading so many over the last two weeks, it’s nice to find some others with similar dates. Feeling a bit tired, boobs a little sore and occasionally queasy. Looking forward to seeing how everyone progresses. Good luck to all 🤞 xx

stickytoffeepud1991 · 05/11/2020 21:17

Hi @Kerry93 congratulations that’s great news!!!
We have a FB group if you would like to join? You too @Zo35? Xx

Scottishskifun · 05/11/2020 21:19

@Hopefulmummie they are most accurate done first thing in the morning (I got 1-2 weeks on one I did in the evening followed by 2-3 weeks the following morning).

I'm back to very low BP and have started fainting again (with my ds I averaged 55/75 through pregnancy) which makes me feel pretty awful but plus side of working from home is I haven't done it in my office as its been shut since March

Kerry93 · 05/11/2020 21:23

@stickytoffeepud1991 I would love to join the fb group, thank you. 😊

Zo35 · 05/11/2020 21:28

@stickytoffeepud1991 Yes, I've been trying to decide when to message about joining the Facebook group. I think it wasn't til after 20 weeks I joined one last time but I won't be waiting anywhere near that long this time! I use the app for this so the main delay is really that I need to actually remember when I'm next on a laptop to come on to pm my email for the group!

stickytoffeepud1991 · 05/11/2020 21:46

So sorry if I’ve missed anyone out i literally flit in and out of mumsnet im terrible!!

Haha no worries @Zo35 just so you know it’s there when your ready!

@Kerry93 do you know how to PM on here? Xxx

Jilly1988 · 06/11/2020 07:12

Hey everyone. Hope you are doing well. I’m 4+5 and still very nervous. Don’t really have any symptoms apart from some cramping still.

Has anyone found themselves having restless sleep? I usually sleep really well but the past few nights I have been waking up multiple times through the night.

Hopefulmummie · 06/11/2020 07:24

@Jilly1988 hey I'm 4+2 and only real symptoms I have too is cramps

I've been waking more during the night and all week I've woke from 5am and not being able to get back to sleep.
So annoying isn't it

AnxiousAnnie86 · 06/11/2020 07:41

@Jilly1988 I'm 5 + 5, from about 4 I had cramps quite bad till about 4 + 5 they've stopped now, the lack of sleep is the worst, I wake around 4am everyday. Then by 6pm I am bone tired

inahaze · 06/11/2020 09:44

hi all, im tentatively here! ive had 2 miscarriages this year so i wont take anything as real until i actually see a heart beat on a scan!

i think my due date is round about 8th july. already had a ding dong with the SO about school starting for summer babies. silly huh.

ive been so ill this week with a cold and morning sickness, i even did a covid test to make sure it wasn't that too.

anyone else sick? or BFP after miscarriages?

AnxiousAnnie86 · 06/11/2020 09:47

@inahaze I've not got any morning sickness which is making me really panic as I was hospitalised with it my first pregnancy snd the pregnancy which ended in Mc I feel like somethings wrong as I don't have it, but I've been testing regularly snd lines are getting darker.... it's the tiredness for me that's a killer!!! Total exhaustion x

EatPrayYoga · 06/11/2020 09:59

Hi everyone

I believe every pregnancy is different, symptoms come and go and "they" do say morning sickness tends to start at 6 weeks. I have been feeling a bit queasy from time to time but also hungry! And have some constipation and wind 😬

I am nervous about symptoms too but I remember feeling like this in my first pregnancy and I think it's normal. I was only ever sick a couple of times but remember feeling sick and tired a lot in the first trimester. I don't seem to feel as tired this time so far. I am 5+2

I had a full term loss (stillbirth) last year so I am very nervous anyway. I had a v early MC / CP last year and it's been over a year of trying again since then so I am hoping everything is ok.

💗

EatPrayYoga · 06/11/2020 10:00

Boobs are a bit sore on and off but it's more like boobs are a bit bruised whereas nipples were v tender last time.

Feefona · 06/11/2020 11:17

Hi all. I hope I’m not too late to the party. I’m due 1st July. 2nd pregnancy, I had a miscarriage in March at 10 weeks. Fingers crossed it sticks this time. I’m hoping to join your Facebook group if possible please 😊

Luckyelephant1 · 06/11/2020 11:23

I'm 4+6 and barely have any symptoms now, get very mild cramps in the evenings but that's it. No nausea at all so far. I'm on antibiotics for UTI as well which I've checked a million times are safe for pregnancy and they are but I can't help wondering if they could cause something this early on. Obviously I know it's much safer to NOT have a UTI but it's hard not worry.

EatPrayYoga · 06/11/2020 12:12

That's mostly what I had too feefona plus a bit of gas and constipation and I occasionally feel slightly queasy but I even wonder if I'm imagining that!

Luckyelephant They say nausea starts at 6 weeks and some people don't get it at all. I understand your nerves with the drugs but there is always a risk assessment with whether it's better to take the drug or not but the infection can usually do greater harm and some antibiotics are noted to be safe in pregnancy.

Hopeful Jilly I have either been waking up in the night or early in the morning. I think last night was the first night I slept uninterrupted.

inahaze I have had an early MC and full term loss before getting pregnant this time

I'm sorry to everyone who has suffered a loss before Flowers

PurBal · 06/11/2020 12:14

@Zo35

Hope everyone has had a good day.

I bit the bullet and completed the self-referral to midwifes form online today. Says I should hear from them in 3 working days. So hopefully will have some idea of when my booking in apt might be by Tues/Wed next week.

I was told it would be 2 weeks before I hear. Feel really alone because there's no one to ask for advice. Stupid app says morning sickness at 4+3 is unusual but I feel like shit all day and guess just was to know it's "normal". No vomiting but nausea and cramp which is waking me up at 4am every morning. PMS was worse but didn't go on. Generally feel run down and exhausted. I know it's going to get worse.
PurBal · 06/11/2020 12:15

Eugh, didn't mean to sound so negative. I'm fine, honest.

ZoeRoma · 06/11/2020 12:25

Ladies, would you mind looking at my tests and confirming (or not) that you can see a progression, please? I'm now DPO22 (I think) and the tests didn't seem to be getting any darker. But now I think the last one is a bit darker... Am I kidding myself? Thank you!

AnxiousAnnie86 · 06/11/2020 12:28

@ZoeRoma they soon look to be getting darker, those cheapies can be rubbish though! Have you tried a Frer or digital clear blue x

AnxiousAnnie86 · 06/11/2020 12:28

Do*

Feefona · 06/11/2020 12:30

@ZoeRoma they definitely look like they are getting darker. Is it possible you ovulated later than you think? Have you been temping at all? X

ZoeRoma · 06/11/2020 12:44

Thanks @AnxiousAnnie86 and @Feefona

I took a ClearBlue yesterday morning and got "pregnant 2-3".

I haven't been OPKing. I'm basing my probable ovulation on when I always ovulated when trying to conceive my 2-year-old (day 11 or 12). However, I have had cycles in the past 9 months ranging from 18 days to 28 days (I'm assuming perimenopausal), which means I cannot be entirely sure.

I had sex (sorry if TMI) on CD 9, 11, and 15. And I'm now starting to think that this was an outlier ovulation and it was actually the CD15 that got me pregnant, especially since I tested negative on CD27...

Anyway, bloods are being drawn tomorrow. But I'm all over the place, and just wanted opinions. So thanks again!

AnxiousAnnie86 · 06/11/2020 13:15

@ZoeRoma I would trust clear blue over them! 2-3 is actually 4-5 so that would be about right for you!! X

ZoeRoma · 06/11/2020 13:18

@AnxiousAnnie86 Thanks! Yes, I'll try to chill out a bit about it!
