@Justbee84 that's lovely news congratulations 😊 xx

Wish the cramping would stop its making me anxious about my AF coming and this all being a mind game!! How long do the cramps normally last for in the early stages?

maloney123 · 01/10/2020 18:50

@Justbee84 huge congrats that’s lovely news!

Finallybfp · 01/10/2020 19:08

@Justbee84 wow a big congratulations to you I bet your so happy,
@Rosie0812i have had any breast tenderness or soreness so far just bloated swollen stomach and twinges every now and then . Smile
I just need my first appointment to hurry up as I feel like I think about it all day and most of the night when I come in from work .

ZAVMLB · 01/10/2020 19:09

Congratulations @Justbee84 and @Rosie0812 xx

Justbee84 · 01/10/2020 19:14

Thank you so much @Buttercup20 and @maloney123 ❤ we are cautiously thrilled!

I've had some cramping too and tender boobies but it's coming and going....oh the anxiety!

Justbee84 · 01/10/2020 19:21

Thank you @Finallybfp and @ZAVMLB

Hope you're all doing OK. I'm hoping to discuss the possibility of having an early scan because I've had so many fertility drugs in my system over the years, will see what they say. Otherwise, reckon I'll have one done privately 🤞🏼

ZAVMLB · 01/10/2020 19:48

I have early scan booked for 9 weeks. Just need something to look forward too!!! The wait is unreal. Cant stop thinking. Dont feel too worried but just cant my mind to focus on anything else!

cateSY · 01/10/2020 19:53

Hello everyone! I'd love to join this group! Found out today we're expecting #2! Very very very early days - especially as I had a mc last month. So we feel very lucky indeed. I'm hazarding a guess at a due date of 10 June?

EwwDavid · 01/10/2020 20:05

Welcome, and congratulations newbies! Smile

My local hospital announced today they are now allowing partners to come to the scans, and during labour your birthing partner can stay the whole time. Which is great news!

Oh wow that's such good news! Thank goodness.

@ZAVMLB that's brilliant! I know exactly what you mean, I'm really hoping for an early scan too to put our minds at rest for now 🤞🏼

Hcg level at 3 weeks 5 days is 45
DR asked me to repeat the test 4 weeks 112 (after 2 days)

Dr asked me to repeat after 4 days 4 weeks 5 days and HCG is 389 ..

Doctor is concerned with report and asked me to repeat after 4 days and it will be on monday next week .. Should I be concerned wirh the numbers as doctor is concerned. Please let me know your hcg levels to ease my mind.

TheDaydreamBelievers · 01/10/2020 22:02

Hi @Katherine1214 I'm sorry to hear there are concerns with your pregnancy. Unfortunately, unless there are concerns they dont do your hcg levels in NHS. Therefore the only ones of us who will know are people who are having concerns. There are maybe charts online of what hcg levels should be?

Katherine1214 · 01/10/2020 22:38

@allTheDaydreamBelievers HCG Level chart says for 4 weeks - 5 - 426 and at 5 weeks 18 - 7340 currently am on 4th week 4thday

wenders4 · 02/10/2020 06:44

Had a positive test and based on that due 11 June but still very early days. I started a thread in conception but would be grateful for line eyes. Number 3 was this morning

Hey @wenders4 I definitely see 3 pink lines! Fingers crossed they get darker over the next few days 🤞🏼❤

ladymary86 · 02/10/2020 07:02

Hi can I join please?
I got BFP on Wednesday and think I'll be due around the 14th or June.

@Katherine1214 my HCG numbers didn't double, in fact they rose very slowly, with my DS - it's a good sign that the numbers are going up!

toptreeroots1 · 02/10/2020 07:24

Hello.
Congratulations to all.
4 week's today for me. Due date 11 June.
Got my bfp yesterday
Have a DD who is 4.5 years old

Buttercup20 · 02/10/2020 09:01

Congratulations to all the new bfp results 😊 xx

ChasingARainbow · 02/10/2020 09:16

Morning, can I join, got a BFP yesterday 5 days before period due- it was a very faint line, tested again this morning and it's darkened slightly. We're over the moon but also very cautious because I had 2 early miscarriages in April and June this year.
I was a bit more reassured this morning when the line had darkened as I'm so used to the getting fainter!
NHS website said I'm due 15th June, really keeping my fingers crossed that this one sticks. Don't think I'll be able to wait for an NHS scan done already looking at dates at around the 7 week mark for a private scan.
Lots of luck to us all x

SF89 · 02/10/2020 09:45

Hello all. I think I am due on June 1st, I just got the call from my midwives team and they think I am way further along than I do.

I had only came off the pill in July and my cycle was not regular at all. I think I am 5 weeks and they think I am 7 but I took a pregnancy test on the 9th september and it was negative so I really think I am right!

Any way the midwives have told me that the scan and booking appointment are now done together and between 12-13 weeks. Has anyone had this experiecne or are you all having your booking appointment as normal at 8-10 weeks and then scan at 12?

I am a bit worried to wait so long as I know dating scans are most accurate at 8-11 weeks :(

maloney123 · 02/10/2020 09:48

@SF89 I haven’t been told yet when my scan or blood tests or anything will be. I’ve just got my booking in appointment scheduled (by phone). Was a bit confused because everything I’ve read online says that at the appointment they’ll do some routine checks and blood tests so not sure how it all works in these covid times!

How is everyone coping with diet changes so far? Have to confess I’ve been googling before eating a lot of stuff just to be on the safe side. And I am missing my weekend glass of wine Grin

SF89 · 02/10/2020 09:51

Its so confusing I totally feel left in the dark.I might actually call them back and ask if my husband can attend the scan, I was so taken off guard I didn't think!

Deffo missing my prosscco. I have Zoom "drinks" scheduled in for tonight so hitting tesco for an alternative on the way home.

MummyOfZog · 02/10/2020 10:07

@SF89 I'm due to have booking appointment in 2 weeks via telephone. The bloods usually done at booking are going to be combined with the bloods they take at 12 weeks scan.

I'm in a similar position- midwives are going off my last period date but due to irregular cycles they think I'm 6+ weeks at the moment, whereas I'm pretty much 100% certain I'm only 4 weeks! They like to do booking appointments at 8 weeks, hence why they've scheduled me for 2 weeks time!

SF89 · 02/10/2020 10:32

Thats good that you are getting yours at 8 weeks! I wish i had something like that to keep me going- I'm seriously considering just booking my own dating scan for when I think I am 8 weeks just to give myself and my husband some reassurance.

maloney123 · 02/10/2020 10:39

@SF89 if you can afford it I would do tbh. It will give you peace of mind. We are booked for an early scan at just over 7 weeks, just because I’m so anxious about things going wrong and currently without any symptoms (other than giant boobs) I barely feel pregnant!
