Winning at breakfast. I had a jar of pickled onions. Red Leicester cheese. And cherry tomatoes.
Don't ask me, but it made sense.

@Sausage1990 fingers crossed there's a big bounty of em for you! I'm desperate to get some as well, love and apple and blackberry pie. Let us know how you get on / what you make 😀

Honestly guys, had such a great night sleep last night and woke up feeling great (it lasted an hour anyway). Going to try and do just 15 mins every day - there's deffo something in it like you've been saying / your book said about walking @blodyn91

Afternoon all just checking in

Today has been abysmal

Anyone else got the sorest boobs and sickness ! I could gag

Also I have this feeling of pressure ! I’m not sure if it’s a UTI or what- I feel it’s deep I self me , almost like a cervical pressure

It’s driving me crazy- EPU said “ohh no idea love”

Anyone else get this type of symptom

@Busybee143 morning sickness had been really bad but the last few days it's really calmed down so I'm thinking the placentas taking over xx

@Dipsy77 that's good! I'm 6 weeks tomorrow and I'm lucky enough not to have experienced it yet!

@Busybee143 mine started a couple of days after 6 weeks and has been horrific I wear my bands constantly even though I'm not been sick Anymore . I still get the waves coming over me but no where near as bad xx

@Dipsy77 don't say that 😂😂 I'm hoping to avoid ms 🤣 what are your bands?

@Busybee143 it's the sea bands they work by acupressure if I take them off the sickness gets worse (unless it's in my head) you can get them cheap on amazon it at boots xx

@dipsy77 I use seabands too. I don't know if it actually helps but I feel like it does.

@Mustbemad82 oh I feel your pain. I've been lucky that my boobs have been fine but the sickness it rough today. For me it's changed today. I have less nausea but I keep dry retching today... Its like I feel slightly sick rather than nauseated if that makes any sense but it's the 1st time that I've thought I could actually be sick. It's not the best feeling but less intense than the nausea.

I have managed slightly healthier food today... Rice cakes with laughing cow triangles on them, Celery and cucumber 😊 it was really nice actually. Fresh. Although the rest of the day all I've had in 4 pikelets 😂

So I had written a massive message replying to everyone individually and then i came off Mn to go in for my scan and lost it all 🙄

Scan went really well 4 days ahead of EDD so 12+5 making my DD 12th March ❤️ baby was very very active wiggling round and stretching was so lovely to see just a shame my DH wasn't allowed in :( looking forward to our 16 week gender scan so he can be there for that and we can find out whether it's a girl or boy.

@Cocoblue22 Aww so glad the scan went well! Rubbish how partners still can't go in 🙄 at the moment my hospital is allowing them for 20 week but not 12 so OH will be waiting outside in the car! Got my early scan on Sunday this weekend and I'm now weirdly excited even though still mega nervous.

@Ltay2 I'm the same about mine in Saturday... I'm really nervous but also really quite excited. Its hard not to be isn't it... Such a mix of emotions. Is it you that has your early scan on Sunday as well @MrsEmilyB? How are you feeling?

@Ltay2 haha yeah they've been a staple for me this week. I would say Warburtons ones are nicer than shops own tho... Less dry and slightly thinner so easier to eat if your feeling a bit off colour. X

@Cocoblue22 ahh so glad you had a lovely scan experience even if DH wasn't allowed in, not long until the 16week scan, have you booked already? Xx

@Busybee143 obvs with a 14mo you're more used to lack of sleep, I'm such a wimp and basically sleep every hour I'm not working 🙈

@Sausage1990 I may have spoken too soon as had a massive step back today with the nausea it's 100 times worse when I have bad sleep at the moment x

@Mustbemad82 I've had a pressure feeling on and off but was definitely worse in the first few weeks, or ive just got used to it 🤔

I just had a bacon sandwich for dinner after the gym (boobs definitely were trying to escape from my sports bra which I found hilarious) and now off to bed, so happy it's a short working week roll on another weekend and then it's scan time. I'm feeling eerily positive for once even though I'm going in alone 🙌🏾

@SmileyT between the 14mo and getting up for the loo I'm definitely used to being tired 😂 what's your next scan? 12w or 16w?

My slimming world group cancelled so I ate pure and utter rubbish today 😂 have decided enough is enough and il start tomorrow following Sw myself! Let's see how far I get- sorry to bother you ladies but I might have to start posting up my days diet on here!

Also ladies I am adamant not to announce to DHs extended family (aunts uncles cousins) until 20w but we've been invited to a wedding in October (his parents haven't been invited as elderly so we have to go on their behalf). I've calculated il be around 16/17weeks so was hoping I wouldnt show by then even tho epu said il probs show early due to my uterus being extremely anteverted

I swear today DH has said my belly's popped a bit 😩😩😩 but I'm only 10.5weeks- could this be possible? I already had a bit of belly jiggle going on but have no clue how I would hide my bump if I'm showing already 😫 Indian clothes are not flattering sometimes😂

Also my Doppler is very easily picking up baby's HB digitally (can't hear much as there's a lot of background noise) so I'm really reassured now and my anxiety has calmed a lotx

@Busybee143 my OH is allowed in to all my scans, all depends on your hospital 😊

So I was tired today after a crap sleep and up early for my weekly milking duty, so I napped. Never am I napping again, since waking up I have felt hungover and so crap, even missed my bike race. Honestly think I was acctually tired due to dehydration, so sleeping made it worse. I was a nap queen a few years back when I was milking at 4:30am need that nap power back!

@Mococo1 wait a little longer then if it is obvious you might want to tell them before so that you don't take the lime light from the bride and groom 😆

@blodyn91 I'm so selfish I just don't want anyone knowing or asking questions...if it was up to me I would just pop the baby out and then tell them all later lol 👀 and I defo don't want to steal any attention..

I might have to see how I go and if I'm really showing just tell them a bit earlier - it would be dreadful for someone to ask me if I am..the women tend to be quite nosy in his family and have no filter so could imagine that happening 😕 I guess I could ask my mother in law what to do once we've given them the good news 👀

@Sausage1990 I'm good thanks lovely. And yes, early scan is Sunday! I've been trying to take a bit of an Internet break as it was just winding me up, so been helping DH in the garden. We did the deed this morning and now I'm back to spotting again but apparently that's normal. I phoned EPU after my scare the other day and gosh they've been SO good! They've called me every day to see how I am and have arranged a scan on Monday for me. I did tell them I was having a private one Sunday and they just said "that's okay, it's good for us to have one for our records too". So that's happening! I'm on antibiotics for a week which are making me feel sick, but aside from that and tender boobies I have no symptoms! How are you feeling? Excited for Sunday?
