Anyone get their bfp this week/recently and due late February or March? I got my bfp this week and due date is showing at 1st March 🥰. Looking to connect with others. Xxx

@SK2970 the leg pain is weird isnt it? It comes and goes. Constantly checking every time I goto the loo which seems to be every hour! But nothing so i'm sure it is just ligaments /uterus making room! Im at work tomorrow so hopefully il be distracted and not thinking and analysing every second! Xxx

I’ve been feeling a bit crampy and generally weird most of the day. My best friend popped over earlier with a gift bag full of useful things (stretch mark butter, supplements, chocolate etc) and said it’s normal.

I’ll be calling the GP tomorrow. Are you meant to try and book an appointment or just tell the receptionist?

Also, has anyone planned to buy any books? I’ve got a few I want to get but I’m wondering if I should hold off a few weeks just in case. I’m 4+1 so still super early.

Congratulations everyone! Please can I join? I got a BFP this weekend with EDD as 7th March. Expecting our 2nd, DS will be nearly 2.5 by March and already making me wonder how I'm going to survive pregnancy with a very busy toddler to keep entertained as I'm already shattered! How are you all feeling after some hot weather? It completely wiped me out, summer could be a struggle! I'm nervous as it's early days and was only our first month trying - all feels too good to be true.

@Wyewaving usually you don't need to book to see the GP but the receptionist will advise. Where I live (Cambridge) you just get given the number of your midwife team and call them to leave a message with your details and they'll contact you to make a booking appointment before 10 weeks. My friend is a midwife and says at the moment booking appointments are being done over the phone and bloods not done until 12 week scan. This might change in the next few weeks though.

@Wyewaving I called the doctors Friday and was told to go on their website and type “pregnancy” in the search bar 🙄 then filled in a self referral form and got a reference number and was told someone will be in touch before I’m 9 weeks... I’ve booked a private scan for 26th July as I’ll hopefully be 8 weeks, it’s going to be a LONG month of waiting 🙈

When i confirmed with my doctor that i was pregnant she said the next communication from them would be my 12 week scan... 7 weeks away👀 my anxiety will be through the roof by then. Think il book a private scan for around 8 weeks. I still have brown spotting but no pains, praying the spotting leaves and all is ok 🙏🏼 xxx

I’m just running a bath after a fairly busy day and busy weekend, I am absolutely shattered, my boobs also feel HUGE. They’re not because I’ve always had pretty small boobies but they feel so heavy and weighty compared to normal and I’m only 4+1... 🤣🙈 I’ve also got quite a bit of creamy / yellowy discharge.. google says its normal. Just want this week out the way so I know I’ve missed my period. How’s everyone? X

I've officially missed by period today. Cramps have gone luckily and touch wood I have not noticed much brown spotting since this morning so hoping that'll be it! I do have a feeling like I am going to have to run to the loo any minute with a dodgy belly like you get before Diarrhea but when I get there I can't go but as soon as I get up again, i feel like it is going to come again. Anyone else had this? I've put crackers by my bedside tonight as I had to go and get some this morning as I was soooo hungry at 5am 🙈 in bed now- hoping I sleep well and belly eases up! How are you all? Xx

@Wyewaving I’m only a few days ahead of you, already read and finished ‘How to grow a baby and push it out 😂’ by a midwaife called Clemmie Hooper - it’s only 1.99 on kindle if you’ve got one/download the app! Satisfied my need to feel like I was doing something useful at this point but quite light and didn’t want to read anything not written by a medical professional :) skim read the last chapters though as that all seems quite far away right now 😅 x

@auntieR456 My friend has given me her day by day pregnancy book that I flicked to the back of and apparently looked utterly shocked according to my husband 😂 Don’t think I’ll be doing that again for a while!

Hi all, im now two days late for my period but have only had very faint positives, like hold them into the light faint. I have had been feeling sick today and had some light cramping. If this sticks, it'll be my second baby.

Anyone awake?! I am literally wide awake! Have had a dodgy belly all night!! Hope everyone is ok and I keep everything crossed that the little beans stick for us all 🥰 xxx

@Hopesandrainbows I'm wide awake so took a digital test! Keeping my fingers crossed it sticks!

Aww @Spinksy9 that's so exciting!! After having cramps and spotting I keep expecting my test to fade but I did one just now and they keep getting darker 🥳 I wish I didn't feel so anxious but this is my first after losing last to a miscarriage at Christmas. I'm praying this is a lucky month for us all 🥰 xxxx

@Hopesandrainbows I keep getting cramps at the moment. I've lost my appitite which I never do so hopefully that's a good sign. I've never been pregnant before so hoping it all goes okay. Not sure when I'm suppose to call the midwife department. We self refer in our trust, no going to the GP first?? Thinking I should wait until my AF due date is gone?

@Spinksy9 yes I've lost my appetite too! And I don't fancy chocolate which is very odd for me! Problem is even though I don't have an appetite at dinner, last night for example I was starving at 9pm and had to have toast.

Yeah the doctors don't seem to do anything now. I remember when I was pregnant last I called the receptionist to say I was pregnant and she acted like no one had ever called about that before 😂. I have printed the form out for my local hospital and will send that. Do have a call with doctor today anyway due to worrying about spotting and cramps but it seems it's pretty normal. I just want to put my mind at ease! Xx

@Spinksy9 How far into your pregnancy are you? I'll be 4 weeks tomorrow so still super early! Missed my period yesterday but inoculated day 12 so it feels I should be further along haha

@Hopesandrainbows I literally eat all the time! But lately since finding out i havent really wanted anything. Apart from Mcds which we had Saturday as a celebration ahaa!
my app says 4 weeks.
Last period was 1st june, AD due 2and July. This month however I stopped checking CM, temps and tracking ovulation and symptoms. After 6 months of TTC I wanted a month where I just ate and drank what I wanted and had sex when I wanted. This is the only month where we didnt have sex every other day. We only had sex 3 times in 17 days!
I woke my husband up st 4.30am saturday to show him the FRER test, I was too excited !
We are wating until AF was due before we get too excited!
