@Leok83 oh God it's awful, it's like the last bloody evilness of the whole conception trying, emotional turmoil abuse, horribleness. You think 'oh my god I am so happy this is the best thing in the world, god I'm anxious about the baby this time but I can't believe how lucky I am to be pregnant again....' then the sickness begins, and as it goes on all that luckyness, all that joy is totally consumed by basically being a terminal patient on her last legs constantly. It's like the world's cruel practical joke to make you feel your mortality or something! It's horrendous. If you've been through it, you know exactly what I'm talking about. I can hand on heart say though you will get through it, you will get to the other side, but you need help from your partner and support. You need to eat almost continuously, you need to stock up on sparkling water, because normal water will make you feel sick not doubt if your like me or pretty much every other woman who has suffered hard with morning sickness in the first trimester. Ginger is shit also. It's just shit. Obv any kind of biscuit can be a life saver so if it has ginger in it so be it, but you need carbs, carbs and more carbs to keep yourself from actually vomiting as much as possible. Give up cleaning your teeth when it's really bad. Trust me, you will throw up and that defeats the object of teeth cleaning.
But you will get through, you have to ride it out hour by hour, day by day. One thing it does is make you forget most of the anxiety about the baby because you are so dead from it and you have more important things to worry about, like not laying on the floor in the fetal position 😆🤦. God I feel you. It's not ok is it!
Good news, your in the worse storms of it, a few weeks down the line you will be a little better, and it goes slowly upwards from there.
I hope your partner is being very understanding, I would say if you suffer the constant quease is 100 percent worse then labour or the third trimester or have a newborn , especially having a newborn, that's delicious! But you know what I'm getting at, you are going through a incredibly hard time, and you do not have to carry on as normal. You need as much rest as possible lovely and remember keep eating and drinking how we bad it feels, it will help and make you stronger 🥰
