Hopingtomeetmymiracle · 09/06/2020 21:26

@Hopefulmummie

So sorry to hear of your loss, thinking of you xx

WoolyMammoth55 · 09/06/2020 21:46

@Hopefulmummie I'm so sorry for your sad news lovely. Hope that the hospital treat you well and you can properly grieve your loss but also see a way forward... My sister had a couple of pregnancy losses including an ectopic that went badly wrong and damaged an ovary, but she now has 2 healthy bouncing boys, the second of which wasn't even planned! There are lots of miracles in life, and I hope you get yours soon Xx

dixiedo · 09/06/2020 21:53

@Hopefulmummie gutted for you. Thank god you persevered and found out. Wishing you all the best. Take time ☹️ xxx

Pinkpaintlover · 09/06/2020 22:37

@Hopefulmummie so sorry you are going through this. Thinking of you at this tough time and sending big hugs

Grumpy19 · 09/06/2020 22:47

Has anyone had an 'early bird' appointment prior to booking? I'm having one on Thursday. This is not something that happened in my previous 3pregnancies and don't know what it is about.

BabyG123 · 09/06/2020 22:58

BabyDust13 · 09/06/2020 23:14

@BabyG123 I keep waking up in the night because I feel sick it's grim 🤢

TTC24 · 09/06/2020 23:17

I felt and was sick for the first 2 days I knew, but once I started taking pregnancy vitamins it went and just the odd bit of sickness

Hopefulmummie · 09/06/2020 23:24

Thank you again everyone. The hospital have been so nice to me especially the midwives earlier. I'm in the main hospital on a side ward so hoping I get some sleep. I had the injection around 9pm and apparently it makes you really tired. Hoping to be let out tomorrow x

Wheezeymcleazy · 10/06/2020 06:03

@Hopefulmummie glad they're taking good care of you xx

Wheezeymcleazy · 10/06/2020 06:04

@Grumpy19 I had a call where she asked my name address ethnicity etc. She said it would help make the booking appt quicker. I'm not sure if that's the same thing ?

Hopingtomeetmymiracle · 10/06/2020 06:13

I dreamt about being sick last night and then woke at 4 and haven't stopped feeling sick since. Iv haven't felt sick until this point, wondering if this is where it all starts!

Does anyone not feel particularly pregnant?
No/not many symptoms? I'm getting really anxious about it all 😔

CoalCraft · 10/06/2020 06:43

I had an intense bout of nausea last night, seemed to come from nowhere while I was lying in bed, then I fell asleep and it seems to have gone. Definitely the strongest nausea I've felt so far, but thankfully wasn't actually sick.

@Pol96 My symptoms seen to come and go; there were a few days last week where my boobs mostly stopped hurting, etc. But symptoms are definitely making themselves felt again now.

I’ve been really sick in the day but last night I woke up in the night feeling horrendous too. It’s awful! I just keep telling myself, with my last two it all stopped bang on 12 weeks so only another 5 weeks to go 🤢🤢

Sunshinedahlia · 10/06/2020 07:43

For me the nausea is getting worse and lasts all day, worst in the morning and in the evening. Last week I started waking up an hour/half an hour earlier than my alarm but the past few days I‘ve been waking up at 1.30 or 3.30 and an awake for a few hours. So tired!!

BabyG123 · 10/06/2020 07:49

@Pol96 I had none with DS1. Enjoy it 🤪🤦🏼‍♀️

Glad I'm not alone

Anyone else struggling to drink? I can eat carbs and fruit ok but drinking water makes me gag, I can only drink pure apple juice if it’s freezing cold, and there’s way too much sugar in that for it to be my main drink! Even squash tastes nasty.

Adenike21 · 10/06/2020 08:33

Hi everyone
@Hopefulmummie so so sorry for your loss..
Anyone else totally confused with their dates?
We’ve been trying to conceive after a miscarriage in December so have been tracking my ovulation. Based on my period dates, I had a private scan @ 8+6 but the sonographer couldn’t see anything at all so referred me to EPU in case it was an ectopic as my Hcg bloods were high.
I got scanned 2 days later and the hospital sonographer could see the pregnancy sac in the right spot but @ 2.5mm with no heart beat they dated me as 6w. I’ll have to rescan in 2 weeks to check if developing or will be treated as something has gone wrong. The wait it nerve racking but we’ll get through it praying for some good news.

Carabu1 · 10/06/2020 09:37

@Pol96 - me! I've actually been steering clear of this thread a bit because everyone else's symptoms are stressing me out - I honestly feel fine - no nausea, no sore boobs, literally nothing. I'm even still energetic enough to run and exercise as normal. It's very disconcerting! I am crawling towards my 12 week scan (12 days!) and am so convinced that something will be wrong - its got me in a right state! Sorry, that isn't very helpful, but just to say you're not alone! (I'm 10+6 today).
