@newbyintown congratulations! Can’t imagine how much harder it is after losses - I feel like I’m going crazy as it is! Glad also I’m not the only one doing extra scans - my anxiety has been so bad this week I’ve booked one for Monday, which will be 11+4, as I really don’t think I can go another week and a bit without knowing how it’s going. I was initially worried scans could be harmful, but after doing a bit of real search I think it looks unlikely. So roll on Monday! Even my boobs have gone back to a normal size now, which hasn’t helped with the whole thing.

@Babyboom1990 i am 9+6 today too. Double figures tomorrow wohoo.. I have refrained from having an early scan and leaving it till the nhs scan in 3 weeks time. I am petrified of that scan and them saying, the same that there is nothing there. Taking every day is at comes and counting it as a blessing..

It's a blood test where they detect the DNA of the baby and look for the Y chromosome in the mother's blood- there is a home version but it is less accurate than if it is done in a clinic. It can be done from 8 weeks onwards and takes about 5 days for the results

I wish I could sit back and relax until the nhs scan! But in reality I wish a home scan machine existed so I could check on my little bean everyday!

I'm having pink discharge 😔 and a bit of spotting.
Feel so stressed out. Rang all the right people and none of them will see me unless it gets heavy.
I understand there's nothing that can be really done but I feel care for early pregnancy is so harsh.

There's nothing on a pad and it's only there if I wipe. Feel a bit stressed out. I have a Doppler which I can always hear the heartbeat but I'm scared to use it to be honest just in case I can't hear baby.

I had a scan Thursday and measured exact 11 weeks. I can't get the photo up but I'll take a picture in a minute. It was very cute. Xx

@newbyintown wow never realised such a test exsisted. That is amazing. Why don't you get yourself a Doopler then u could hear your little princess.

@dixiedo I know it is easier said then done but stressing isn't helping. Bleeding can be common in early pregnancy hence the epu only interested when it is heavy red blood or u have cramps. Try and rest and see how you get on. Hopefully it is nothing to worry about.

I'm so impressed with you girls! You're so strong. I could never wait the 12 week scan, I'm not even 7 weeks yet and I'm dying to know what's going on in there...

My stomach feels like a big balloon atm 🎈 I'm starving but all I can eat is bread and butter.... who said falling pregnant was a good idea? 😂

@Baba11 had not realised there was such a thing. Probably a little early to get one but I will probably end up with one ...

I did bleed a lot with my second and he was okay it's just crappy isn't it.
I've had to tell work and people as I work in high risk (mental health) and need physically protecting 😬 ahhh well it's very light I will chill out 😔

Might pop to M&S and get myself to some nice easy food to eat all day. Maybe some new pyjamas and chill xxxxxx

@dixiedo oh hun, hope you okay, it seems to be very common, if everything looked good, don't stress too much.. Would you be able to hear anything anyway with a doppler? It would still be too small to hear no?

@lilypad88 I'm naughty and impatient and I have been hearing the baby with the Doppler since just before 8 weeks.
I have had two others so I knew the sound to listen for and it's very fast like a gallop. I wish I could post a recording. It was hard to find at first a lot of perseverance but the last week of two it's been quite easy to pick up on.
I just went to use the Doppler then and Sod's law it's battery has ran out !!! I must have left it on by accident.
I use the angel sounds Doppler off eBay. I had the same with my others. Can download the app and DP has a Samsung so can plug it in to his headphone hole and it tells you the bpm and records it xxx

@dixiedo ahhh so lovely! You're due the day after me (I hope!). NY babies :) Can't wait now for scan on Monday - yours looks so much clearer at 11 weeks that I'd expected!

@Carabu1 I went to wttw and they gave me a video ! The legs were so cute !!!! I wish I could post the video. I had one at 6 and 8 weeks and this once was crazy. Really lovely x

I sent our DP to grab a battery as it was a stupid 9V one and I don't have them in.

10 weeks today! Technically 11 based on LMP byt both scans I've had so far have measured a week behind, so. I had a read of the "week 10 of pregnancy" info on a bunch of sites, mostly to hear about how baby is developing. It's like a weekly treat (bit silly I know).

This morning I noticed stretch marks on my boobs Surprised as I hadn't realised they'd grown so much. They're definitely a bit bigger, but still. Don't know why but it didn't occur to me before that boob stretch marks would be a thing. I don't really mind though; it's nice in a way to see proof of body getting ready for baby.

Had a bit of bleeding last night. Not worried really as it's happened so much before, but not pleasant.

Otherwise feeling fine. Sore boobs and a bit tired. Felt a bit queasy earlier but lunch has sorted that out. Really starting to notice my appetite increasing now but trying not to overdo the snacks and things.

I don't want to be held responsible for causing unnecessary worry though !!
I am slim, well I was slim. We had two holidays beginning of the year and lock down I gained a bit before this pregnancy I was wearing a size 10, now I'm in anything stretchy hahah. So I don't know if that helps with hearing the baby early.
Some times I would sit there for twenty minutes searching and because I couldn't give up so it's wasn't really relaxing so I'm not recommending incase it scares any of you but I have always found it from 8 weeks and it's got easier and easier to find... I use ultrasound transmission gel off amazon £3. Xxx

@IshaPoet yes! Amazing news! 😍 forgive me for being ignorant about scans but I assume the yellow line is the measurement of your little bean? And what's the circle then? ^^
