@seventhrow mine aren’t as bad as yours sound but I’m still getting occasional stabbing pains in both boobs, and they generally just feel massive and heavy and tender. I’ve gone from a C cup to a DD or poss even bigger and I hate it!!!

Fouryearslater · 19/05/2020 16:31

@Addler I’ve just picked up four more from the pharmacy!

BuffaloCauliflower · 19/05/2020 16:44

@seventhrow not painful but my boobs are suddenly tender again this last week having not been so since the first few weeks. They’ve also started getting veiny at the sides which is sort of cool, stuff is happening!

Finally feeling like a baby is actually coming and I can get excited. DH is so excited and also a bit obsessed with me, which is lovely I suppose. 😂

@NoseringGirl aw thanks! How exciting!

Hi to all the newbies who have just had there scans like me.

Has anyone else been told that there placenta is at the front? I know it's not a problem just been told it means you could feel baby later or feel less movement through out pregnancy, for a worrier like myself I hope this won't be true for me! x

NoseringGirl · 19/05/2020 17:51

@Hay94 mine is at the front this time. It's baby 3 for me and my eldest's was at the front too. I did feel movement a bit later with him than with his brother and it wasn't ever as strong as his brother's movement but I don't know how much of that is to do with him being my first and the fact that my youngest might have just been more active (he certainly is now on the outside!)
I'm just about 15 weeks now and have started getting some flutters but apparently it can be earlier with subsequent babies.

onlyreadingneverposting8 · 19/05/2020 18:13

@Hay94 mine is anterior (front) this will be the second time I've had one there. Tbh it didn't make any difference to me feeling baby move last time - felt him at 17 weeks.

Hay94 · 19/05/2020 18:21

@NoseringGirl @onlyreadingneverposting8
Thank you that's good to hear!

This is only my first so new to all this! xx

Fouryearslater · 19/05/2020 18:23

Mine was anterior last time (don’t know about this one yet!), feeling movement was probably a little later (but again, it was my first!) but certainly felt enough movement later on!

Hay94 · 19/05/2020 18:43

@Fouryearslater that's good to know, thank you!!

JJxo · 19/05/2020 19:28

Hi Ladies, been off the thread for a while so just place marking so that I can start catching up with everyone. Hope you are all well.

Official due date is 6th November!!

futuredreams · 19/05/2020 19:56

@fouryearslater ha I know the feeling about not being able to go! I borrowed a joke present off my dad that he got for his 50th. A toilet squatting stool. Not so funny now! It does work. 😂

mOmShanti · 19/05/2020 20:58

@seventhrow boobs not as painful as they were, but the nipples itch like MAD whilst the skin stretches. I’m putting on balm and only wearing crop tops instead of bras to help the pain.

Pizzamyhart · 19/05/2020 21:13

My boobs have been sore which I find really odd, I never get sore boobs I didn't get them when I pregnant with ds or when during periods. It still takes me by surprise. I've found a sports bra helps the pain compared to no bra or underwire bra.

mOmShanti · 19/05/2020 21:18

Does anyone have a bump already I’m 15+3 (due 7th Nov) and have a clearly noticeable bump already- it’s not simply bloating 😂 thank goodness the bloating has decreased. I’m a small person so maybe that’s why it’s more noticeable 🤔 Anyone else in the same boat?

onlyreadingneverposting8 · 19/05/2020 21:19

I do and only 13 weeks 🙄 I'm very tiny and short bodied and have had several children - so I show very quickly!

littlegem84 · 19/05/2020 21:23

@onlyreadingneverposting I'm roughly the size of a whale already due to having zero tone in my stomach!

LozEliza · 19/05/2020 21:40

I don't have much of a bump yet but weirdly I've noticed my belly button is starting to try and pop out a bit so something must be happening!

AnxiousLady1 · 19/05/2020 22:03

Definite bump here. All at the front. People already assuming a boy on that basis. 😂 I'm 15+2 and I felt like I had a bump going since 10 weeks but figured that was just serious bloat all the time. But as others have said, it ultimately depends on your size, height, if it's first pregnancy, fitness level etc. I'm a size 8, weak core, and generally my weight never fluctuates. I think from precious scans I have an anterior uterus? Which is tilted forward I think?? So that's likely why I can see a bump so early on. It's all just pushing forward.

NoseringGirl · 19/05/2020 23:16

@Pizzamyhart my boobs still really hurt and they didn't in my other pregnancies. They're most painful when I take my bra off at the end of the day. I dread doing it!

I'm 15 weeks and have a very obvious bump. It's my third baby though and I've showed earlier every time!

carrot88 · 20/05/2020 09:13

Definite bump here too (16 +3) - gets bigger as the day goes on and I bloat more - look about 6 months by the end of the day! DH is a little worried that when I get bigger I'll topple over and be like a bug stuck on my back!! I'm short though (5'1) and was an 8-10 before pregnancy so there's kind of nowhere else for the baby to go but out I guess! Think I felt the baby for the first time yesterday too - like someone tickling the inside of my tummy? 16 week appointment over the phone today...

SqidgeBum · 20/05/2020 09:24

I have a definite bump too. Quite big actually. I haven't been able to fit in my jeans since week 10. DH says I have really popped in the last 2 days. The bloat is gone and it's all bump now, although it does get bigger throughout the day.

Caldey11 · 20/05/2020 09:26

Hi everyone, how much water/fluids are people trying to drink? I am trying for about 2 litres but I still don't know if that is enough, especially now it is getting warmer.

HarrietM87 · 20/05/2020 09:33

@Caldey11 I just go by the colour of my wee 🤣 if it looks dark I drink more. There’s no set amount you should drink so don’t stress about it.

AnneFTM · 20/05/2020 09:46

Hi everyone, I hope you don't mind me joining in on the conversation a bit late. I hope you are all keeping safe and well in these tough times Smile .

I am a first time mum, currently 15+3 with baby due 08/11/20.

Murphy1999 · 20/05/2020 09:55

I've definitely got a bump and I'm on 13+3, nothing fits me at all and had to order so much new stuff 😃
