I'm absolutely knackered this afternoon, dp has another exciting night ahead 😂 I've been looking at reusable nipple pads on amazon which look like a good idea.

I might see if they'll write the gender down for us as well, although I've been team yellow up till now!

Im so impatient now. 2 weeks to go 🙈 I'll be 21+5.

Still, tomorrow is my 30th birthday so hoping to have a nice day 😊

I have missed so much ! Been in the worst mood over the last few days - maybe whooping cough injection pain - but reading all the fantastic news is made me feel better !

@Indigogirl88 I love just googling Baby related stuff I Make multiple checklist and notes of how to do things.
My baby list is expanding - I doubt I will get everything but it seems really
Long now . The only baby thing I have purchased is the mam bottle from the baby show on Facebook too cute I couldn’t resist.

@CharlieBalf Such a cute pic love seeing the baby scan pics - just makes me wonder how Will all the babies look once they are here .

In terms of prams, car seats - don’t have a scooby doo on what I want - I like all of them😂🤣 which does not help filter it down at all. I really want to go shops and have a look at a few things .

It was really lovely that they wrote it down - I asked thinking they'd just write it on a bit of paper but look at the cute thing the hospital is doing to try to make it even more special because birth partners aren't allowed for scans 🥰 they put it on a sealed envelope so I wasn't tempted to open it!!

Congratulations to all those who went for scans today. We're getting a lovely mix of boys and girls now.

Hows everyone doing? Had a bit of a bumpy day here. Terrible nights sleep and woke up feeling really down. Work have updated their requirements for getting into work, and I'm stuck in the moderate risk bracket meaning I probably wont get back in before maternity leave. I'm so lucky as I will be home on full pay, but I am gutted as I just want to see people and have some normal adult interaction. Had a few tears.

But I'm trying to brush it off now and just get over it.

On the plus side DH went and collected a baby Bjorn original carrier from someone near me on FB. In original box, barely used, excellent condition and only £20. So that's good.

Oh congrats @CharlieBalf such a cute scan pic! @MrsD1990 aww h that was so thoughtful of them! I’ll take pink n blue pencil and paper in case mine aren’t as nice lol. Really nervous now!!! Waited what seems like forever and it’s tomorrow!! xx

@Spark27 sorry you’re having a down day. I know what you mean about work, it’s so difficult being out of routine and not being able to go back before baby is here must be hard for you. I work for an event with lots of volunteers and have gone away not looking pregnant/they didn’t know and will next see them after the baby is born as the event is cancelled. I did see one of my colleagues in the office last week and it was so nice to have some interaction even from afar. Sad but truly the highlight of my week! I hope you get a better nights sleep tonight.

Struggling to sleep coz I'm nervous for my scan tomorrow I was excited but now it's so close after all I went thru to get here I just hope everything is ok!

Mine is at 11:50. Just pray everything is ok 👌. Did those that have already had them wear a mask, full bladder? You’ve prob already answered this but just a wee bit nervous, tummy feels all jittery xx

@Indigogirl88 Hope you're feeling a bit better with DP. It's bloody exhausting atm, a film is just a film. You're growing a baby!! I agree with you on work. I'm writing stuff so slowly as I really don't give a fudge and I want to get ready for baby instead.

@HerondaleDucks That's so cute on your SD. I've found that when I put my phone on speaker and my mum asks about the baby kicking, they will give me a hefty kick. I think Granny is going to be favourite...

@Quiffy I felt exactly the same as you last week! I think it the nerves make you feel a bit low! But you don't have long to go at all! I found doing yoga, just having a bit of me time helped! Hope you're ok and we're here if you need to chat 💖

@Treacle81 I had a full bladder but she asked me to go and have a wee as was too full and I emptied it completely. I don't think it's important for your 20 week scan as baby is bigger. Good luck to you and everyone having scans 🥰

@Treacle81 I had an empty bladder and there were no issues. Baby is all the way up to bellybutton now so no need to push it out like at the 12 week scan 😊 Good luck!!

@Treacle81 good luck for today! I had an empty bladder, which would have been fine but baby was in wrong position! So then had to go for a twenty min walk and drink lots of water! The baby moved and then I needed to empty my bladder again so she could see another angle 😂😂😂 let us know how you get on xxxx

@Treacle81 -my tummy's all jittery too even more so coz baby is wriggling loads this morning! My letter says to have a comfortably full bladder I guess it's coz if the baby is in the wrong position it's easier to empty your bladder than fill it!

@Spark27 -it's pretty rubbish atm can't plan anything! ! My 8yr wedding anniversary is the end of next month so I'm hoping the restaurants do open beginning of July so we can go out for a meal we'd also need someone to be able to look after DD! Xx

I've made the 20w club today yaaay cant quite believe the size of baby.

I flipped a coin and I think I might find out the gender, just mainly because I think itll be easier to buy some things whilst ordering online, if we weren't in lockdown I'd have definately waited!

@Glitterbug86 is your due date 6th Otcotber then? Yaaay to 20w buddies and due date buddies if you are

@Indigogirl88 yes it is, we're due date and scan twins! 😄

That's a pity you feel a bit pushed into finding out the gender due to the circumstances. I def want to find out, has been hard enough waiting this long haha. Will be interesting to see if we're having the same or not if you do end up finding out though. What time's your scan on fri?
