Late December 2020 babies

Hey all, just got a BFP so due my first on 28th December 2020 (all being well) Would be great to get a chat going with anyone else in the same boat.

@Jasminex1 I can't work out if the tiredness is just from me being lazy in lockdown haha! I have a call with my midwife next Wednesday, apparently everything that is usually done at the appointment will be done with the 12 week scan. Have you had yours yet? Apparently they will send me a letter with a scan date after, not sure if that's just in my area or country wide.

@ChristmasEve2020 mine was last week and they told me exactly the same! Bloods etc will be at the scan and just waiting on my scan letter, I just want it to come through so I know when that will be!

I'm having horrendous cramps and light bleeding. I'm afraid I'v been here before and I don't have much hope. I might be having a trip to A&E tonight if it gets too much worse but my midwife has booked me in for a scan tomorrow.

Thank you @Whitey5 and @Jasminex1. The pains eased off but there's quite a lot of blood. I don't think I'll be making any trips to A&E tonight but will let you know how the scan goes tomorrow. I'm preparing for the worst. Xx

Has anyone had their scan date confirmed yet?😁

I’ve not had my booking appointment yet! Need to ring on Monday for it. Time feels like it’s going so slowly! Xxx

@Whitey5 how far along are you now? It really does! I had my booking appt and then a letter a week later to confirm the scan date. Still over a month away which seems like forever xxx

@Jasminex1 I’m 7 weeks on Monday! It’s so exciting that you have a date, but a month feels like forever. Time seems to be moving extra slowly in lockdown. We just have to be patient I suppose. How many weeks are you?

@Whitey5 I'm 8 weeks Monday! It really does but I'm quite thankful for working from home as I'm still feeling horrendous. My bloods are being done at my scan so I still have to wait 2 weeks from then for those results. It will be nearly 7 weeks from now before we (hopefully) get the ok on everything xxx
