Hi all,

I'm jumping the gun a little with this as I'm pregnant and found out earlier than a missed period (it's 3 days away)

I had a miscarriage at the start of February so I'm terrified, but trying to be optimistic all will be okay. My lines are getting darker, which they didn't do last time.

Anyone else due in December?

@RunnerGirl123 I'm sorry to hear about your previous loss, congratulations and I hope all goes well for you this time round I'm also 5weeks today!!

RunnerGirl123 · 03/04/2020 08:20

Thanks @Jtc19. Congratulations to you too. 5 weeks feels so early but hopefully time will move quite quickly to 12 weeks.
How's everyone feeling today?

AnnieCa34 · 03/04/2020 09:04

Welcome @RunnerGirl123! Hope it all goes smoothly for you this time. Today I feel like I have been hit my a truck, I am so tired it’s unreal! Cramps are less today but I feel like I could sleep for 3 day’s right now! Have a headache too. Normally nausea kicks in later in the day. Didn’t think I would get symptoms this early but I seem to to getting lots. Am 5+3. So not that far!

Trufflepigglet · 03/04/2020 09:14

So tired today ladies. Craving a coffee so bad but even though I can have 1 or 2 a day I just daren't until 2nd trimester at least.

Babydance255 · 03/04/2020 09:35

Hello,

Can I join you lovely ladies🙂. I have to BFP yesterday (10dpo) & a lovely BFP today at 11dpo. I used the NHS due date calculator and it says my due date is 14th Feb. As we are in insolation and not telling anybody yet, it would be nice to talk about everything with other mums and mums to be🥰.

This will be our first child. When did you call your GP? Did you wait until a missed period or as soon as you got your BFP? I'm due on Sunday but don't know whether to call today or tomorrow? I'm going to do another test tomorrow because it's lovely seeing the 2 lines rather then just 1! 🤩

Xx

Babydance255 · 03/04/2020 09:48

Re-reading that message, There we so many mistakes 😂
I mean I an due 14th Dec NOT Feb 🙄😂xx

Emerald89 · 03/04/2020 09:56

@Babydance255 I waited until my missed period but I don’t think you have to do that. I got the community midwives number from my GP and then the midwives took some details to pass to the hospital. Not heard anything more yet about booking appt but I’m only 5 weeks today.

Woke up feeling a bit queasy today and yesterday. Settled with some peppermint tea. My mum had constant severe nausea for 16w with my sibling and I so perhaps I have that to look forward to. We told my mum and dad last night who were thrilled - first grandchild for them :) so relieved I’ve told my mum, she was asking me every day how work was going but I’m off sick as stopped my meds for my narcolepsy.
Sleeping is even worse than usual. Wake up at 2am, toss and turn for 2 hours then wide awake from 4am. I’ve had one coffee a day just cos I’ve had to, it helps me feel sane. Having naps too. Just want time to move on, the last week feels like a century I don’t know how I’ll wait to 12 weeks for a scan!!

ineedamiracle2020 · 03/04/2020 10:10

I'm with you all on the symptoms it's hit me big since I found out. It's like a paper-cut, if you don't know it's there it's fine 😂

Ive been nauseous, not able to sleep at night and waking up early, extremely tired through the day and I'm only 4+3 🤣 feel like I'm going to be hit hard with every symptom possible, I have the worst luck!

Hope you're all doing a bit better than me 😖

Babydance255 · 03/04/2020 10:30

@Emerald89 Thank you☺️ I will them a call on Monday then.

The only symptoms I have at the moment is cramping & the last couple of days have been feeling tired in the day.

Not looking forward to the sore boobs 😂 x

Mimba1 · 03/04/2020 10:38

@babydance255 FWIW I called my midwife service today (6 weeks today) and they told me to call back at 8 weeks - didn't take my name or anything. So another 2 weeks of waiting...

LBJ2410 · 03/04/2020 14:10

@Trufflepigglet I'm with you on that one!! I'm really struggling to stay awake and I could not get up this morning! Thankfully working at home so I can get a bit more or a lie in than usual

GreenerGreen · 03/04/2020 15:34

Hey girls, it's the freakin weekend.

Don't know how anyone else is feeling but this week has been tough. Main thoughts are HOW ARE WE GOING TO GET THROUGH THIS LOCKDOWN!!

Feels like there's a real change of atmosphere with members of the public (sat in the car whilst husband went shopping) lots of people wearing PPE. Hope everyone is staying safe and has a nice weekend.

xxx

Emerald89 · 03/04/2020 16:37

Time is really dragging. Annoying I can’t even go to the supermarket - my husband has been going on way home from work. At least if I was working the days would pass fast from one week to the next!

jtc19 · 03/04/2020 16:45

@runnergirl123 thank you, it does feel really early and I just want time to speed up and I'm feeling okay I'm just sleeping ALOTTT x

Babydance255 · 03/04/2020 17:45

I told my partner is going to the shop from now on.
Feels so weird to say I'm pregnant🤩, we have been saying it to eachother all day 😂.
Would love the next 12 weeks to hurry up! I'm going to book in for a private scan at 8/9 weeks, to check everything is looking okay 🥰

What baby # is this for all of you?
x

rooarsome · 03/04/2020 18:04
