Hi all,

I am ftm nearly 6 weeks pregnant and have due date of 12/10/2020 ☺️ . Wanted to have mums who are expecting baby in October 2020 to share their journey experience.

Thanks all. At work and definitely got some period type cramps and just seen some blood when wiping so think it's all over.

So I just got my results back:

My beta hcg 4pm on Monday was: 2861
And my hcg today At 9am was: 4870

So it's gone up, but hasn't doubled

@marauder1994 as it was Monday afternoon and Wednesday morning it’s less that 48 hours so that’s probably a good enough improvement for you to feel ok about things.

@marauder1994 that's good number can I ask how many dpo are you ? .x

Hey! I have just done a CBD weeks indicator and its still showing 1-2 weeks (it will be a week ago tomorrow i last used one of these) I'm 5 weeks today going by my last AF and conception will of been 3 weeks ago!!!! I jjst know something aint right

Clearblue aren't great

I didn't get 2-3 weeks until my beta hcg was 558 (and the threshold is supposed to be 156)

And now my hcg is 4870 it still says 2-3 weeks even though the threshold for 3+ is 2756 xxx

Hope you don't mind me joining! I am almost 6 weeks and due around 16th October!

Was sent for an early scan yesterday to rule out ectopic due to some unusual pain and everything was fine! saw Gestational and Yolk sac, all good and what they should be seeing, going back next Thursday to see baby and heart beat! I also have a private booked on 6th March!

How is everyone feeling? I'm exhausted! Feeling sick every now and then and can feel it creeping in more every day. Also all I want is beige food, veggies are a no no along with meat depending on how I'm feeling or unless is a McDonald's 😂

I'm 27 in April and turning 12 weeks on my birthday! Xx

Looking forward to starting this new adventure with you all xx

@marauder1994 i have no symptoms at all, i was bloated and feeling fat with more sickness before i tested now nothing i just wanna curl in a ball an cry its doing nothing for my anxiety at all, i dont think i could handle going through the tests tbh after my MM in October. I just know my instinct is telling me somethings really not right xx

Pippop21 Have u got an early scan booked in? I tested with the Clearblue yesterday and got 2 to 3 weeks, I am 5 + 4 so was expecting a 3 + by now but they are only 94% accurate on timing and I guess it depends on when u wee and how diluted it is etc. I know from my previous pregnancy’s that symptoms can go up and down and some days no symptoms and others loads. If you haven’t got a scan booked already u should, especially after your MM, sounds like u need the reassurance x

I want to tell u not to test with CB but I am doing the same and trying to work out whether HCG going up. Deep down I know that CB digitalis aren’t the most reliable way of doing this but I can’t really say that as I am doing the same!

@3isthemagicnumber3 i know i shouldnt and if i had symptoms i wouldnt be, its purely the lack of them that is making me test daily!

This is my 3rd pregnancy and i know theyre all different but even with my son i was feeling ill before i tested, with my MM i was feeling ill and having cramps but this one there is just nothing! Other than the bloating that has now completely gone and so has my urge to wee more.

I know i should book a scan but i physically cant cause id break down, as i already hand on heart know whats coming xx

I am also due on 12/10/2020 based in my last period. I am feeling really overwhelmed at the minute, worrying about how life will change and feeling tired and nauseous all the time which is making things worse. Happy to have found this page though! It will be nice talking to people at a similar stage as currently we have told very few people.

My first time posting, I’ve just read the thread and everyone seems really nice and you’ve all reassured me that my worries are completely normal! I got my BFP on 9th Feb, EDD 20th October, feeling totally anxious and overwhelmed at the moment, not many symptoms yet just massive boobs and mood swings!

I went for a midwife appointment today, it was terrible - it turns out I shouldn’t have even been booked as it was a follow up clinic and I needed to self refer to a hospital first which the doctor didn’t tell me. They asked me which hospital I was thinking of then laughed at my reasons (at least that’s what it felt like) and I left in tears 😢 Not a good start!

Anyway, glad to be able to talk to other people going through the same thing as me as haven’t told many people yet! Xx

Due on 6/10 still got over 2 weeks until see the midwife, feels like I've been waiting ages. Just want to get a scan date

Anyone have mild cramps or back ache? Hope it's ok!

@Alicia870 yeah I think that’s normal from what I’ve read and what other people are saying. I got them a couple of times in the last week

@Lizbear17 so sorry you had a bad experience. I was told that I can't see a midwife for my booking appointment till 9 weeks and my doctor doesn't need to see me. I don't think they are very person centred and consider how anxiety provoking the whole pregnancy thing is for first time mums.
I have been feeling the same but also getting lots of symptoms on top so just feel awful. Speaking to a midwife or GP would be really helpful about now but I have to wait another three weeks. At least we now have this little forum for support.

I'm not feeling pregnant at all apart from food aversions, slightly sore boobs and very sleepy, dh is complaining about my tiredness already! He has however stepped up around the house and considering this is our first I am very grateful

Had a chinese tonight, then googled and got scared about MSG....must start that healthy eating....

Anyway just for reference I am 6 plus 5 today and the midwife booked me in for next wednesday I'll be 7 plus 5 I think
