Hi all,

I am ftm nearly 6 weeks pregnant and have due date of 12/10/2020 ☺️ . Wanted to have mums who are expecting baby in October 2020 to share their journey experience.

I know how you feel though, I flip from being crazy excited and looking at all the things I want to buy, to being completely negative and convinced I'm going to lose the baby somewhere along the 9 months.

I'm 4+5 and desperate to get to 6 weeks because somehow that feels a lot more legit. Just rang the doctors and they won't even consider booking me in for a 8-10 week appointment for another couple of weeks.

Never been pregnant before and read somewhere that 50-60% of first pregnancies end in chemical pregnancy so that's not helping either!!!

@TCF90, yes and no haha! Mostly yes, but i had a MM in October so no bleeding then.

I did feel far and bloated before i went on my ass and now i don't, that was kinda the only symptom really I've had but now even thats gone, and that paired with my super faint tests I'm just a bit disheartened.

In the same as u 4+5 going from last AF but may be less as my cycles are fecked...when where you due your AF? Xxx

Welcome to the club @Pippop21 - same mood swings over here! 😅 I think we're all driving ourselves crazy with our thoughts... I'd say to try to keep your mind occupied with something else, but for me it's not working that well haha.

@TFC90 - it's scary isn't it. I has 2 miscarriages last year which literally broke my heart. I made an appointment with my GC in 2 weeks, I'll be 6 weeks +6 on that day, so I'll probably be worried until then (and then until 12 weeks, etc, etc)... Praying our babies stick 🙏🏼

@Pippop21 I have absolutely no idea when AF is due really... I've been off the pill 3 months but that means only one full natural cycle, which was 26 days. 26 days would have been Monday 10th Feb but I know i conceived on/around 31st January.

Implantation bleeding started seeing pink discharge evening of the 11th Feb and a couple of brown stains during the day on the 12th, then back to a little pink discharge on the 13th before a positive FRER on 14th and 15th Feb.

From what I've read implantation bleeding happens about a week before your period is due. And I was using the flo app who told me based on ovulation and BBT I was going to be 7 days later starting my period, meaning it was predicting today as AF day.

So.... I don't know 😂

@GoldenCloud It's so scary. Haven't not been pregnant before I also feel like it's definitely not going to take! So many women MC, I feel like I almost have to go through that first.... silly eh?

@goldencloud yup ha! Maybe these moods are a symptom? Who knows lol...ive got a GP appointment this afternoon for my referral and at this rate im gonna end up crying to her the way i feel today haha!!! She'll be like 😳 get out crazy lady LOL!!!

No one else had the fluid like discharge then? Similar to when your about to do the deed? Xx

@TFC90 omg same!! I would usually be due on yesterday which would of been day 33 of cycle but the app flo is telling me im due tomorrow and i swear it changes when it feels like it!!!!! So it currently says im 1 day late but that in due on tomorrow? HOW THE HELL DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENCE?!!! I also conceived at some point around the 27th to the 31stjan/2nd feb

@Pippop21 Haha that app is crazy! My OPK kits went dark on the morning of the 30th January so I reckon I ovulated on the 31st.... for some reason Flo thinks I ovulated on the 2nd Feb - probably BBT, but looking at the graph it could've also been the 1st or the 31st.

I've switched it to pregnancy now so it's shut up but even that was confusing - it was telling me I was Week 5 day 6.... I realised that was the same as 4 weeks + 6 days, so I went and found the setting to change. It also tells me I'm due a week later than anywhere else.... ie it calculated a 41 week pregnancy.... I guess that's what you get from a free app!

My discharge is all over the shop. I keep thinking I'm bleeding but nope.... just more discharge 🤢

Hi all can I join? I'm due 12th October according to most apps and nhs site. I've got a lot of cramping mildly though so I've booked a doctor today. Cant believe we have to wait so long to have the pg confirmed!

Welcome and congrats on your BFP @Indigogirl88 ! Cramping seems to be quite normal at this stage. The last few days I've actually had pretty bad cramping, but today it's hardly there which puts me in a better mood than the last few days 😌

It does feel frustrating sometimes - we want to know if everything is ok asap. I'm trying to take it from milestone to milestone. Tomorrow is my second blood test to check if the HCG levels are rising correctly. Then the next milestone will be my 6-week scan, hopefully seeing a heartbeat, then 12-week scan, etc, etc. My DH is right when he says it's a journey/process, we just need to take it day by day

@TFC90 im too scared to change it to pregnant yet ha! I have done another test 🙈🙈 it seems ever so slightly darker than yesterdays...i am deffo deffo not testing now until friday at least! Have you done a clear blue difi yet? Mine said 1-2wks on thursday xx

Finished work now and feel a in a bit of a better mood OH is off today to and my sons at his dads so going to have a nice face mask, bath and pamper night and try and destress a little bit 😘😘

@Pippop21 not sure if this has already been answered but that fluid yoy described will just be cervical fluid. It cab increase or decrease in early pregnancy, I have quite a lot too today.

@GoldenCloud good luck for your second blood test for HCG levels, I’ll let you know my results from tonight’s second blood test too.

Agree with you on milestone to milestone, it’s a good way of thinking to try and keep on top of things and not feel overwhelmed!

Hey! In back from the GP, showed her my tests she said they looked positive to her, she never commented on their colouring, shes put a referral through too...i told her i haven't many symptoms other than a tiny bit of nausea last week but now nothing and she said im very early on so prob a bit too early for that.

She couldn't comment on extra scans (with me having a MM) she did say she thinks they will monitor me closer as there is a slightly higher risk of another miscarriage!!

I didnt really need to hear that and i thought the chances of it happening again was low!!!!!!! Ffs! 😫

@Bananaloaf88 thank you, i do have other children well one...but it was ten years ago so i cant remember that far back and dont think i took much notice to be honest lol!!

Yaaay excited for 12th October babies, I am trying to stay calm and positive at the moment, currently waiting in the doctors. You wont believe it but I handed my notice in 2 weeks ago at work before I found out now I'm totally crapping it but my Dh is amazing and supportive. I am worried about a mc but I am trying to stay positive. I'll report back what the doctor says ladies x

I've created a FB group for mums due in October. It's called 8481 club and the picture is a purple flower bush so l no one will know you're pregnant from joining.

At the moment its private so you can still find it, but once everyone has joined we can make it completely hidden.

What are people measuring on clear blue digital? I am 5 weeks 2 days and it is coming up 2-3 weeks. Last LMP 11Jan and date of conception was 25th Feb. Got myself a bit worried that it should be 3 plus weeks by now! Is this normal??

Hiya so the doctor hasnt confirmed anything other than referring me to the midwife and that I am a bit bloated lol. She did however put my mind at ease regarding the cramps and said if they get worse or include bleeding to go back. So wont hear anything now (they have referred me to mid wife) for at least 2 weeks for my 10 week appointment. I may also be a little further ahead than I thought. So have to just sit tight now....Dh has found somewhere to have an early private scan so we are looking to book that in 2 weeks.

Does anyone here not feel pregnant? I might be speaking too soon haha but i just still feel my af is going to come!
