I found out last week (at two days past expected AF) that I'm pregnant - had a BFP on a First Response test. This is my third pregnancy since October last year. Works out that I'm due around the 3rd Feb 2020.

I've had two miscarriages - one in October 2018 at 12 weeks which resulted in surgery and another in February 2019, which ended at 6 weeks. I'm really quite nervous, but hopeful that this time is third time lucky. 🤞🏻🌈

Is anyone else due in Feb 2020? Are you having any symptoms?

@S082018 sadly, my scan didn't go well. I've had a missed miscarriage, got to have a small op next week to remove it as my body hasn't done it naturally. Absolutely heartbroken but at least we know. I wish you all the look in the world and Thankyou for all the messages. This forum has been my little life line. ❤️

ronniemipperton · 31/07/2019 15:20

@djmbaker I’m so so sorry to hear this - I’ve been there and know how awful it is. I hope you have good people looking after you x

ImMeantToBeWorking · 31/07/2019 17:26

@djmbaker so so sorry to hear this. I hope the op goes well and you are soon on the road to recovery. It may not seem like it now, but it does get easier! Flowers

S082018 · 31/07/2019 17:52

@djmbaker I'm so sorry to hear this. Sending best wishes your way ❤️ really hope the op goes well for you and wishing you strength to get through such a difficult time x

Sad to read of a couple of heartbreaking scans - ladies sending love.

I'm 12 weeks now, suffering severe HG and haven't kept any water down for the past 2 days so I think I'll end up being admitted to my maternity unit again today. Is anyone else in the same boat? Never mind thinking about what maternity clothes to buy - at this rate I'll be a size 0 mother!

Xx

@djmbaker so sorry to hear this Sad it's such a hard time, be kind to yourself Thanks xx

djmbaker · 09/08/2019 16:12

@heather88 @WineOrGin @Edwardsj @ImMeantToBeWorking @S082018 @ronniemipperton
Thankyou ladies.
I'm doing ok.. We will try again, just need my time to recover emotionally as well as physically.
I'm sorry for telling you on here, I just felt as we had all messaged I should let you know.
Hope you are all ok ❤️

heather88 · 10/08/2019 15:57

@motherofthetoon how are you coping with that? Do you have to go on a drip? Confused my friend had hg a couple of months back and it just sounds awful! I'm 15 weeks now and starting to feel pretty decent, my sickness went away a couple of weeks ago and I'm finally getting some energy back, phew

motherofthetoon · 10/08/2019 16:01

@heather88 yeah been on a drip overnight for the second time. It's so debilitating I can't eat or drink a thing without it all coming out. Working is out of the question, and looking after my 3YO is near impossible. I hope mine does like yours and just goes away Grin

Hi all!

Just joining- had our scan on Thursday for first baby. Due 16th Feb.

Pretty daunting!

Am really sorry to hear about the heart breaks, I don't know how you do it!

Puggle42 · 11/08/2019 12:34

Joining up too!
I'm 42yrs old pregnant for first time following ivf. I am currently 12+2 and due Feb 21st.
Have had 3 scans so far - last one as part of NIPT at 10weeks. Thankfully is a low risk pregnancy and we are having a little boy.

Won't be having my NHS dating scan till 21st when I'll be 13+5.

Been feeling really sick but able to work and then collapse at home. I don't know how you ladies with other children cope!

motherofthetoon · 11/08/2019 19:41

@Puggle42 congratulations you must be thrilled! I have the exact same due date as you :)

My 3 year old son is being very helpful, he knows I'm not very well with sickness and does his best. He melts my heart.

Roll on Feb Grin

Puggle42 · 11/08/2019 20:35

@motherofthetoon oh wow great to share a due date with you!
Ah how sweet of your son he's going to be a great big brother!
Grinroll on February x

ImMeantToBeWorking · 12/08/2019 10:06

@Dalify and @motherofthetoon I am currently due the 16th too but I have my dating scan later this week so that could all change then!!

@Puggle42 congrats. I am having my dating scan when I am 13+5 too!! I got my BFP when I was 3+5 so it has been a long 10 weeks let me tell you!! Luckily I have not been sick, but the tiredness is at me. I am in awe of those with kids too. Its like Eat, Sleep, Work, Repeat over here!!

tisonlymeagain · 14/08/2019 11:57

Just a reminder as I've had a few PM's recently since everyone has hit scan time - if you want to join our secret Facebook group then drop me a message with either the email address you have attached to your FB account or your real name and a description of your profile pic. (I will need to add you as a friend). It's a very active group and we have over 60 members now!

motherofthetoon · 14/08/2019 21:28

@tisonlymeagain no idea how to PM?! But would love to be added

Puggle42 · 14/08/2019 21:32

tisonlymeagain · 15/08/2019 15:57

A while since any posts

How's all the pregnancies going ?!

I'm 22 weeks now and already over it 🙉😅

Lou2120 · 20/10/2019 22:43

Hey I'm 22 weeks today and I feel the same! Just going so slow! Although I still have lots to do to prepare

LolaLollypop · 21/10/2019 10:59

23 weeks now and also feeling a bit meh! Still feels like such a long way to go. I'm showing a bit but not that much when wearing jumpers etc so a lot of people still don't know I'm pregnant. Bump is definitely there though and getting in the way! Sleeping is becoming more difficult and I'm finding I'm tossing and turning more at night.
Feeling a bit bored with the lack of social life and miserable weather Hmm
On the plus side I am feeling baby move more and more Grin and I know that's only going to increase as time goes on! We still don't know the sex so lots of guess work going on atm Smile
