Aww fabulous @Delilah7 🥰
Haha I know it's a little too much info @ChaosMoon but glad to know I'm not alone! Oh gosh pregnancy isn't attractive at all 😂

@ChaosMoon so bring further ahead, how prepared are you? Have you bought everything? Hospital bag ready?
I've not bought anything but hooded towels yet 🙈

@ChaosMoon thanks Hun was just what I needed x

@EltzBee I'm super excited to feel more. First time I'd felt and seen it the same time!! Xx

@MrsC87 thank youuuu!! Xx

thumper59 · 25/02/2019 21:34

@sunshine1987 @MrsC87 Thankyou so much 💕.

@canonlyhopexo @EltzBee
thanks so much xx

@mrsof20118 @stormtrooperjulian Thankyou ladies! Oohh I have all that to come! I'm 4 weeks today, I sometimes feel like I'm feeling symptoms but I don't know if I'm just imagining it.

@ChaosMoon Thankyou, eeek how exciting for you, I can't wait to hear a heartbeat!

Thanks for the warm welcome ladies, this thread moves fast! I've just been at my new now I know nephews gender reveal tea tonight. Lovely seeing my mums face- can't wait till she finds out they'll be another come November 😂😂 she has me and my brother so it's my brothers second and will be my first!

CookieWaffle · 25/02/2019 22:03

Omg I've missed loads...

@ChaosMoon cramping has eased today but yes the constipation is too real! Definitely feel better when I can go to the loo! Today has been less cramping and more wind! Its like how many ways can my body make me feel more uncomfortable!

@FlapJackered omg we watched Roma too. I was in floods of tears at 'that' scene... Way too real.

@MrsC87 I actually wore a pad today just to feel dry for once!

Welcome @thumper59! xx

ChaosMoon · 26/02/2019 06:17

@MrsC87 if the baby arrived today (don't do that baby) we'd be ok. But there are still things we need to get, if you see what I mean. Hospital bag isn't quite packed but most of what we'll need is laid out ready, we've just got one or two things to get, like another nighty and flip flops for the hospital. Starting to feel like I really need to finish that stuff!

Tell me about it @CookieWaffle! Sometimes I feel like there's a new weird symptom every day. I'm glad the cramping has eased at least.

I've got a full day at work, follows by a late running antenatal class today, so of course, I've been awake for hours. Clearly this is not the week when l make a good impression.

MrsC87 · 26/02/2019 07:06

I actually don't know where to start when buying, thankfully my friend has wrote me a list to work from. @ChaosMoon at least your nearly prepared. Hoping today goes quickly for you and you can get some sleep tonight 😘

ChaosMoon · 26/02/2019 07:12

Thanks @MrsC87. ☺️
A very kind friend of mine did the same - that list was a godsend!

LuckyKitty13 · 26/02/2019 07:51

@ChaosMoon gosh it passed me by that you were so far along - 34 weeks! You'll soon be on leave! When are you finishing work? Are you all ready?
Feeling much better now actually - the encouragement on this thread has really helped. I'm 37 weeks today so no premature birth phew!

EltzBee · 26/02/2019 10:36

Morning ladies. Working from home today, sooo tired after first day back in the office yesterday. Going to have to have a couple of naps I think!

Wow so exciting @LuckyKitty13, 37weeks! Are you 'ready' now? I hadn't realised that 'full term' is anywhere 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after the due date, eek!

When did you ladies start buying things? I'm trying to pull a plan together to research and start looking at the options then thinking we will start looking for deals on what we want after our Easter holiday (when we'll be about 24 weeks). My logic is that if we start looking at things now we can find out what we do and don't like....

CookieWaffle · 26/02/2019 11:33

17 weeks and have not bought anything yet! :)

Maybe we should do a list for the next thread, I'm losing track of where everyone is!

sunshine1987 · 26/02/2019 11:37

@eltzbee I’m 17 weeks and still not anything (have been given loads though), going to see how much the pram I want is at baby show this weekend and if on offer will get that then x

MrsC87 · 26/02/2019 11:40

20 weeks and not bought anything, concentrating on decorating the nursery at the moment @EltzBee xx

OP posts:
MrsC87 · 26/02/2019 11:44

I'm also going to the baby show in B'ham in May to see what bargains I can get @sunshine1987 x

OP posts:
EltzBee · 26/02/2019 11:52

@MrsC87 we looked at the Birmingham baby show but couldn't believe how expensive tickets and parking were! I think it was 20quid each and same again to park 😳

We're lucky to be near stone big towns etc so lots of the big retailers not far away.

@sunshine1987 ooh lucky to be given things! Which pram are you looking at? I saw a nice Cosatto one yesterday.

@MrsC87 Ooh decorating nursery is another thing to add to my list eek. I guess 2nd Tri is best time to do that with size and energy levels! What are you doing?

LuckyKitty13 · 26/02/2019 12:23

I think I started about 25-28 weeks. I bought the pram just after Christmas as had a great deal as a pre-order on (uppababy vista) but it's still not arrived! Hopefully this week!

MrsC87 · 26/02/2019 13:43

My ticket was £16 and as I'm going with my mum and 2 sisters we'll share the parking @EltzBee yes 2nd Trimester is best time, more energy and with spring coming you can ventilate the room. I just want it done before 3rd Trimester before the tiredness, fat ankle, sweating like a pig stage starts 🤣
Going for a baby blue feature wall, with a cloud theme. Very simple and not over the top. Will share pics when it's done xx

Hey girls. Just checking in after a crazy few days moving house!! But we are in and loving it :) feeling baby flutters every day and loving it so much. Even though it tickles haha xxx

I am going to the baby show this weekend. Haven't bought anything yet so hoping to get some ideas!

@Crossfitgirl huge congrats on your little girl! So exciting! Iv decided I soooo would love a girl hahah.

@CookieWaffle good idea about a list, I keep getting confused!

@Delilah7 aww so great about the first proper kick on video! Hope I'm that lucky.

Sending all my love to those with sad news lately. Been thinking of you all.

Delilah7 · 26/02/2019 14:10

Hi ladies.

Thought I'd let you know baby is a boy 😍😍😍😍 I'm so excited. He's all healthy and wiggling around. Very low though to the point they pretty much scanned my vagina and not belly the whole time

SullyWifey · 26/02/2019 14:30

Aww @Delilah7 that's amazing!!! Huge congrats to you!!! All these gender reveals are making me itch to find out now!!!

Interesting you said about low baby because all my little taps and rolls are soooooo much lower than I thought and when they checked heart beat other day she was basically scanning my vagina haha. Glad to hear it's not just me!! Any pics??? Xxx

EltzBee · 26/02/2019 14:31

@Delilah7 ah lovely news! They're were some really cute little friendly dinosaur outfits in Sainsbury's baby section the other day which would be sooo cute for a baby boy!

@MrsC87 ah fair enough! Excellent point on being Spring so can get rid of that paint smell with open windows. I think I will start thinking about the nursery over the next few weeks! That sounds lovely and blue is such a relaxing colour too. Are you painting free hand?!

@SullyWifey congrats on the move. Have you moved far?

Delilah7 · 26/02/2019 14:33

@SullyWifey @EltzBee yes my heart monitor was low too when they did it when I asked. But my mum and sister have held low too!!
Btw if any of you feel bad for having a preference or what you'd like don't. The feeling goes as soon as you're told babies healthy. I was adamant first trimester it was a girl and got my hopes up and now I know it's a boy I don't understand why I ever wanted a girl 😂😂😂😂 see pic below!! Xx

MrsC87 · 26/02/2019 14:41

@Delilah7 aww join the boy club with me 💙 lovely news! Have you thought of names?
No @EltzBee I'm the least bit arty so will be wall prints or stickers. I've got Pinterest so that is giving me ideas xx

OP posts:
Delilah7 · 26/02/2019 14:42

@MrsC87 thanks Hun! Yes we picked them before baby was born! Ethan James 💙

SullyWifey · 26/02/2019 15:29

@EltzBee only another town about 20mins away so not too far! Just more space for the little bubba!!

@Delilah7 oh lovely photo! Look at him 😍 yeah your so right, as soon as I know I have given birth to a healthy baby, nothing else in the world will matter!
