We've run out of room so let's start again.

New people welcome. The group aims to support those who are pregnant post difficulty.

All are welcome - we are aimed at 12 week plus as those early weeks are a different kind of roller coaster and another group exists for support then. However you are welcome here too if you want to join.

Some of us have been here a while and nearly ready to pop. Others already had their babies.

My little one was the last of our frozen embryos and we went in thinking that it wouldn’t work again like the other times but he stuck and we know how lucky we are. I feel I am too old to go through another round of ivf but if I had any frozen ones left I’d definitely be going back for them

It's amazing isn't it @Barcelo18 ? Such a miracle. A combination of the most amazing science and then a massive dollop of nature. The IVF gets you half the way but then it's ultimately up to nature whether that embryo can or will make it. I'm so pleased your last frostie made it all the way.

People always say to you during the process "it only takes one" - at the time tho it feels like a numbers game. But actually they are right. It only takes one.

As you know my first pregnancy ended quite suddenly when doctors discovered I had ectopic. Then 3months later i went back, had two put back and one is now Alice. So, if the first had worked out ok, and I decided not to go back for FET...I can’t even imagine not having Alice. My mom said not to think that way (I told them it was IVF only in December...), but it’s hard to ignore two Frosties just waiting there...
Yes, @Janefx40 it’s definitely nature mostly, technology is only small part in success.
I have been thinking about last year as well and we all have come such a long way!
@Janefx40 remember last year I said that one day we will meet up for a coffee whilst our kids will be throwing peas across the table (or something like that). Then it was only a dream, hope and idea. Now- look at us- we are here! Only few days and you will be mum! 💐💐💐

Morning ladies. So, I’ve come down from my birth adrenaline high with a bit of a bang. 😬 Just trying to get the hang of this mommy business! 😂

@liverpool, she weighed 3.2kgs, so a pretty decent weight.

I’m breastfeeding, so trying to get into the right rhythm, which is difficult as colostrum doesn’t flow so well. But I’m loving this new role. 😊 I look forward to her being 7wks, let alone 3 months like your LO, @Fox23.

@janefx40, I remember reading your story on one of the threads and I’m so pleased for you and that you’ll be a mum soon. 😊 Wishing you a safe delivery. 💐

Hi Ladies. We had an examination yesterday but still no closer so induction was moved to Sunday. So this all starts in less than 2 days!!! Of course it could take a few days more after that but still exciting.

@SouthernBella74 sounds like you are doing great. I'd imagine it must be hard work. Hopefully you can find good support on this thread or other Mumsnet threads re breastfeeding.

My little one had two new milestones this week- she started rolling over and she started purposefully play with one of her noisy toys. I mean hitting it and spinning it every time the song stops. Other than that I’m still with weight Watchers and only just list my Christmas gain. I need to lose about 3st 🤦🏻‍♀️

@Fox23 oh wow Fox! Rolling over already 😱💪🏻👏🏼 We r well fighting with tummy time here 😅 looks like never going to roll or sit. Which toy r u using? I am struggling with finding new thing to entertain my little bundle of poop joy 🤣🤣

Also wondering (sorry if this is TMI) if I may have thrush. I'm quite sore downstairs and itchy. I'd assumed it was just another body change but now I am wondering. Did any of you have this? Bit late now anyway I suppose.

I can't believe your baby can roll @Fox23 And yours must be growing up fast too @Aliona19 I know that when they are older they will seem close in age but right now it seems they are miles ahead of my little one

I'll let you all know how I get on. If nothing happens for a while I may be in and around Mumsnet. If things kick off, it may go quiet from me for a while

@Aliona19 when I say my daughter is rolling over- she is only rolling over in our bed, where it’s soft. And she managed 3times on Friday and twice yesterday (I suppose my wright in the bed helped, but she was swinging over her little leg and making very funny noises 😁😁😁)
Regarding toys- it was a hand me down but Alice loves it. I found it on Amazon- VTech Baby 165903 Little Friendlies Sing Along Spinning Wheel - Multi-Colour.
And she loves That’s not my... books! We have about 20 by now 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

@Fox23 🤣 I know, Victoria trying to move, she does it in circular motion, with one leg and able to move herself up a little 😆 have to keep an eye now. But I am struggling to keep her entertained.. need new toys, will have a look at what u named. So demanding.. so @Janefx40, I agree with Fox! Make the most of it, last few days of freedom 🤣🤣 sometimes I dream about being able to spend day cleaning my flat 🤣🤣 but this days are gone. My little chunk 😄

@Aliona19 oh my! She is such a stunner! Such a beautiful baby!!!! I agree, can’t anym just leave them for few min here or there... and it will only get more and more demanding 😁 that toy I cable tied to her cot rail upside down , so she can entertain herself but it’s not touching the sheet. I sure next week she will have new favourite toy....

@Fox23 thank you, Fox, don’t know how we manage to make such a beautiful little girl 🤣🤣 hope they didn’t mix things up at the lab. Looking at her now and at pictures from birth, God, she changed sooo much. To be honest I can’t even remember her at 4 weeks anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️ Time really goes. U r right, they get fed up with toys so fast 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I am happy she starting to watch cartoons sometimes 🤣 bad bad mum!! But I am winning few min there and there 👌🏻💪🏻

I'm fine. Nothing happening tho. Had first pessary but no response really. Will get re-assessed in the morning. DP has just left so I suppose I should go to bed or something!

My man is now 8 weeks I can’t beleive it time is flying by! He has been sleeping 1130pm until 7am 😳 I am lucky!
