@marriageoftrueminds I was getting a stitch type pain on my right lower abdomen when I wee. Had my 36 wk midwife appt today and same as you no sign of UTI. She did say sometimes baby can put pressure on your plumbing and make you not be able to fully empty your bladder. Sounds silly but I’ve found that leaning into the side that hurts helps loads!

Baby is 3/5ths engaged and my midwife described my stomach as being taut as a drum! 😂 poor little thing has very limited space in there now!

Im due 16 Sept with DD3 but will be having a section at 39 weeks. Really want to know the date but have to wait another few weeks!
Have also been told via a scan last week that shes going to be a big one!

Anyone else relieved that the weather is so much cooler?!

I cant believe we are all nearly there!!

Im due 30th September, so 7 weeks to go which feels ages away :( but my pregnancy app says 50 days left which doesn't feel as long for some reason.

I have annual leave at 36 weeks then maternity leave starts at 37 weeks. I cant wait. I havent been sleeping well so im exhausted getting up for work in the morning.

I’m due to start my mat leave at 37+4 but thinking of using holiday to bring it forwards to 36+4 as so exhausted!!

Due 25th Sept. Countdown is definitely on 🙉

Due 27th September. Finish work on Wednesday so I get some time with my 2 DS's before school starts back. So tired all the time now. Still haven't sorted anything out yet. Feeling way too chilled out this time round!

I bought mothercare swinging crib about 8years ago. Now took it out of loft but with two middle screws missing and missing swinging lock pin. Donot know what to do 😒

My baby was breech at last scan 32 weeks im 34 weeks and think we have dropped down , belly looks lower down and getting lots of grinding feelings down below .

Hes had an unstable lie for a very long time so was thinking id need section. Hes moved!
They did think there might be somethinf wrong with him and hes over centiles for weight (no GD) so rather him out than in

@LostMyBaubles Good luck with the induction. Did they want to wait until 37 weeks as it's considered to be term?

I think my baby has decided to turn itself from head down to breech. My midwife last week and the scan Thursday showed head down but I'm sure I can fell the head by my ribs. Going to have to hope it's the bum instead and hope midwife doesn't say otherwise on Friday.

Yep, they wanted to wait.
I was admitted at 35 weeks, told that I would have baby sooner then told to not go past 37weeks.
Induction at 37+3

@niclw I was convinced I could feel the head up in my ribs but it was his bum! He gets the hiccups every day or two so now I can keep tabs on where his head is!

It's just turned midnight here and that means I am now 37 weeks pregnant.
At 32 weeks they found I had a short, funnelled cervix. Basically that meant I was more at risk for a pregnancy-term birth. So happy I've made it this far. I wouldn't be surprised if I made it to full term now 🤞🏼
I'm so enjoying this last part of pregnancy and trying to savour the days - I love the movements and the bump and the anticipation. I'm also trying to get my head around the fact that in less than a month my life is about to completely change!
Hospital bags are packed, everything (apart from high chair, baby nail clippers, aspirator, and belly bandit) has been bought and just need to put up the cot. Can't actually believe this is happening!

Hi everyone! We are so close! I also have a giant baby coming ... she has grown loads in the last few weeks so they are worried about GD again, which on top of the fibroids might mean and early induction ... I'm torn between wanting it all to happen naturally and wanting this pregnancy to be over! Anyone else hating this?!

Off on holiday tomorrow morning, DD turns 37 weeks on Saturday... Really worried incase she goes into labour while I'm away & I won't be here for her, if she needs me 😢

@sushirolls its nice that you care but im sure your dd will be fine. Try not to worry and enjoy your holiday..

@Sushirolls My mum is the same. Her flight lands at Stansted at 11pm the night before my due date. Your daughter will be fine. Enjoy your holiday and then you can come back refreshed and ready to meet your grandchild.

C section booked for 06/09 due to breech presentation. Eeek!
Feeling awful at the moment, have had a persistent migraine since Tuesday that paracetamol just won’t touch. Obstetrician is happy it’s not pre-eclampsia related, so I’m just in horrible pain with not much prospect of a resolution. On strong pain meds which I’d rather not be on for the baby’s sake. All a bit rubbish!
