Anyone else had a positive test recently and due in January 2019? Natural cycles says I'm due 3rd Jan 😊 would be lovely to hear others in the same boat!

Currently 4+2 so really early days still.

Hey, can I join in? I'm 4 weeks exactly - trying hard not to get too excited in case something happens!

m4rdybum · 16/05/2018 20:46

Good luck @DareToDream89.

Welcome, @EnglishPetal89.

Nausea is not my friend today Sad But not complaining - although it's going to be a long 6 weeks.

Does anyone else find it harder to wee later in the evening?

Chelle13 · 16/05/2018 20:47

Hey ladies.this is my 5th pregnancy 4th baby.lost my boy at 21 weeks in nov.think im 6 weeks but wen i did my test 2 weeks ago i had 3+ came up .i feel further.but am getting an early scan in a few weeks due to late mc and also my husband is in the forces and goes to iraq in june and is home 1 week before i give birth which is terrifying me incase it happens again n hes not here.even tho i feel very positive.im currently in spain with the family but am so exchausted been to bed 2 nights before 8 lol x

Englishpetal89 · 17/05/2018 06:35

So I've continued temping until today (I'm 4+1, so just missed AF). Bit of a drop in my temps to pre-triphasic level (still not below coverline), but worrying slightly.
I know I should just stop temping, and that a drop isn't necessarily a sign of a MC, and that not all MC are preceded by a temp drop, so the temping isn't going to tell me anything.
Think I just need to chill!!

purplesmiler · 17/05/2018 07:09

@DareToDream89 hope all goes well today.

@Chelle13 I am struggling to stay awake in the evenings too. Could do with a mid afternoon nap lol.

@Englishpetal89 its so hard to relax and not ovrethink everything that's happening to our bodies.

TimeWaitsForNoWoman · 17/05/2018 08:30

Hello all! Tentatively joining if I may? 4+4 today after MMC at 10 weeks in March. Absolutely terrified that it will all go wrong again but can't help but be ridiculously excited too. As ridiculous as it sounds I think I will book scans every fortnight up until 12 weeks as I am so anxious that my body completely didn't realise last time. But for now I'm trying to relax as much as possible. Easier said than done!

sexnotgender · 17/05/2018 09:18

Welcome TimeWaits sorry for your loss.

purplesmiler · 17/05/2018 09:48

@TimeWaitsForNoWoman welcome aboard. I am looking at booking an early scan after having a MC previously. Not sure when to book it for though.

CheesePleaseLoueese · 17/05/2018 11:41

Morning everyone. I am about 7 weeks today. I've had some nausea (but no vomiting) and also a really bad upset tummy for the past week or so. I'm hoping this is normal!

I've had an early scan and baby has strong heartbeat, etc.

I was last pregnant seven years ago (with a recent early miscarriage in between) so I had largely forgotten the digestive tract symptoms of early pregnancy! :(

LJFM2B · 17/05/2018 11:41

Hi All,

Hope everybodies early scans go well... i had mine yesterday and after 3 pregnancies ending in MC i got to hear a heart beat for the first time. I was an emotional wreck, bag of nerves before i went in (almost cancelled it) and just couldn't stop crying. Its the most amazing sound.
Still cant be 100% relaxed but seeing that has given me so much hope.

Got another one 6th June where i will be 9+4 my new due date is 5th Jan with possibility of change at 12 weeks scan

Alot of rainbow babies on this thread! fingers crossed for us all!

xxx

m4rdybum · 17/05/2018 12:38

Welcome to the thread @TimeWaitsForNoWoman and @CheesePleaseLoueese - sorry to hear about your previous losses Flowers

@CheesePleaseLoueese - I'm so glad you just mentioned the upset tummy, as I was just going to ask myself. I was nauseous all day yesterday and then through the night I was sat on the toilet - still feeling delicate today Sad

m4rdybum · 17/05/2018 12:39

Also, @LJFM2B - so glad to hear your scan went well!

heateallthebuns · 17/05/2018 14:22

When do you get your first scan?

m4rdybum · 17/05/2018 15:23

@heateallthebuns - somewhere between 10-12 weeks, dependent on your trust and circumstances.

I'm hoping to get in a little earlier due to work commitments and also worrying! But mine will most likely be on the twelfth week.

heateallthebuns · 17/05/2018 15:36

Ah thanks!

Penelopepitstop2306 · 17/05/2018 16:22

Hi all. I'm finding it so hard to stay awake. I have no real symptoms apart from this but my gosh I needs naps big time. I've had quite a busy week so am really struggling now.
My booking appointment on 6th is going to have to be rescheduled because the receptionist has only put me in for 30 minutes and midwife rang and left a message to say we need the full hour. I don't want it to get pushed too far but will have to wait till next Wednesday when she is back in my surgery before I can ring and rebook another appointment.
So exciting to hear some people have already had scans. Very excited for that stage.

jellyfish2210 · 17/05/2018 16:50

I have my booking in appointment on Monday. Hoping that will help to make this all real. Although the nausea and sickness is definitely making it feel more real. I'm convinced that the nausea is my body reminding me that i need to eat! Definitely feel it more when it's coming up to meal times!!

jellyfish2210 · 17/05/2018 16:51

@Penelopepitstop2306 I am also struggling with fatigue. About 3pm every day I could really use a nap! Practically falling asleep at my desk!!

DareToDream89 · 17/05/2018 18:00

Had my scan today and all went well. Saw a nice strong heartbeat. Just need it to stay put now xxx

SecretStash · 17/05/2018 18:29

Excellent news @DareToDream89, did they say what the measurement was or how far along you were?

My sickness has been non existent today so just 24 hours after my scan, I’m fretting.

DareToDream89 · 17/05/2018 18:51

@SecretStash 7 weeks!! I'm sure it's nothing try not to worry. I got home to my 12 week scan appointment as well!! The next 5 weeks are going to go so slow!! Xx

Penelopepitstop2306 · 17/05/2018 18:54

@jellyfish2210 yes 3pm should definitely be nap time. I might have to put a private appointment in my calendar and find a quiet place to catch 40 winks.
@DareToDream89 that's great news about your scan! When is your 12 week scan?

Noodles14 · 17/05/2018 19:23

So exciting to hear everyone's progress- I'm
6w2d. I'm too feeling shattered by the time I get home from work. I am having bouts of nausea but no sickness (yet?!) and I'm feeling hungry all the time but then the minute I eat I feel full very quickly! Also having a definite aversion to the smell of fish...my colleague had a salmon frittata next to me the other day and that nearly sent me to the toilets!! I also did another pregnancy test today 'just for fun' Grinand it went to two lines instantly. So exciting but also feeling apprehensive too. Sore nipples too! Shock

PumpkinPatch000 · 17/05/2018 19:36

Hello All!

I was hoping I could join the group? I got my BFP last night and feeling super excited and nervous. I'm not entirely sure of the due date as my cycles have been odd since a MC but i think the 26th January. Does anyone else have the same due date?

How are you all feeling? x

jadem1990 · 17/05/2018 19:52

Hi guys, anxiously joining this group as I am 5w today. We lost our first around the same time so I feel like a nervous wreck. Fingers crossed the baby arrives healthily around Jan 17th x
