Anyone else had a positive test recently and due in January 2019? Natural cycles says I'm due 3rd Jan 😊 would be lovely to hear others in the same boat!

Currently 4+2 so really early days still.

So glad I'm not the only worried one. Stats say that only 2% of women have a MC twice in a row so I'm holding on to that. Is everyone having tons of symptoms? I'm worried I have none! I had some last week but they are easing off... Mainly sore nipples, tired and cramps last week. These past couple of days not so much! Occasional twinges... What is everyone else feeling? I'm not sure if my tight jeans is bloating or holiday weight! I'm hoping SO much this baby is healthy and stays put!!

@loopdeelou at least it's getting towards summer and floaty stuff is ok to wear now :)

@SophieStripe @purplesmiler congratulations, you are not alone. I didn't know
About the 2% stat so thank you for sharing that 😊

Went to Boots after gp appointment today. They currently have the pregnacare range on their 3 for 2 vitamins deal. So I got 3 boxes of 90 tab original, sorted for the rest of the pregnancy Smile

Doctor wants to wean me off my antidepressants, which was a low dose anyway, as it is advised to only take them if the benefits outweigh the risks during pregnancy and believes that I should be ok without them for the time being.

Booking appointment with midwife scheduled for the end of the month.

It's been a productive day but probably did too much, ready for bed already.

helloworld88 · 12/05/2018 22:31

@SophieStripe I'm waiting for more symptoms too...had one or two twinges in the week. I am a bit worried cos I've been feeling cold when all the articles say you may feel hot!

m4rdybum · 13/05/2018 14:15

Anyone feeling a bit disappointed about a lack of symptoms? Apart from some cramping last week and being a bit tired, that's all I've had.

I think my nipples might be getting a bit sore? But that might be because I keep groping my boobs to see if they're getting sore.

SecretStash · 13/05/2018 14:48

Hey @m4rdybum I was saying exactly the same thing a couple of weeks ago!
I’m now 7 weeks and having strong waves of nausea, cant seem to eat anything they I originally want (asked DH to get me a pizza but couldn’t face it once it arrived). So it will come.

jellyfish2210 · 13/05/2018 15:35

I was saying that to my DH yesterday and this morning I was hugging the toilet throwing up. I'm almost 7 weeks. Never should've said anything about sickness!!

purplesmiler · 13/05/2018 16:52

I keep getting the twinges down my side as everything seems to be stretching. Indegestion seems to be a lot of the time I'm burping so much lol. Keep feeling a little sick but a snack seems to help.

PermanentlyExhaustedPigeon18 · 13/05/2018 16:56

Ditto @jellyfish2210 @SecretStash just last 3 days had the nausea come on. Today was the worst I thought i was actually going to puke! Most of the time just nibbling at bit of food helps.

SecretStash · 13/05/2018 17:22

Yes to indigestion as well.

I feel rough when I need to eat (but not actually hunger pangs) and the thought of eating makes me want to vom. But I know it’s the only thing that will make me feel better.

m4rdybum · 13/05/2018 18:19

I'm so confused.

NHS calculator tells me I'm four weeks, but First Response one tells me I'm five weeks Hmm Ringing the doctors tomorrow to book my first appointment, so I assume they'll ask.

SecretStash · 13/05/2018 18:27

Ok I know what’s going on there @M4rdybum
I’ve just done both. The first response one says in 6+6 and the NHS said 6 weeks.

That’s because the NHS one doesn’t count the days. Tomorrow when the first response one says 7+0 the NHS one will just say 7weeks.
Does that make sense?

m4rdybum · 13/05/2018 18:37

Ah yes it does @SecretStash - thank you!

Seems like it's gone so fast since I found out, but so slow as well. Dying to tell people but would like to at least have my booking on appt first.

I'm hoping to not tell work until middle of July as my probationary period finishes at the beginning.

waitingforbubbles · 13/05/2018 18:41

I've been hit by exhaustion this week. Every day at 3pm exactly I feel my eyes starting to close. I have a nap if I can but not always practical!!! Also had my first nausea last night and it's just hit me again- seems to be early evening sickness for me rather than morning! No actual throwing up yet luckily though.

I'm 6+4 today. 🤢

kitcatdog · 13/05/2018 19:16

I'm so tired! I had a pretty much symptom free day yesterday. It made me a little worried. But today the bloating, sore boobs, and fatigue are back, with an added extra of feeling super hormonal. No nausea atm :). I'm 5wks tomorrow but keeping my fingers crossed it passes me by. I had to explain tp DP today that early pregnancy fatigue is a real thing. He just laughed, I don't think he believed me.

PermanentlyExhaustedPigeon18 · 13/05/2018 20:09

I had a 3hr nap yesterday 😐

cryptonaut · 13/05/2018 20:56

I had a 2 hour nap on Monday, would've been longer but DH forced me to stay awake. Still went to bed early and got a full 8 hours (which is rare for me anyway). I've been suffering with bad sleep for a couple of years so I'm some respects I'm enjoying the fatigue, probably won't be saying that for very long but gotta enjoy 8 hours restful sleep while it lasts.

Iswallowtoothpaste · 13/05/2018 21:15

I’ve been napping too! Had a 2 hour nap yesterday and still went to sleep at 10pm and slept solidly until 6 the next morning.

Haven had one today but I’m flagging now.

sexnotgender · 13/05/2018 22:51

Mind if I join? Got my BFP today after an early miscarriage last month. I’m 4 +6 and after last month feeling very anxious.
Due date will be 22nd January if all goes well.

Mrsbarton · 13/05/2018 23:51

I got my bfp yesterday! Im around 4 weeks and should be due around 22nd January! X

helloworld88 · 14/05/2018 07:13

Congrats @Mrsbarton and @sexnotgender are you the same person lol?

sexnotgender · 14/05/2018 07:27

Thanks @helloworld! Definitely not the same person lol.
Weirdly I don’t really ‘feel’ pregnant, last month I had all the symptoms under the sun, this month nada. Maybe it’s a good thing as I lost last months.

helloworld88 · 14/05/2018 08:27

I thought you'd both posted at the exact same time but can see there's a hour different...can I blame baby brain yet?

helloworld88 · 14/05/2018 08:28

Posted too soon...sorry for the loss last month :( Hopefully this is a sticky one

m4rdybum · 14/05/2018 08:30

Sorry for your loss @sexnotgender Flowers

I've booked my first midwife appointment today - 4th June, when I'm exactly 8 weeks.
