I think I'm really in shock you know! I still can't believe it!

Beck1988 · 14/04/2018 17:20

Think maybe feeling a bit sicky today, not sure if I am or just extra hungry 🐷 Lol

lolli18 · 14/04/2018 18:22

I'm guessing I'm 4 weeks and a few days and I'm feeling sick a lot with sore boobs - and I don't even have any haha, also lower back ache xx

Beck1988 · 14/04/2018 19:05

I've got lower back ache and had sore boobs but there not as bad now, feeling a bit better after my shower so just gonna chill tonight, back to work on Monday 😞The only good thing bout it is it will make the weeks past quicker!

lolli18 · 14/04/2018 19:48

Haha I'm the same been off for two weeks dreading it. And I just had a shower too and feel much better :)

peachesarenom · 14/04/2018 20:14

I've had no sickness yet. I go back on Monday too!

Martydog · 14/04/2018 20:35

I'm feeling really sick only time it goes is when I'm eating. 😏
I'm back at work on Monday, it's going to be an interesting conversation with the head as we have decided to tell him straight away as I think my stress levels are going to be very high for the next 4 weeks at least. Also I'm going to have a very stressful time with work this half term as my class have to do sats.

lolli18 · 14/04/2018 20:39

I'm telling my boss too and I'm only 4weeks and. A few days but I'm a catering manager so I don't want to be lifting stuff 😕 dreading it really

peachesarenom · 14/04/2018 20:40

That is stressfulMartydog take it one day at a time x

Cakelaur · 15/04/2018 08:09

I told my girls at work on Friday. But mainly cos I'm the boss. And last time when I lost the bub, they were amazing and stepped up and ran the company for two weeks without me. Couldn't have done it without them. And they knew we were obviously trying again. So I thought I'd share with them. But I'm off for two weeks now with the new puppy. Then off to Mauritius for 10days. So I'm actually not back to work until mid May. Which im SO thankful for. If ever there was a time for me to be relaxed and unstressed do the baby can grow nicely and snuggle in... now is the time!!

Hi everyone. I hope you won't mind me joining. I feel quite alone in real life as I can't tell anyone yet so it would be great to be able to chat on here. I'm 36 and my due date is December 19th. Am 4 weeks ish. I'm 36 and in February I had an early loss/CP after two years of trying and it broke my heart. I'm so nervous this time around but also shocked that we got a BFP soon after the loss and we'd been trying for so long!

MagicalCreatures · 15/04/2018 08:37

Hi everyone.
Thanks for the invite @Cakelaur

I got my BFP 9dpo on the 14th April.
Going by LMP my EDD was CHRISTMAS DAY!!!!
But I OV cd 17 so that makes it 27th December. Not that Babies come the day you expect them anyway (sigh)

I had a long horrible miscarriage that lasted 2 and a half months. Found out I was pregnant on the 14th December and that something was wrong with the pregnancy on the 19th December. Long Story!!!
After failed medical management, the pregnancy tissue was finally completely removed on the 21st February. Most stressful time of my life. Still getting over it!

I’m now 10dpo and a little nervous as with my last pregnancy the line was a lot darker then I got this time round at 9/10dpo. I’m hoping this is a sticky one but I can’t help but worry.

My period hasn’t been missed yet. Should have been due 19th April so I’m really hoping it stays away and I don’t have a CP.

Cakelaur · 15/04/2018 09:22

Welcome @MagicalCreatures & @Athers666 we've all been through it. And this group is hopefully gonna see the end of sadness and have all of us resulting in holding bundles of baby at Christmas!!!

Thank you @cakelaur. I truly hope so too x

SpongeBobGrannyPants · 15/04/2018 10:09

Can I join? I was on some of the m/c threads this year but have name changed since as desperately trying to keep this pregnancy a secret for now (and some of my last threads/comments are probably quite identifying to those 'real life' people who know I'm on here).

I lost my third baby at 20 weeks in January. Induced labour after finding out he died at the 20 week scan so I guess classed as a late MMC. Desperately praying that this fourth baby sticks. Positive vibes, eh. Anxious time though.

Congrats to you all and wishing us a happy and healthy (and quick!!) 9 months!

SpongeBobGrannyPants · 15/04/2018 10:12

Current EDD is 15th Dec based on LMP but I know I ovulated a week late so expect this to go up a week to roughly 22nd Dec at the scan. Although, consultant has offered 37 week induction (if I want it) so could be an early Dec baby!

xLeanne128 · 15/04/2018 10:40

Welcome all newbies were in it together!! I was so reassured this morning and cried my eyes out just to get this.... (see pics) fingers crossed!!!

wombats · 15/04/2018 12:43

Hi girls, mind if I join? I'm wombats, 36, currently 6+6 with first baby. This is our third year TTC, had a miscarriage, ectopic, started IVF, failed transfer, and now pregnant from first frozen transfer. First scan showed a sac with yolk at 5+4 and now waiting for scan to confirm heartbeat this week. I'm in a right state! Every pregnancy and failed cycle I've had, felt like I really knew something was wrong, a deep intuition, and this go I'm feeling hopeful and positive. Not sure if I'm lying to myself to keep going or that's a feeling that can be trusted. Will know more after next scan, I suppose.

Sorry for the long introduction and moan. Congratulations and fingers crossed to all!

Martydog · 15/04/2018 12:44

Welcome @magicalcreatures and @ athers666 and @spongebobgrannypants. Glad to so this thread filling up.
I did another test this morning and it's getting darker.

Welcome all the newbies! @wombats I hope ur right bout positive thinking, my last pregnancy was in Jan/Feb an I had a horrible feeling something just didn't feel right an it ended in miscarriage. This pregnancy I feel a lot more positive that everything will be ok! So 🤞It is! Good luck for ur next scan! X

Cakelaur · 15/04/2018 14:35

Yeah @xLeanne128 nice!! It's great to see it progressing!!

xLeanne128 · 15/04/2018 16:20

@Lolli18 @peachesarenom @martydog do you all work in schools then after 2 week off? I do! Yeah @cakelaur defo reassuring I'm guna try chill out now! Going to ring docs tomorrow to refer to midwife. Xx

lolli18 · 15/04/2018 17:15

@xLeanne128 yeah I work in a. Private nursery but term time only and my names leanne too haha, I think I might ring doctors too, how far are you? Xx

MagicalCreatures · 15/04/2018 17:30

@wombats
Wow!! You are so strong. I know you probably don’t feel it but to keep getting back up after what you’ve been through should be an inspiration to others. Keeping all my fingers and toes crossed for you!!

So, I’m going to do another test tomorrow to see if my line has got darker. If it has, what do I do next? Do I ring the docs?

When i fell last time I just booked myself in for a blood test to confirm it because I’d had a nasty water infection and the doc called me coz the numbers were too low.
I won’t qualify for an early scan coz I’ve only had one miscarriage but I will book a private one at 8 weeks x
