@Cakelaur similar to me except I also have the footballs on my chest which hurt !! What are your cramps like? Mine are mostly dull aches and sore pulling feelings mostly to the left which is where she said I ovulated but nothing too intense

kaytees · 29/04/2018 15:03

@xLeanne128 great news! If they could see heartbeat through a stomach one at 6 weeks that's definitely a good sign. Now you can relax a bit more!

My symptoms have ramped up today.. tired and nauseous (had to stop myself running to the loo at a friends this morning, yuck), it's a good sign I know but it is exhausting!

Athers666 · 29/04/2018 16:45

XLeanne great news! Yay!

Martydog · 29/04/2018 19:24

Hi everyone just checking in I can't really read the posts during the day due to having a 10 year old to occupy. Glad all the scans went well. I'm still having off and on pale pink spotting but I'm hoping it's nothing as there is no cramping at all. I spent most of the day feeling sick but luckily not actually being sick, but I'm so tired. Has anyone else notice their appetite has reduced?

lolli18 · 29/04/2018 19:27

@Martydog mines Increased dramatically lol but everyone's different.

Hope the spotting settles soon have u got a scan booked?

Martydog · 29/04/2018 19:34

I go a week on Wednesday as they scanned me last Wednesday. I just hope I haven't miscarried before then. It's probably stupid but last time I miscarried the three days after my booking in appointment with the mid wife well I had an appointment last Friday so I'm hoping I'm going to get past that milestone, tonight is going to be a worrisome night. Let's hoping I'm still on this thread in the morning. The worse thing is my husband is away with work for another 3 weeks and I'm trying to be positive for him as he is in Kosovo so if anything happens it will be difficult for him to come home.

lolli18 · 29/04/2018 19:50

Aw try not to worry it won't help anything, although I'm the same but my mil said to me what ever happens happens and there's nothing anyone can do l, which weirdly settled me a little x

MagicalCreatures · 29/04/2018 20:08

Well here I was trying my hardest to be positive. Had a really lovely conversation with a client of mine yesterday who made me see things quite differently and I started to feel abit more settled.
Now I’ve just been to the toilet and (sorry for tmi) I had a small amount of light brown discharge.
I had some sharp cramps in my groin area last night whilst we had friends round and they made me feel quite sick, hot and dizzy but only lasted for a minute or 2. And when I do anything like stretch my leg getting out of the car, I get the sharp pain again.

kaytees · 29/04/2018 20:18

@Martydog sounds like your hormones are doing the right things - and I think it's understandable that you'd want to get to that milestone. Tough for you with husband away! And on appetite I'm struggling to eat much. Even turned away leftover pizza tonight (unheard of!)

@MagicalCreatures could just be ligaments stretching etc - hard not to worry I know, but some people do get round ligament pain / pelvic girdle pain quite early on. Don't they say brown spotting is ok?

Take care guys x

lolli18 · 29/04/2018 20:49

@MagicalCreatures I coughed yesterday and though my stomach ripped but everything seems ok

MagicalCreatures · 29/04/2018 21:02

I do feel like they are lower down and more towards the crease in my groin. So I’m not too worried about the pains.
But I really hoped I wouldn’t have to see any spotting this time. It just puts the fear into me. I was doing so well x

Beck1988 · 30/04/2018 10:36

Scan went well seen a heartbeat an they say everything looks good for 5-6 weeks ( 6+1 from my dates) hoping everything stays strong now! 😃

BobbySD345 · 30/04/2018 11:17

Yay @Beck1988 that's great news so pleased for you 😁

Cakelaur · 30/04/2018 12:13

Yay congratulations!! Fingers crossed all goes well for all of us!!! Xxx

NotBurpeesAgain · 30/04/2018 12:45

@Beck1988 fantastic news!
Sorry I have not been around this weekend. I have been really poorly - I fainted at work on Friday (a combination of hunger, dehydration and low blood pressure). I was wheeled to the school nurse in front of what looked like 500 students Blush.
The nurse was a bit insensitive and it bothered me. She kept mentioning a possible miscarriage (she knew I had lost a baby) : "are you bleeding?", "oh, you are very early into this pregnancy, the chances of miscarrying are high", "are you sure you don't want a sanitary protection in case you start miscarrying?"...

Martydog · 30/04/2018 12:50

@Beck1988 That's great news.
I hope they let me get a photo when I go a week on Wednesday, she wouldn't even let me see the screen last Wednesday.

BobbySD345 · 30/04/2018 13:14

@NotBurpeesAgain that is disgraceful. Complain to the Head. Absolutely shocking what a horrible woman.
Are you feeling any better now? Try and eat little and often. I've got a salad today but all I want is crisps and biscuits, plainer things 🙈

kaytees · 30/04/2018 13:21

@NotBurpeesAgain that's horrible! I hope you complain, if she's that insensitive with you imagine what happens with the students!

lolli18 · 30/04/2018 17:52

Well my first scan is tomorrow after 5 losses soo worried !! Does anyone no if I would no if it's ectopic by now ??
Sorry to bother you x

Beck1988 · 30/04/2018 18:02

@martydog I was quite surprised they gave me a photo from other comments I've read. When I went in she started scanning & then turned the screen round straight away to show me baba, at the end she said here's a photo but put it away so ppl in the waiting room don't c. X

lolli18 · 30/04/2018 18:03

I hope they give me a photo! I don't understand why they wouldn't give people one it's shocking!

MagicalCreatures · 30/04/2018 18:11

@NotBurpeesAgain that’s awful hun. I expect you were in no fit state to snap back at her though.

@Beck1988 beautiful little picture. That’s great news.

Does anyone suffer with migraines?
I’ve suffered all my life but I’ve had 3 migraines with aura in the last 2 days. My head feels like mush. I feel really sick but I’m so flipping hungry I want to eat everything x

BobbySD345 · 30/04/2018 18:36

I got given a photo of the empty sac...

@lolli18 I'm not sure hun it's a painful wait isn't it but only one sleep to go! Please let us all know how you get on. 5 losses is very sad were they all similar? You poor thing xx

lolli18 · 30/04/2018 18:44

Yeah all similar but no ectopic just worried about that for some reason,
11.45 aswell so not long at all !! I will keep you updated with the outcome, really hoping it's all ok this time but symptoms are looking good usually had no symptoms and then pain and bleeding but none of that this time x
