Hello

I thought I'd start a new thread for people who have are due late Nov/ early Dec

In all honesty @laurexa if you've not had a positive and you've had bleeding it seems unlikely but saying you're bleeding was so much lighter than usual, no one can really say you just need to take another test and if it's negative start tracking for ovulation and trying again. X

laurexa · 26/04/2018 23:02

@Emma198 thanks :) I'll take a test on Sunday and I'll most definitely update if it's a positive!

AnotherOriginalUsername · 27/04/2018 07:09

@laurexa when is your period due? Sounds like you're testing at the wrong times?

laurexa · 27/04/2018 10:10

@AnotherOriginalUsername My period hasn't been able to become regular again after my miscarriage but I should be due in 2 days

laurexa · 27/04/2018 10:11

So I got a test I think it's negative but maybe someone will see something?

@laurexa honestly take the digital one, it’s more expensive but it will give you a definite answer, maybe leave it for a few days too, your HCG maybe too low to pick up yet and tests are not cheap!

ellsharks · 27/04/2018 11:36

@laurexa - With my test, I was 3 days late but the day I was due I had terrible cramps. I thought it was my period coming, I had negative tests until the 4th day. The bleed could have been implantation? I would just wait until your period is a few days late and try again as sometimes, its just unnecessary disappointment and a waste of money! If you are a keen tester though, buy the little strips from amazon for like £1.80 - money saver lol i used them.

laurexa · 27/04/2018 11:38

This pregnancy wouldn't be planned but I just know somethings off the cramps have been on and off for around a week now I'm eating like a horse and being sick or gagging at least once a day does anyone have any ideas of what it could be if it's not pregnancy?

AnotherOriginalUsername · 27/04/2018 12:57

It seems to be perfectly common for people to experience pregnancy type symptoms when they think they are/want to be pregnant even if they're not

ellsharks · 27/04/2018 13:33

if your not planning it, just wait? Nothing says your not pregnant like a period.

laurexa · 27/04/2018 13:42

Bleeding has started again probably just a period and period symptoms thanks for all your help and support x

It's taken me a couple of days to post but went for my early scab (6+5) and the sonographer said I am pregnant, he could see the gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole. Measuring at 7.9mm (should be nearer 19mm at 6wks plus) so now I am completely panicking as he said he can't confirm viability until he sees a baby/heartbeat. Booked back in for two weeks time but the anxiety is unbearable. He said it's perhaps just that I came too early and if I ovulated late, then I'm probably not quite where I think I am in terms of dates but it's stressing me out cos obviously they go from date of LMP. Anyone else had similar? We didn't think we could have children and so this is my miracle baby and I can't get my head around the fact that it might not be the good news we'd initially thought. Scared, worried, anxious but trying to stay positive and strong and grow this little bean as much as I can between now and then!x

AnotherOriginalUsername · 28/04/2018 08:40

@tasha124 what they said sounds possible, it's what I was told when I spoke to my EPU about a scan after bleeding at 6 weeks, they said wait until 8 weeks as there may or may not be a heartbeat at 6 weeks so it wouldn't be particularly useful.

They go from LMP until the scans give a more accurate idea of how far along you are. Fingers firmly crossed for 2 weeks time for you

Emma198 · 28/04/2018 15:47

@Tasha I had a scan at 6 weeks after bleeding and was the same. I had to go back and they could see baby 2nd time it was just a bit early x

tasha124 · 28/04/2018 16:05

@Emma198 @AnotherOriginalUsername thank you both! Keep everything crossed for me. Glad you're both doing ok too xx

ellsharks · 28/04/2018 17:54

Gonna ask a weird question! 🙈. This is my first time so I am noticing EVERYTHING. Has anyone's vaginas changed? 😂 like with me, it keeps swelling up at every slight touch 😳

AnotherOriginalUsername · 28/04/2018 18:56

@ellsharks I don't think so, but then again I've not let my husband anywhere near since conception 😂

ellsharks · 28/04/2018 19:01

@AnotherOriginalUsername Oh there's a lot of funny goings on down there but I am trying 😂!

Emma198 · 28/04/2018 19:28

My belly is massive today! Blush

AnotherOriginalUsername · 28/04/2018 19:30

Mines been massive for the last 2 years 🙄

Scan tomorrow. Equal parts excited and terrified currently.

Emma198 · 28/04/2018 19:44

Haha.

I know the feeling well. Hope it goes well. X

firstgo1984 · 28/04/2018 19:59

Hi all, haven't had chance to read back through. I am now 8+6 and feeling pretty rough most days from about 11.30am onwards. Usually sick once around 7pm just before dinner!
Hoping this will pass soon!

Emma198 · 29/04/2018 07:31

Good luck today @another. Xx

@first I think this week and next are usually the worst of it then you start to feel better. Here's hoping! I'm constantly being sick in my mouth 😷. I'm bad if I get up early. If I sleep in a bit I feel better for the whole day x

AnotherOriginalUsername · 29/04/2018 08:26

Thanks @Emma198. My total lack of any pregnancy symptoms does concern me, I'll admit! Had I not had multiple positive tests I would just think I was tired and my cycles were irregular after coming off of contraception.

Emma198 · 29/04/2018 08:45

@another you might just be lucky, or morning sickness might be about to strike at any second! I hope you get good news x
