I’m just curious what people are eating whilst pregnant on an average day. My diet is pretty awful, I’m 20 weeks and still have little appetite... next to zero most of the time.
Today I’ve had...

  • Half a bowl of cereal (couldn’t finish it)
  • tomato soup and bread
  • I will be having sausage casserole in about ten minutes 🤔

All the chocolate. All the time. And then more chocolate. No massive sweet tooth before getting pregnant and now I can't resist the stuff!

BunnyTeapot · 06/01/2018 19:26

4 x cream crackers and butter
3 x biscuits
Half a garlic pizza
3 x tofiffees
Will be having steak chips onion rings for tea.
Definitely not healthy, but atleast I'm eating 👍🙄

thingymaboob · 06/01/2018 19:34

Two eggs and two slices of bread. No appetite at all

bluechameleon · 06/01/2018 19:37

I have gestational diabetes so following a low carb diet. Had Ikea cooked breakfast minus the beans and hash browns. Lunch was 1 slice toast with cream cheese and smoked salmon, cucumber and celery sticks. Snack: chicken leg. Dinner: small amount of pasta, Bolognese with lots of veg in, grated cheese. Hoping to have 2 chocolate fingers with some nuts as a snack later if my blood sugar is ok. If not I'll have a sugar free jelly.

Breakfast - hot cross bun and some tinned fruit.

Felt sick all morning and eventually threw up most of breakfast. Could tell I needed to.

Lunch - soup and bread rolls

Tea - fish and chips

Snacks - raw carrots and chocolate (not together) Grin

34 weeks.
I’m beyond caring about my diet anymore, I’ve spent so much time throwing up. If it stays down then it’s good.

pregz · 06/01/2018 20:45

34 weeks

I've had

Lunch- veggie sushi

snack - costa hot chocolate and Apple slices

No dinner as of yet but currently enjoying an alcohol free kopparberg and planning a late dinner of tuna steak , vegetable rice and fried peppers ( if the "craving" for Chinese doesn't win )

Not the healthiest but hey it's the weekend! Wink

Breakfast is impossible for me at the minute as waking up so hungry I feel like I'm going to be sick but due to the sick feeling it brings can't stomach eating - any advice for this?Hmm
