I’m just curious what people are eating whilst pregnant on an average day. My diet is pretty awful, I’m 20 weeks and still have little appetite... next to zero most of the time.
Today I’ve had...

  • Half a bowl of cereal (couldn’t finish it)
  • tomato soup and bread
  • I will be having sausage casserole in about ten minutes 🤔

I had
Porridge
2 boiled eggs
Chicken, green peppers, onions, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, aubergine
A piece of my son’s onion rings and few crisp

8 weeks here
Apple juice and marmite toast
3 extra strong mints (sucking them helps my nausea at work)
Tomato and mushroom pasta
Cheesy dorretos
Veggy Thai curry with rice and goza (small portion)
Toblerone (2 mountains)

I've had worse days but really can't force myself to eat that healthily at the moment when all I really want are carbs!

@harrietm87 I'm 22 weeks now, only just started to get back into sweet stuff but it's still not very often. It's pretty bizarre really because before I got pregnant I had the sweetest tooth known to man - I'm all about salt & vinegar crisps and green olives now Confused

32 weeks pregnant with twins

Bowl of Cheerios
4 crumpets and jam
2 digestives with cheese
5 celebrations
1 glass of orange juice
About to have sausages and small chips

My diet is awful this pregnancy (although I do normally manage actual fruit and veg), and I can’t stop eating! 😳

I am quite proud of myself after yesterday Grin just because I managed to squash some fruit in. Before pregnancy I loved fruit and veg, I have no idea what’s wrong with me! But yesterday was decent

I had -

  • Blueberries
  • banana
  • pear
  • crisps
  • soba noodles
  • tomato soup
  • salmon salad
  • about 9 billion Jammy dodgers Blush
  • pineapple chunks (which led to some lovely middle of the night heartburn)

I've been terrible this week. Off work at moment with chest problems and know I should be hitting the fruit and veg but just can't get enough sweet things. Made partner go out and get doughnuts last night!

35 weeks - Today I have had

B- sourdough toast with marmite and a cup of tea

L - three hash browns and a fried egg. A packet of nik naks and a bag of malteasers

D - going to have homemade chicken curry, rice and naan bread.
