I’m just curious what people are eating whilst pregnant on an average day. My diet is pretty awful, I’m 20 weeks and still have little appetite... next to zero most of the time.
Today I’ve had...

  • Half a bowl of cereal (couldn’t finish it)
  • tomato soup and bread
  • I will be having sausage casserole in about ten minutes 🤔

This is interesting! 14 wks here and have had:

  • bowl Cheerios
  • mandarin
  • half a blueberry muffin
  • salad w chicken, blue cheese, nuts
  • small bowl of tomato soup
  • cup of coffee
  • cup of tea
-cup of ginger chai

Probably not so different from a normal non pg day. Feeling happy about that bc last couple of months were much rougher and involved a lot of crisps.

25+2 with twins. Completely lost my appetite last few weeks.
Today I've had half a pack of rennies if they count and beef bourguignon with mash!

@cornishmumtobe I hear you sister! Can't stop eating chocolate. Early on in pregnancy I was completely craving fruit and I was eating 20 of my 5 a day! Now I have to force myself to eat it!

It's actually quite nice to see I'm not the only one that is still eating chocolate and naughty bits!

Today however is particularly bad though 😂 I've had IKEA meat balls and chips, loads of Christmas chocolates, a McDonald's double cheese burger and two fruit cups.

I start to feel guilty and then I think there is no other time in your life where you're shamelessly allowed to stuff your face so I'll enjoy it! 😂 My excuse it's 'its not for me, it's for the baby!' people leave you alone then! Haha x

Cereal
Bacon, beans and sausages, toast.
Pringles
Rolo yoghurt
Mini chicken pie, potato wedges and cauliflower cheese.
1/2 share bag of haribo

29 weeks here

  • 40g ready brek with 150ml ss milk and 1tsp sugar
  • 1 chocolate gold coin with a brew
  • toasted bread roll with salami and a nectarine
  • 2 potato waffles, 1/2 tin of beans, 4 mushrooms and 10g cheese
  • 5 celebrations

Drank 5 decaff brews and 4 glasses of water

SW 50kg, now 52.8kg ☺

29 weeks

Breakfast - 2 pieces of toast -pb&j & nuttella
Lunch - left over party food nibbles
Snack - Yoghurt covered raisens handful of gummy bears
Dinner - 4 slices of dominos pizza & 2 chicken strips
Snack - 2 pieces of toberlone

Not the healthiest pregnancy diet but I'm way to tired to cook today and needed the comfort food.

Il do yesterday ..

S-Since of toast as soon as I woke up

B-Full breakfast at local carvery ooops
S/l- Double cheeseburger from maccies (just that) and water
D-Cornflakes

And about 5 Capri sun drinks - swear I’m obsessed!

Today so far
3 slices of jam on toast and a Capri sun

As my oh says “your always hungry” haha

26 weeks and my diet was terrible yesterday🙈🙈

I had

  • toast
  • packet of lentil crips
  • chicken baguette
  • cadbury duo choc bar
-chicken breaded fillets, potato
  • jam doughnut

So today Im hitting the fruit and veg! And maybe a couple of left over celebration chocs from xmas 🤣

I think the amount I'm eating just now is ridiculous. I'm just so hungry!
Yesterday:
Greek yoghurt, banana and chopped almonds
8 inch pizza with mushroom, green peppers and cherry tomatoes
Rocky road
Apple, satsuma
Bolognese and courgetti

Today
2 pancakes with Greek yoghurt and banana
Apple
carrot and cucumber sticks with a bit of hummus
Chicken mole prepared for dinner with guacamole and salsa. And a few tortilla chips.

This thread has really helped my appetite, strangely enough! I’m grateful for it Smile even though I still haven’t done too well, I’ve definitely had more calories... though I’ve been on a bit of a sugar binge today.
Today I had:

  • bowl of cereal (half again)
  • bag of Doritos
  • peanut butter bar
  • Chinese takeaway (although I swear it’s like 90% sugar this dish)

I also have some fruit cubes defrosting as a snack for later, because I’m lacking in the fresh foods department Blush
I’m guessing in a few weeks I’ll be eating ALL THE THINGS. I kind of hope so, one of the best parts of being pregnant is how good food tastes

15+5 here with my first! I've had terrible nausea since day one and it'll still not gone away so I tend to stick to the same stuff! (Lots of bread, cereal etc) today i had:

-cheese sandwiches
-Greek yoghurt with banana, honey and loads of granola
-grapefruit cut into quarters (I find it helps the sickly feeling!)
-probably cereal and ice cold milk for tea

Before I fell pg I was on a Very Serious Diet but unfortunately a lot of salad etc makes me feel really ill so I've yet to start eating super healthy Sad

I have had 5 chicken nuggets, 5 mini sausage rolls and half a digestive biscuit.
That's it all day. I can't keep anything else down.

I'm 19 weeks and exactly the same - and still being sick every morning!
Today I've had half a bowl of coco pops, ham sandwich and a fruit scone with a cup of tea. And losing weight as most of this ends up coming back up!

18 weeks

Coffee with full fat milk x2
Crumpet with butter
Big bowl cereal
Aldi sweet chilli lentil curl snacks
Potato dauphinoise (ready meal, I’m not that good) with peas and cherry tomatoes
Couple of chocolate coins
Tuna pasta with cheese

Will be eating more chocolate, decaf coffee and even cereal if I get hungry later.

Believe it or not I was trying to go vegan or at least dairy free before I got pregnant! Then I was incredibly sick from weeks 6-13 and since then all I want is cheese, chocolate and milk. Worst vegan ever. I’ll try again next year! My diet’s pretty bad some days but I’m just happy to be eating really, it was a struggle during the sicky time!

35 weeks.

B - sausage sandwich and two cups of tea
L - cheese toastie and two shortbread biscuits, more tea
D - chicken pie, mash, carrots, peas & gravy.
S - bit of cheese on three crackers and a bag of Pom bears.

3 x pints of orange squash

Have planned healthier food for tomorrow and got stuff out the freezer so fingers crossed for a more nutritious day.

Breakfast: 2 crumpets w butter

Lunch: 1 slice brown toast with fried halloumi on top, bowl of pineapple and greek yoghurt

Dinner later: 1-2 bowls of homemade vegetable soup
