I just got my BFP on the 9th June, and I'm calculated due 18th Feb 2018. Anyone else with similar dates out there who'd like to share the ride?
Current symptoms are tender, larger boobs and mild, intermittent 'cramps" In my left abdomen (more like a poke than a cramp!).

RockieValentine · 22/06/2017 16:47

So nice reading everyone's woes and realising I'm not the only one over thinking things.
I had literally a drop of spotting last Sunday night and was sure it was gone again as it was the exact same time as last time. Nothing since and my HCG kept rising. Fingers crossed for today.

My boos aren't sore at all this time which I find werid. They were so sore last time. It's so different.

@sadie2017 I wouldn’t worry it’s well protected in there. I had a really bad fall last week on the road. Ended up badly bruised all over and I’m still going strong 

Anyone else not sleeping the best? I have a lot of energy which is great but I’m lying awake at night just bored looking at my phone.

I have an autoimmune disease called Sjogren’s Syndrome which is always at the back of my mind. Slight increase risk of MC and I have a gene that will cross the placenta and there is a very small risk of a heart defect. I will be monitored heavily and scanned weekly by and Internally Specialist from about 15 weeks. I’ve already met her who has reassured me how small the risk is so trying not to think about it.

cakesandphotos · 22/06/2017 17:07

@RockieValentine I'm getting to sleep ok but regularly waking up about 3 or 4am. And it's super light out so I'm convinced it's much later.

I also have an autoimmune condition - rheumatoid arthritis. I'm really fortunate that it should go into remission during pregnancy and there's only a tiny chance that I could pass anything on. It's even scarier when you have to factor a health condition in! I had to come off my meds 3 months before we could try and was then in horrible pain. Luckily they found something I could be on while TTC but it just makes things more complicated

sadie2017 · 22/06/2017 17:16

So morning sickness kicked in today - I though I might get away with it 😷

How's everyone else feeling?

RockieValentine · 22/06/2017 17:59

@cakesandphotos I'm glad they found you something that will work. I was the same with the meds had to switch around to I find things that worked but I'm feeling great now. I see a lot of specialist who are great so I'm pretty lucky. We weren't able to try for the last 3 years due to being too sick so was delighted to start trying in Jan.

@sadie2017 no more symptoms. I don't feel pregnant at all. I wouldn't know apart from the blood tests 🙈

hfin1992 · 22/06/2017 20:06

Hi congratulations!! I'll be 6 weeks tomorrow and if my calculations are right I'm due on the 16th of Feb Grin I'm still in shock I think. It sounds silly but I feel like even though I keep doing pregnancy tests, that somehow it's not real. I think it's because we have been trying for 11 months. I feel so lucky to be finally experiencing this miracle x

poppylou27 · 22/06/2017 20:36

Congratulations @hfin1992

boopdoop · 22/06/2017 23:00

So I'm only 4+5 weeks, and I hate this stage, as no symptoms yet, so don't really feel pregnant. I know once the sickness kicks in I'll long for it to be gone, but I'm struggling with the fear of anything bad happening at the moment. Have made myself stop doing daily tests! Had a little bit of bleeding the other day, only really light, but you can self-refer to our local EPU so I called today and have a scan booked for 2 weeks tomorrow when I'll be 6+6.

RhiBee29 · 22/06/2017 23:11

Hi all, can I join you? 6 weeks today and due 15th Feb. Time is dragging so slowly! Congratulations to everyone on their bfp Flowers

LorelaiVictoriaGilmore · 22/06/2017 23:30

I am hating having no symptoms too and the time is passing so slowly! The worst is that I had major symptom by 4+5 weeks last time but this time I feel almost entirely normal. I'm feeling quite negative about this pregnancy but my dh thinks I'm being daft... I hope he's right!

user1497982069 · 23/06/2017 02:17

Hi!
I'm due around the 20th of Feb, already feeling very queasy and have been sick three times so far, also very sore nipples and cramping in my left lower abdomen not painful at all just annoying.
Is it normal to feel so so tired though? I work 50 hours a week doing nights in a care home and I'm already so exhausted, someone please tell me it gets easier 😔😔

MarmiteAndPB · 23/06/2017 09:26

@EmilyK83 I hope that your scan went well.

I haven't tried Slimming World - thanks for the suggestion. I had no idea that it was "permitted"! I know a couple of people who have done it in the past and it seemed very complicated with different days and food groups, but I'll definitely look into it.

hfin1992 · 23/06/2017 11:01

@LorelaiVictoriaGilmore I feel like at this stage you can't win. Too little symptoms and you worry and then if you don't get any you wonder why.
I'm tired but then I'm not as exhausted as I thought I would be. My boobs are a little bigger but itchy not sore. I gag when I brush my teeth but no real bouts of nausea yet. I can't wait until this pregnancy seems more real Smile

EmilyK83 · 23/06/2017 11:14

Thanks Marmite - it went better than expected! Everything's fine and I even saw the heartbeat, measuring at 4.9mm so my 6 week ish estimation was spot on. So, so relieved but still cautiously excited...

Slimming World is amazing - they've got rid of red and green day's now and it's just one plan, members of the group I run are regularly losing 3lb or more a week! You just need to let the consultant know you're pregnant when you join his/her group and they'll give you a pregnancy booklet with more specific guidelines (eg increased milk/cheese compared with normal) and something to give to your midwife too, as you'll need her to agree that it's ok for you to follow...

hfin1992 · 23/06/2017 11:14

*to many symptoms (too early for baby brain?? Haha)

MarmiteAndPB · 23/06/2017 11:49

@EmilyK83 that's wonderful, so pleased for you!

LorelaiVictoriaGilmore · 23/06/2017 13:46

Glad your scan went well EmilyK83

You can't actually win the symptoms game... My dh reminded me that last time my symptoms were so severe that I was convinced there was something wrong with the pregnancy... and now my symptoms are so mild that I'm convinced that there is something wrong with the pregnancy. It's literally what would happen if Goldielocks grew up and got pregnant.

cakesandphotos · 23/06/2017 14:30

I'm getting a dragging sensation in my lower tummy and pain in my back. I'm pretty sure it's ok as it's not unbearable, just uncomfortable. I wish I could fast forward through the next few weeks! I'm lying on the sofa at work hoping 3pm will stay away for as long as possible! (At which point I'll have 4 kids to look after)

boopdoop · 23/06/2017 15:11

Great news EmilyK83... so pleased it went well. x

EmilyK83 · 23/06/2017 22:49

Thanks all!

Lorelei on another board I'm on, there's lots of nausea chat...I don't have any yet! And that scares me, haha! I guess I should enjoy it while it lasts...

RockieValentine · 23/06/2017 23:13

God I can't imagine having bad sickness all the time. I have my fingers crossed. I'm still on 5 +1, so time for it yet.

Got my HCG back yesterday.
Went from 3259 to 17173 in 72hrs.
So happy. But seems very high for my dates........anyone else? Shock

LeannieRVN · 25/06/2017 08:29

I'm the same with little and no symptoms. It's really scarey isn't it?! My family keep telling me ill regret saying I want to feel sick, which I know is correct but we just want the reassurance don't we?!

Sorry I'm not here daily folks, I clock up 40 waking hours and 1-2 sleep ins (sleep if something doesn't need me) at work as a vet nurse. I also live 1.5 hours from work, so spend lots of time on the road.

Welcome and congrats to you newbies. Looking forward to sharing the journey with you.

I'm booked in to see the midwife on the 17th, but I'll probably have to change it when my rota comes out.
Going to look into local (Norwich area) clinics for an early scan today and call them tomorrow. I'm feeling terribly anxious about viability.

Kpo58 · 25/06/2017 12:20

Yesterday fatigue has set in. I'm lying here on the bed not want to move or be awake. Thankfully DH can look after DD today. I'm just not really up to doing anything at the moment.

Anna2006 · 25/06/2017 12:30

Hi all,

I'm 7+5 today and EDD 8th Feb I believe. Feeling occasionally nauseas and my boobs have grown big but not sore. Had previous mc at 13 weeks last year due to blighted ovum so anxious and nervous & praying this is our turn.

@LeannieRVN. I'm also Norwich area An will be getting an early scan in a week or so. Places in this area is Pam3D scanning. I've been there before she is nice which is £100. Or Bourn Hill clinic in Wymondham doesnit alternative Thursday afternoons for £80. But need to book far ahead with them I think.

poppylou27 · 25/06/2017 13:02

Hi @Anna2006 congratulations & fingers crossed for you!!

I'm 7+6 and I too have had the occasional spout of nausea but nothing substantial, my boobs have grown and were hurting but they don't seem to be hurting anymore - I've read around and it says not to worry but it's sooo hard not to read too much into it! I too had a MMC at 9 weeks in March so hoping this is our time as well!
