Might be tmi but have you girls gone off sex?

It's the last thing I want at the moment 🙁

ew1990 · 25/05/2017 21:34

@Victoriaaaaaaaa done it about 4 times since finding out 11 week ago, I'm just too tired! Hoping sex drive will come back soon 😂😂 xx

mrsjkerry · 25/05/2017 22:18

@Victoriaaaaaaaa I hate it. I don't want anyone near me. Let alone in me. I'm so cross at my husband all the time though. I feel angry that I've got shooting pains, sickness, difficultly sleeping, getting fat etc and he's just carrying on as normal. And he doesn't seem overly to care that I've got to do all of this! Just says stop moaning 🙄

OP posts:
ew1990 · 25/05/2017 22:20

@mrsjkerry I'm sure mine thinks I moan all the time, it's scary when you get twinges then scary when you haven't had them for a few days, it's just nerve wrecking all the time xxx

mrsjkerry · 25/05/2017 22:28

I have quite a painful stitch in my side under my ribs and it's been there 24 hours. It is actually quite painful and I just want to lie down and cry! God knows how I will deal with the major pains 😄

@Woolly17 I am only 17+2 but feel the same about losing control over my body. I can't find any clothes that fit or look nice and I desperately need new bras as cutting in to me - going this wkend.

@mrsjkerry I am acting crazy and DH is genuinely worried he has 5 more months of this. It's like long term PMT on speed and of course I always think I am right at the time. Work really tough too at the moment which doesn't help.

@Victoriaaaaaaaa we've done it twice in 3 months, I don't feel like it and DH is scared he will hurt the baby!

lydiangel83 · 26/05/2017 07:22

@Woolly17 oh and I also know nothing apart from what I read on my Ovia app!

mrsjkerry · 26/05/2017 07:31

@lydiangel83 thank god it's not just me. He said in all seriousness to me the other day "I'm worried you're losing your mind".

OP posts:
lydiangel83 · 26/05/2017 07:59

@mrsjkerry no it's really not. He read in his dummies guide to dad that mood swings and hormones are common, which of course enrages me more when I think I'm right and he says oh it's your hormones again!

I am also just an angry commuter, mumbling at commuters under my breath! I have to remind myself it's not good for the baby!

Three day weekend to relax coming up :-) xx

TheLionQueen1 · 26/05/2017 08:38

My least favourite comment from DH is "you're over reacting", well I damn well know that but telling me that in the middle of this hormonal episode is literally going to make it a million times worse!! I'm so glad it's not just my DH!

QuestionARhino · 26/05/2017 08:45

Haha we've had sex about 5 times in the past 25 weeks Blush I feel kinda bad but by the time DP gets home from work it's nearly midnight and I'm in bed by 9pm anyway. He is lovely about it though so I'm lucky. We did try recently, which was a bit tricky because the bump's getting in the way now. I say we "tried" because we had to stop half way because it made me queasy Blush

My moods have been okay which I'm so thankful for. I wouldn't have been surprised if I was a raging mess! I do inexplicably cry my eyes out from time to time. And not just a bit teary; full on ugly cry.

Victoriaaaaaaaa · 26/05/2017 09:12

Glad it's not just me 😂

All i get is 'I feel like I've been used for a baby and now you won't touch me' 😩

Brens13 · 26/05/2017 09:22

I think a swift punch in the face Jab in the ribs is all the touching he needs for that comment! Grin (joke obvs)

Victoriaaaaaaaa · 26/05/2017 10:15

@Brens13 I know!!!

Bubbasmama2017 · 26/05/2017 11:23

@Victoriaaaaaaaa that's funny. I think mine feels the same, I have totally lost interest in it though and I'm only 14+6! got quite a few more months and then the craziness really starts so can't see myself getting any drive back then. It doesn't help that I've put on a stone already even though my bumb is tiny. according to the weight gain calculator I can gain 1 more pound during the pregnancy :-(

Victoriaaaaaaaa · 26/05/2017 11:36

@Bubbasmama2017 maybe it's just water weight and bloating? I know we retain water a lot now! Might just drop off in next few weeks

Bubbasmama2017 · 26/05/2017 13:33

It could be all the magnum ice-creams I've been eating this week as well! Now I'm not as tired I'm going to start going swimming a bit more and get walking in the evenings.

Victoriaaaaaaaa · 26/05/2017 14:45

What's everyone's favourite icecream at the moment? 😊

mrsjkerry · 26/05/2017 15:14

Omg @Victoriaaaaaaaa my husband says that all the time!!!

OP posts:
Victoriaaaaaaaa · 26/05/2017 17:11

@mrsjkerry glad it isn't just mine haha

Squigglefish · 26/05/2017 19:32

Ugh... Both our cars are knackered...within weeks of each other. We need to buy a new one reliable one before baby arrives, as well as everything else. I really worrying about money. We both work full time and I'm beginning to think I need a weekend job at this rate. Feel like we are having no luck lately. I'm full of hayfever too. Oh and I have a dark appearing on my tummy, anyone else? I know they're normal i just didn't expect to get one, especially so soon. X

Squigglefish · 26/05/2017 19:32

Dark line*

izzibee29 · 26/05/2017 19:55

@Victoriaaaaaaaa got to be mint choc chip. I work for a frozen food company and so lunch time treat the last two days has been a tiny tub of this #cheeky

ew1990 · 26/05/2017 20:22

@Squigglefish the dark line is very common, goes after birth, I worry about money, it's scary, our boiler has well and truly broke (luckily I have an amazing mother in law who is buying us a new one) xxx

shannenb95 · 26/05/2017 20:53
