Going to a concert pregnant?? Help please!!

So, here's the predicament..
My sister finally got her hands on some Ed sheeran tickets (which are like gold dust these days!), problem is the tickets are for standing and I'll be about 4-5 months pregnant at the time of the concert in June.
My other half isn't best pleased about the situation, understandably he's concerned for my safety, as am I. Seeing as the tickets have now sold out it's unlikely we'll be able to get hold of seated tickets instead.
I'm just wondering had anyone else been to a concert and standing half way through their pregnancy and if they were ok? I REALLY want to go to this concert, and don't want to miss out unless it's going to be too dangerous for me and baby.

It's Ed Sheeran not a death metal mosh pit, you'll be fine! If you get tired standing up just go and sit in the lobby/lol/bar for a bit although to be honest at 4 months into your first pregnancy I wouldn't have thought 2 hours on your feet should be too taxing.

I'll be going watch Courteeners in May when 20 weeks pregnant - I would imagine it'll be more boisterous that Ed Sheehan, I wouldn't dream of not going! I went watching them when pregnant with ds and Kasabian. I just stood near the edge at the back and didn't try to get to front row!

I really don't see how it will be dangerous. You may be tired depending on how you're feeling but I can't imagine an Ed Sheeran concert being any danger. I just wouldn't go near the front as there may be some pushing.

I went to a festival at that gestation. It will be fine but you will have to stand at the back to avoid being shoved around and because your at the back you'll be able to get a drink/wee/rest when you need to. Plus it's only about 90 mins if your not bothered about the support act.

I went to see take that standing when I was 6 months gone and went to billy Joel last year at 8 months at Wembley though that was seated

You will be fine, plus there are always people that bought seated tickets but really want standing. You can always try and swap.

You'll be fine. I went to a music festival with camping for 3 nights at 4-5 months and it was fine. Just annoying not to able to drink alcohol!

I went to see Kiss at about 20 weeks. It was absolutely fine. People were careful not to bash into me (I had a huge bump even at 20 weeks). I also went to Aerosmith at 38 weeks, though I did get a seated ticket for that. Honestly, I'm sure it will be fine. I can't imagine an Ed Sheeran concert developing a mosh pit! Have fun.

I went to see Foo Fighters at 7.5 months!

Haha I wasn't expecting it to be too boisterous anyway, did my years of rock concerts as a teen definitely over all that now lol
It's at the O2 in London so a pretty big venue, I was thinking I'd be ok at the back too and I'm not too eager to push to the front anyway. I work as a HCA in a hospital doing 13 hour shifts anyway (obviously I can't tell how I'll feel next week let alone in 3 months) but I reckon I'll be okay.
Pleased other people have gone and been okay though

I went to see Lily Allen at 7 months pregnant we had seats and just took it slowly. I doubt there will be a mosh pit at an Ed Sheehan gig :)

By 4/5 months most people ( I know not all) are starting to come into the nice bit of pregnancy where you start to feel relatively well. I would definitely go.

I just mentioned this to my ds, who said "No-it's not fair to the baby. Sell the tickets and take it to hear vsome decent music!"

I saw Robbie at Knebworth, 20w pregnant and was discharged from hospital the day before for kidney problems!! It was fine, just a bit more sedate than getting to the front.

If you are worried about feeling too tired, I've been to a few gigs in pregnancy and contacted the venue, they've always been able to sort me out with a seat. Sometimes it's on the accessibility platform if it's a big venue (bad SPD) which is great.

I'm going to see Ed in June. I'll also be about 4 months pregnant. I must admit I'd not thought about it. I don't even know if we are sitting or standing.

I went to see avenged sevenfold at 34 weeks, the minute the people around me spotted I was pregnant they were great.

I saw Slipknot when I was about 28ish weeks pregnant as well and just stood at the back which was fine.

I'm sure an Ed sheeran concert will be fairly civilised

I was near the front at Wembley to see Oasis, can't remember how many weeks gone but it was my first pregnancy and I was fairly ill but survived

Glastonbury at 5 months, Aloe Blacc at 8.5 months. Both fine, just stay to the edges

I went to gigs all throughout my pregnancies. I was 81/2 months at The Waterboys . And Glastonbury at 6 months.
