Without a doubt Mrs she's obviously fondled you far too roughly!
Cramps don't really worry me to much as I have a tilted uterus, it's when you get that bruisy, kicked by a horse feeling right up inside, that bothers me, I know that feeling from my monthlys and early labour, and obs MC.
But again if you have been fiddled around with down there then that is to be expected.
I'd tell them to keep there fingers to themselves unless it's completely be easer lol
Thanks re: the clear blue, I shall take that on board and keep the faith xxx

Bertie I'm sorry for you, my thoughts are with you xxx

XxbecquixX · 29/08/2016 09:06

Bertie Sorry to hear that. I'm glad you got an appointment and have taken time off work.

Mrs You're having such a tough time. I can imagine it must be so hard but take hope from what the doctors said. Hope you can have a restful day and the bleeding settles down.

Lynsey Good luck today! How exciting!

Thanks all, I am holding it together for DS just now, will probably hole up in bed later.

I passed my theory test which almost made me cry but am doing ok, just a little fragile. Some pelvic floor pain. Same as last time. DS is keeping me going asking random questions like 'Have people invented jetpacks yet?'

Whatsername17 · 29/08/2016 11:23

Good luck, Lynsey!
Mrs, I had cramps throughout my first trimester. Bad, I'm going you start bleeding type cramps. It is stretching pains, especially if it's low. Please try not to worry. I always thought a hot water bottle wasn't recommended on your tummy so maybe just use it on your back. Are you still going for your private scan? Will be thinking of you. With a bit of luck, you will be fine with the world's most photographed baby. Grin I will be fighting you for that record - my scan at 20 weeks will be my 5th!

Mrs I remember when I had my MC the doctor said the bleeding could be completely harmless (my cervix was shut) and the only way they could be sure was to take hcg levels. Is there any way you can see the EPU to get them to take your bloods and then again in 48 hours?? I'm really hoping the bleeding is nothing to worry about but I realise it must be so hard for you not to panic. Flowers

Mrs that's a good sign the bleeding was coming from outside. I'm my case it was inside and I did end up miscarrying. But when I first went to EPU they said it could not be sure it was a MC until they saw my hcg which confirmed it. For me the bleeding was not heavier than af at the start but I had cramps. I'm sure yours is caused from the ultrasound or the irritated cervix. That's a shame you can't get scanned for another week, but they must not be that worried? Would your GP do bloods for you??

I would imagine Mrs that 2-3 good nights sleep would be enough to cure any extra irritation. Obviously that's not based on anything other than my idea of how I tend to heal.
You heal best at night and hopefully if you can keep a journal of each day's pad changes and colouring etc you may well notice a difference xxxxx

If I where you Mrs I would trust in the normal, which for you is this spotting malarkey, as this tends to be "normal" for you.
After all you've been through so far, you've seen a healthy baby and seen some decent doctors, ( by the sounds of it ).
A lot of doctors I have found in the past really don't give a shit about MC or problems in early pregnancy, I've always felt like an inconvenience to them.
I found a place today called my ultra baby and they do viability scans for £80, a bit cheaper than baby bond who charge £100.
Maybe, if financially do able, go for a scan privately again?
Where about a are you area wise xx

LynseyH · 29/08/2016 17:11

Hello ladies, I wish I could say something helpful mrs. I do think everything put together sounds more positive than not, but I totally get the anxiety. I have everything crossed for you.

I don't want to sound insensitive but I had my scan earlier and wanted to share my news...we are having a little girly!!

I tx her a selfie with me and a pink balloon as she told me the other day she'd be fine with it...she's not responded. I know she's seen it cos I whatsapped it. I feel too happy to let her bring me down! I told my partner he'd seen my 'just won the lottery face'! I squealed, cried and got very excited. Also asked a few too many times if she was sure. She said 99.9%...she's not allowed to say 100%!

If she has a problem with it then it is her problem and she wins the mumsnet award for unreasonableness. Has she got any kids of her own?

XxbecquixX · 29/08/2016 17:42

Did you stop off anywhere on your way home and pick up your first girly thing x
