I just keep having really nervy dreams tink, like yourself they are unsettling, I'm creeping upto 7 and the anxiety is intensifying lol
Plus it's my little mancubs birthday so I decided I'll use the time wisely and set up his preZzies lol

XxbecquixX · 03/09/2016 08:45

A big welcome shark, nightmare about the morning sickness, I've never had it to speak of.
General annoyances like occasional sickness and feeling a bit mwah but never full blown illness...thank god lol
Me and you are close in days im 6+4 and I have a scan on tues at 7(fingers crossed)
Is a minefield of upset and anguish isn't it, just having to plough on day to day, maybe when the kids go back things may jog on a little better lol

Feel for you on the pelvic pain so bad tink, I suffered so bad with it on my biggest baby, other than a belt I really had no relief lol

LynseyH · 03/09/2016 12:39

Just thought I'd check in with a quick hello.
Nothing to report other than I think my headaches seem to be getting better. I noticed I'm not getting them as frequent or painful as I was, still niggling but much more bearable.
Big week coming up, middle son is starting school and my birthday on monday. I feel tired just thinking of it! Exciting times though.
Hope everyone else is having a lovely weekend xx

doleritedinosaur · 03/09/2016 13:25

Glad your headaches are getting better Lynsey. Are you doing anything for your birthday?

Welcome Shark & yes the nausea is no fun.

Woke with nausea again today, so looks like this one will be the same as DS, though I'd hope not to throw up hours before he popped out.

Been really hormonal this week, OH is trying to tiptoe around me haha. & now I'm currently crying over can't pay we'll take it away as the officer offered to have the man's dog.
Hoping they settle soon.

Hope everyone else has s good weekend with less rain than we've got.

LynseyH · 03/09/2016 13:36

Nothing much birthday wise, taking the kids bowling as it's their last day before school starts too and going to a Chinese buffet place for dinner. Birthdays aren't as exciting once you've passed 30! Guessing when we go bowling I'll have to use the kiddy rack as I'm sure your not allowed the throw the ball as normal?!

Aw have a little cry, usually makes you feel better once it's out! Nausea really is horrid and I feel for anyone with it. I certainly don't miss it. Lots of rain here too but I'm happy with that as it's predicted to get hot again next week and heat is not my friend these days, as I can imagine is the same for many of you others too.

Just cleaned the kitchen so now I'm gonna relax as I think I've earned it!

OP posts:
doleritedinosaur · 03/09/2016 17:18

Aww bowling sounds great. I have no idea about the rack thing.
We're going to Pembrokeshire for my 30th for a few days but not too much fun with an 18 month old haha.

The show got a bit too emotional for me but does seem better to let it out.
Managed to get some housework done then I got DS & I out to collect bits & I picked up the Emma's diary pack from Boots. It's full of junk but does have nappy/nappy cream & stretch mark cream samples & washing stuff so I don't mind it for that. & just recycle everything else. I am excited over the joules code that came with it.

Waiting for this pregnancy to feel real, scan helped but I'm still struggling with the whole baby at the end thing.

Can't wait for this weather to pass though heat wave sounds too extreme.

Whatsername17 · 03/09/2016 18:06

We managed to get pil to the hospital and nan is still holding on. Really glad they made it. Dh seems to be a little calmer since he got his mum there. I've stayed away today to give them all a little space and time just the immediate family. Dh has gone back to the hospital for a few hours so I'm having cuddles with dd. We went to Mother care today to look for maternity clothes and I bought our little one some things. Just a blanket and some brightly coloured baby gros but it makes it all seem so much more real. I am feeling stronger about it all too. I can talk about it and not feel sick. Hope everyone is okay. 20+1 today.

Naschkatze · 03/09/2016 18:44

Whatser Glad your PIL made it and the family can be together. Also pleased you're feeling more positive - it's hard dealing with other people's excitement when you're not there yet isn't it?

Dino It doesn't feel real for me either.
15 weeks now, which for some reason feels a bigger milestone than 12 but it still doesn't feel real. I feel less pregnant now in some ways.

I'm really struggling with anxiety after telling my bosses at work this week; can't help thinking it's more people to inform if things go wrong and I know that now it won't be long before everyone at work knows.

LynseyH · 03/09/2016 19:20

dino sounds a pretty decent day for someone with nausea, I take my hat off to you! I spent nearly all my time on the sofa! I love the pregnancy packs and the little samples! And we do actually use them too.
It'll be lovely to go away for your birthday, it was my 30th last yr so 31 on Monday. I'm sure you'll enjoy it even with a 18 month old in tow!
Some parts of the country are ment to reach high 20s this coming week. I'm hoping we miss it. A busy week ahead and could do without being stupidly hot the whole time.

whatser so glad your PIL made it there, what a relief. It's such a sad time but the comfort of them all being there together must help if only a little.
Did little one enjoy your shopping trip too? Your doing amazing!

nasch your kind of echoing what I said a few days ago when my partner finally told his parents about our pregnancy. It all of a sudden became so real and scary because now everyone knows. As the weeks go on, I hope for us all, this gets easier.
Try to push the thoughts from your head if at all possible. Lose yourself in a good book or watch trash tv, it will distract your mind for a little while at least Flowers

Whatser I'm glad your PIL made it, sorry about your DH's nan. Must be really hard for you all. That's nice you bought some baby things! Must make it so real!

I've started brown spotting and slightly cramping again which is worrying me. Luckily I have my private scan tomorrow so will find out either way. Booking app with midwife Monday, they told me to come even if tomorrow is bad news, I'm so scared it will be Sad

Hope you have a lovely birthday lynsey!

Naschkatze · 03/09/2016 19:56

Thanks Lynsey. I'm trying to replace the negative thoughts with positive ones.

Jpeg I really hope you get good news tomorrow. Will be thinking of you.

doleritedinosaur · 03/09/2016 22:35

Glad your PIL made it whatser.
The mother care shopping sounds good. Does your DD help choose?

Nasch that's exactly it. I feel less pregnant even though my clothes are tighter & nausea.

I think I'm so used to having the nausea again Lynsey that I just get on it with it & that helps distract me. Plus got various sucking sweets which help.

Aw JPEG hope that spotting stops & good luck for the scan tomorrow, I really hope it's good news.

Thanks Lynsey, I'm sure he'll love it. I'm looking forward to the beaches. He's just absolutely exhausting at the moment. He read me a story tonight in his babbling way which was so cute.

So tired tonight, that post has taken ages to type out. Hope everyone is having a good weekend.

LynseyH · 03/09/2016 22:52

Aw dino that's so sweet. Little ones and pregnancy sure are hard work. My boys are 10, 4 and 3, they have their days when I only look forward to bedtime but I have to give them credit, they've been mostly brilliant this school holidays. They've allowed me to do the bare minimum on the days I couldn't and (mostly) behaved when we've been out. As long as I feed them regularly, they've left me to it lol.

Thank you jpeg for the birthday wishes, good luck for tomorrow. I really hope the spotting amounts to nothing and you get good news tomorrow. Will be checking in on you xx

nasch one day at a time lovely, that's all you can do. We are all here for you too xx

Spotting again in the night.

jpeg28 · 04/09/2016 07:11

What colour mcbaby? Hope it's stopped now.... Can you call your EPU? I know spotting is so scary, I was spotting yesterday, but it can be completely ok. Thinking of you Flowers

XxbecquixX · 04/09/2016 07:39

Did you plan the 4&3 year old Lynsey, mine are 16,13,9,8 & the baby turned 4 yesterday, when I had baby Fred then found out I was having my Birdy I was completely overwhelmed, they were dark times rofl 😂😂

XxbecquixX · 04/09/2016 07:40

How far are u now mc? Xx

McBaby · 04/09/2016 08:08

Pink spotting this time so not bright red like on Wednesday.

I am just over 4 weeks so very early still. Second blood test tomorrow.

It's just so stressful with the miscarriage in July I spotted at 8 weeks for a day then started bleeding at 10. I never bleed at all with my two dds. So it just makes me fear it's another mc.

purpleviolet1 · 04/09/2016 08:15

Oh no jpeg and Mcbaby. Wishing you both the very best. Will keep checking in for updates.

Whatser - so good your pils made it. You sound like a wonderful supportive wife! Must be really nice to start some shopping.

Happy birthday Lyndsey Smile

Sorry to all the people I've missed Blush

All being well I'm 10 weeks today. Next scan is a week today (11th) and 12 week scan is on the 20th.

McBaby · 04/09/2016 08:18

Good luck with scan today jpeg2.

LynseyH · 04/09/2016 08:41

Morning all xxbec yes I planned them. There are only 10 months between them and they are the best of friends. We didn't quite expect to fall pregnant with youngest so quickly but so glad we did.
Just gutted they didn't fall in the same school year. It's going to be a big change for them being split up.

mcbaby I can't think of anything to say that will help but I have everything crossed for you.

Wanted to say good luck again jpeg.

Happy birthday lynsey! Have a great day!

mcbaby the doctor told me sometimes you spot around when your period is due... Perhaps it's that? It's so frightening though especially after a MC. I think the MC makes us feel like spotting has to be a bad thing but in many cases it isn't. I hope you can try to take your mind off it, even though I know that's impossible!
