I'm TTC and 10 days after ovulating, took a pregnancy test and I don't know if my eyes are
playing tricks on me from desperately wanting to be pregnant or if it's just still too early too tell, the first day of my last period was the 25th Jan, so I'm due febs period on Monday but I'm just too egar.
Took this test and downloaded one of those pregnancy test checkers and inverted the colours and I just wanted someone opinion on if I should retest in a few days, if it's a false negative, positive but faint or if I'm just looking the plot!!! There must be someone who's done this too 🙊😍😭❤️

Congratulations!! thank you for your kind advice, I just see so many people get pregnant without even wanting and trying and I just wish it could be that easy for everyone! I don't feel like a proper women if I can't have a baby, which is quite a sad life to live! I guess I'll just keep having fun and not so much science and calculating before we have sex haha xxx

I know how that feels and it was heartbreaking to think that I might not be able to give my DP what we both wanted. It was stressful. I spent ages peeing on ovulation sticks and feeling down hearted if we didn't have sex on the exact day my app said we should and such.

Once you stop getting hung up on it it seems to happen. Everyone said this to me and it's actually true. It's not easy to do granted, but it's what worked for us.

Don't Google anything and don't think any symptom is pregnancy. It was horrible making myself sob once a month and feeling like a failure. You can convince yourself so easily.

Take your time and it'll happen one day. Some are just quicker, and luckier, than others!

Not OK Rebecca.

FoolsAndJesters · 25/02/2016 00:03

Rebekkah, that's a bit dim to post that on here. It's also pretty dumb to use your real name.

Mslg · 25/02/2016 00:22

Wow... How incredibly insensitive and crass. Shame on you

BIWI · 25/02/2016 00:35

Have reported.

Applecrumbling · 25/02/2016 12:26

It seems Rebekkah is doing her rounds. She has also had a message deleted from a thread I started. Fortunately I didn't see it. Perhaps a troll

FoolsAndJesters · 25/02/2016 12:40

She isn't a troll as such just a thoughtless Uni student.

I'm sorry about your BFN Sarah, hopefully next month. As an over 35, I get the anxiety of 'time' on top of everything. Have you spoken to your doctor in regards to your worries? about the insulin intolerance?

Beansprout30 · 25/02/2016 20:08

Sorryfor bfn Sarah x

BIWI · 25/02/2016 21:18

Sorry Sarah Sad

Sarah112233 · 26/02/2016 10:29

Still no period ladies i don't know what to do! I haven't tested again since last time, I've never been very good at tracking to be honest I'm not sure 😔 and yeah I have spoken to GP about insulin and they just said to keep on top of a healthy diet and exercise and to keep going with the baby making!

Are you 100% sure you are later for your period? Could you be slightly out with your dates? If you are sure it should have come by now then it may be worth getting a Superdrug test (they are sensitive and cheaper) and testing first thing tomorrow morning, if it's still BFN then leave until next week.

Stressing about it can delay your period, annoyingly, if you are due now and later then POAS first thing in the morning should be accurate.

I'm TTC....

I stopped my pill around 11,12th Feb, and had a bleed, but took the 4 I didn't take all st once on the Tuesday 16th, but then stopped pill altogether again on the 17th. Have not had a bleed since, should I be bleeding? Hmm

tealoveryum · 27/02/2016 15:15

Why did you take 4 pills on one day if you are ttc? For some people your body can go a bit out of sorts when you come off the pill. I bled right away but my friend who i was living with took 6 weeks before bleeding.

Vintage, you're better off starting your own thread under'conception', probably a lot more people there who've come off the pill and ttc who can support you.

VintageRose80 · 27/02/2016 16:07

I know sorry, I thought I had oops

VintageRose80 · 27/02/2016 16:09

How I start a new thread please?

tealoveryum · 28/02/2016 15:26
