Its pregnany hell, bleeding and cramping at 12 wks

Im 12.3, scan yesterday was fine, today I have been cramping mildly, got worse but not agony. Now I am blleding, more than spotting and very bright. This pregnancy has been sheer hell because of various problems and I think it is now coming to an end. HAs anyone had this?

bunny, so glad about this - didn't see this till this mornign so was too late to post that I think you did the right thing to wait until today to go to the hospital - you know the system - I'd have done just the same.
I really hope things start to look up now, and that the pain and bleeding stop. Hope ds managed to have a good birthday.

so so glad to hear it's good news, I was the same loads of bleeding at 10 weeks but everything was OK great to see the little pic on the screen.
