Tell me the most emotionally charged movie you've ever seen (to stimulate Oytocin!)??

41w3d. 2 sweeps done. Mucous plug gone. Had the 'clear out'. Getting occasional BH. Induction booked for Sunday.

Apparently, watching an 'emotionally charged' movie can stimulate labour. So something really sad or funny perhaps. Im planning to watch it whilst sitting on a gym ball twiddling my nipples!!!

So I'm interested to know, what's the most emotionally charged movie you've watched? Anything that really made you cry, or laugh etc. Not sure I want to watch a scary film necessarily but willing to try that later with DP.

Obviously I'm scraping the barrel here but I really have tried everything else!

The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas is a brilliant though very sad film sure to make you cry! Good luck I think you may be a mummy today (bubba was waiting until after fireworks night!) X

You should watch Hachi if you like doggie movies. Blub.

Juno. From the bit where she goes into labour until the end of the film I was a compleat wreck, uncontrolable tears and snot. I had never cried in the cinema ever before, it was very embarrassing! :-)

Armageddon always makes me cry, how to train your dragon 2 made me sob at the cinema recently but that may just have been the pregnancy hormones! Grin
