Merry Christmas everyone! My bump has doubled in size today, I can't move!!! xxx

Welcome miss

Tomkat79 · 25/12/2013 21:31

Hi miss totally agree with saggy. Do try not to panic.

Hope everyone is having a lovely day. My one wine with dinner was heavenly!

DH has just felt baby move for the first time. Think he's popped out of the room to have a little cry! Big softie x

MissHobart · 25/12/2013 21:33

Thankyou! I think I overreacted! been to the loo and nothing, plus you're reply almost made me weep! Blush Hormones still going strong! trying to stay calm, seeing my GP first week of Jan anyway so am looking forward to giving her the news! We were going to start fertility tests next month! Confused

SaggyOldClothCatPuss · 26/12/2013 23:58

Lovey, there is no such thing as overreacting on this thread. Its what we are here for! Smile

MissHobart · 27/12/2013 10:50

Took another test yesterday just to show myself I'm still pregnant! Bah! Will try not to get into that habit too much! Just waiting, waiting, waiting! Very difficult! I'll be 7 weeks (everything crossed) by the time I get to see the GP! Every little symptom is so joyous! I cannot wait for morning sickness! I know I will come to regret saying that bit at the minute every symptom is telling me it's going the right way! Grin

SaggyOldClothCatPuss · 27/12/2013 11:50

Step away from the tests!
Wink
I'm staying in bed today. Possibly ALL day! Bliss!
I was a bit sad yesterday, it was the day we conceived last year and this whole roller coaster began. Its crap realising that you started the year pg and are ending it pg! Although if the naff 2013 brings 2014 with a lovely baby in it, it's got to be worth it and all of the heartache.
Thanks guys to all of you for being there. Love you loads. xxxx Smile

MissMedusa · 27/12/2013 12:16

Hugs saggy
I had a similar wobble when I realised I've been pregnant 10 out of the last 14 months and I barely even have a bump, let alone a baby, to show for it.

SaggyOldClothCatPuss · 27/12/2013 12:37

let's all get cyber pissed today and drown our sorrows? Wink

MissMedusa · 27/12/2013 16:53

I wish. DH bought some alcohol free sparkling wine for me. Basically fizzy grape juice Hmm

fod27 · 27/12/2013 19:11

Hope everyone is ok and pregnancies are progressing well - sorry if I've missed anything xxxx

Merry Christmas!!!!

Pixielady83 · 27/12/2013 23:20

belated happy Christmas ladies Xmas Grin hope you've all had a good one. DD had a brilliant time, I had a rather strained few days with my mum which makes me Sad as we have got on for several years but seem to be very fractious with each other at the moment. Got ILs arriving next. Gotta love extended family time eh Confused makes me long for large amounts of bubbly to numb the pain!

Welcome missh hope it is a very smooth pregnancy for you Smile

saggy I had that sudden realisation as well looking at my new calendar that in about a week's time I will be at the starting point of my mmc pregnancy from last year. It feels so odd to still be pregnant but thank goodness this one is still doing ok.

guff I started Christmas day able to do up my coat but can no longer! Grin

choc good to hear from you- hope the sleep deprivation improves soon, I'm quite scared of entering that world again!

baby pixie is still the wrong way, kicks into left hip and head wedged under ribs, how rude. Need to get more disciplined about time on hands and knees to try and turn it but I've been stuffing my face too much to feel remotely comfortable like that and I do not want to encourage heartburn any further!

alyant79 · 28/12/2013 09:24

Hi all from oz. move went fine guys thanks for asking. We flew out of heathrow just in time I suspect.
6+2 today. Sometimes feeling a bit ill but mostly symptom free... Going to locate a gp on Monday to get referred for an early scan I hope. Will go mad otherwise.

kjh5 · 28/12/2013 09:39

Merry Christmas ladies! Hope everyone was as bad as I was and ate far too much. DH and I seem to think we'll go into a coma if we stop eating chocolate, a bowlful of Quality Street is fast becoming my fourth meal of the day!

Fod we went pram shopping yesterday! And after a Mothercare, Mamas and Papas marathon, we eventually walked out of kiddicare with a 'travel system' Shock. I had a bit of a moment of panic as we drove home that we'll never get to use it, but the sprog is moving around and kicking away so much I managed to calm down before the hysterics began!

I can't believe how much cute stuff is out there! Or how much we have to get, two more weeks and I am into the third trimester - The Final Countdown is playing in my head!

MissHobart · 28/12/2013 09:43

Damn It. Heavy bleeding and cramps this morning, I do believe it is my second mc. We are devastated. Going you crawl into a hole and cry for the rest of the day. I will be de-camping over to the conception forum. Thankyou for the support, I'll hopefully be back soon.

kjh5 · 28/12/2013 09:45

Aly so glad the move went well!

Welcome Miss everyone on here is just fabulous and got me through the second half of last year, no idea what I would have done without them :)

fod27 · 28/12/2013 10:20

We were there yesterday KJH but the travel system we liked came without a cat seat base so DH says that's a big no no.... Which did you opt for?

fod27 · 28/12/2013 10:34

mishobart I'm so so sorry to hear your news, my thoughts are with you, I hope you have RL support xxxx

MissHobart · 28/12/2013 10:56

Thanks FOD. I do, husband is here, also upset of course but we'll get through it together.

fod27 · 28/12/2013 11:02

It's a soul destroying time for you both, you still have each other - talk things through as and when you can xxxx maybe your GP can find some answers and save you from going through this again x

Louzul · 28/12/2013 11:26

Oh Miss. So sorry. Lots of love. Xxx Thanks

Louzul · 28/12/2013 11:30

Hope everyone is ok, and had a lovely Christmas. Staying a few days with my parents in the shires, which after one night is fine but let's see how we fare after another 2!! All my blood tests came back fine which is some good news. Now count down to 12 week scan on the 6th. Ekkkk.

Pixielady83 · 28/12/2013 12:49

missh so sorry. thinking of you. I hope we see you back here again soon Thanks

SaggyOldClothCatPuss · 28/12/2013 17:26

I'm so sorry MissHobart. Flowers

MissHobart · 28/12/2013 17:59

Thanks everyone, Husband being very supportive, as are my close frineds who knew (2 of whom are pregnant, one about to drop Hmm . Husband says to treat it like a failed attempt rather than a loss, which makes sense, I'm not even 10 days "late" yet so have decided from now on to not even test till I'm late for 2 periods.

It's very disheartening, actively ttc for 11 months with 2 miscarriages after about 6 years of being broody! Everyone says "at least you know you can get pregnant" which is what I suppose I need to concentrate on.

At work now till 2am so hopefully that will keep me distracted. Sad
