fedup so sorry to hear you are stranded in hospital. My only advice re: TTC (and I haven't had multiple mcs so I'm probably not the best person to comment) is to give yourself permission to switch off from that for as long as you need to in order to cope with it again. Know you will come back to it and feel positive in time, but at the moment you need your resources to cope with now, not stress about what you'll be able to deal with in the future. I hope that's not unhelpful, I just really remember feeling so stressed about how I would cope with further setbacks and in the end I had to park those concerns in order not to unravel entirely. I'm so sorry you're having to go through this Thanks

Pixielady83 · 09/12/2013 22:04

penguin worth mentioning those pains- in the meantime be careful lifting/pushing heavy things so as not to strain anything further and try and keep your legs together as much as possible when getting out of the car, bed etc x

Pixielady83 · 09/12/2013 22:06

it won't necessarily be SPD though, I had a lot of lower back and coccynx pain in first trimester as things stretched, then it settled by 15/16 wks x

penguin definitely mention it to your midwife. That is how mine started and because it was manageable I thought I'd grin and bear it. I now can't sleep because of the pain. I'm still waiting for my physio referral to result in an appt.

Sconeintheoven · 09/12/2013 22:08

So sorry to hear this fedup. I'm sure you're feeling devastated and quite frightened right now. Things will start to feel clearer and more manageable soon. In the meantime I hope your dp and loved ones are giving you the love you need x

Pixielady83 · 09/12/2013 22:16

kjh if you're in a lot of pain and still waiting for a physio appointment it might be worth ordering a support belt from amazon, saggy linked to a good one a few threads back.

Also, I'm sure it's not for everyone but I'm finding a lot of relief in reflexology sessions. Apparently osteopathic treatment can also really help to realign although I haven't explored that yet, wanted a low intervention approach first.

kjh5 · 09/12/2013 22:21

Thanks pixie I actually had one delivered last week so I've been wearing it when out and about. Booked a private appt for tomo aftn, so Fx they can sort it out. :)

Thinking of everyone who has scans tomo - and hoping fedup is coping ok xx

Bakingtins · 10/12/2013 10:47

Congratulations over great news!

fedupofrainydays · 10/12/2013 10:48

Pleased for you over some positive news amongst my broken world at the mo. and means if I do end up a uni tuber then there is hope. Although after this ttc is definately on hold.

After a terrible nights sleep and continual sobbing, I'm allowed to go home. Tests been ok overnight. I've got to come back in for bloods tomorrow and if pregnancy is developing I need a rescan and camera surgery to find the pregnancy.

I don't feel pregnant any more. And they say its likely I will just miscarry, wherever the pregnancy is.

So I guess the good news is I am alive and get to go home.

Bakingtins · 10/12/2013 10:52

Glad you have been released fedup hope you can get some sleep once you are home. Since they are monitoring you for suspected ectopic it's unlikely you'll lose a tube. I know it's still a shitty situation to be in. I hope you get clarity tomorrow. Try to get some rest. Flowers
