Open to all elderberry grads and anyone who fits the berry criteria: over 30, 1st to early 2nd trimester(ish) with #1 after trying for a loooong time, and nervous as hell. Come on in for handholding and nub theory!

Great news for Qaz and Brodicea!!

Sorry Boom that it's all getting a bit much. I've not been through the thread since joining but I trust all is ok?

Haha at Angels fish wielding fella!! Sorry, but your message made me giggle a bit!

Thanks very much for the link foody am going to take a look now.

Only 4+4 here. Just had my tea and have bloated like a whale. Have been noticing that I seem to get full-up quicker the last few days. No nausea or sore boobies yet. Still testing daily and lines appear to be getting darker. Still on constant crotch watch though!

funkymonk · 19/11/2013 21:17

Oops was typing and missed foody and kittys posts. Hope you have a better night tonight foody and awesome news about your freebie crown kitty!

funkymonk · 19/11/2013 21:22

Me again! That ladies response was interesting foody Am seeing consultant at FC on 11th Dec for early scan so will speak to him in more detail then. Are you still planning on weaning off at 12weeks?

Foodylicious · 19/11/2013 21:33

Not sure funky am feeling better that I am not doing any harm so might just carry on a bit longer. have my 12 week appt next week, but don't know if I will bring it up. Or might bring up that I am taking it in conjunction with promethazine for nausea and see what they say. Its just for scan but have consultant appt after. Not sure if this is routine or due to previous lletz procedure as have been told I will see someone about that at some point.

Tallyra · 19/11/2013 23:05

that metallic taste is crap. I still get it every now and again, it makes tea taste funny.

kat fx crossed for you. I'm sure everything will be fine.
angelina I feel your pain since becoming pregnant i have the nose of a bloodhound and every smell makes me nauseaus. I find that ranting on the preggo rage thread helps, and the other posts make me laugh. I've just started using Sea band mama essential oil roulette, i'll let you know if it works.

Angelina77 · 20/11/2013 10:53

Good luck Kat

Kitchen still stinks this morning. Fish has officially been banned from the house.

It's my last sick note day today, no more duvet and homes under the hammer for me, [sob] :(

Brodicea · 20/11/2013 12:38

Yep I sure am showing kitty am bigger than my friend who is three weeks ahead of me, and on the third pregnancy!

Angel I would be beside myself.

brod I can't work out if I am or just fatter lol! Bizarrely I've only put a couple of kilos on despite not exercising since conception Blush and eating loads!

foody you've certainly done your homework! Really could do with some jeans as current ones getting tight but guessing mat jeans will be enormous?!

boom???? Getting a bit worried Confused

qazxc · 20/11/2013 19:48

Yay Kat! so pleased for you!

Boomgoestheweasel · 20/11/2013 19:51

Sorry Kitty didn't mean to worry you! I'm fine, pregnancy-wise all seems to be ok. I'm just struggling with the rest of life at the moment, lots of money going out, not much coming in, and suddenly working 12 hour shifts again and feeling totally out of my depth at work.

Other than that, all is good - honest!

Kat lovely news about your scan today xxx

BlindKitty · 20/11/2013 20:08

boom well I guess you do have a lot of big life changes going on atm! Make sure you take your breaks and speak to your manager if it gets too much. X

qazxc · 20/11/2013 20:19

Boom hope things get easier soon .

Pushchair and car seat bought. Plus I may have also bought a v expensive swing seat which will prob never get used however all was at 20% off so a bargain

Quodlibet · 21/11/2013 08:33

Merk I have got the New Look 3/4 sleeve black maxi dress (got from Asos) and its my favourite maternity purchase. You can dress it up or wear it as an everyday thing and have had loads of comments about 'glowing' while wearing it. Definitely a lot of glam for £20.
