Open to all elderberry grads and anyone who fits the berry criteria: over 30, 1st to early 2nd trimester(ish) with #1 after trying for a loooong time, and nervous as hell. Come on in for handholding and nub theory!

We all know the paranoia well... It doesn't get any better.

Feather, 34, ttc since sept 2011, finally got a bfp on round 6 of clomid, 150mg. Bfp 2nd Nov

Lady, 34, TTC since Jan 2012. Just had my first cycle of IVF and it looks like it worked, although I won't officially know until Tuesday. Bfp 31st Oct

oh merkin I'm so jealous! I'm desperate to feel movement at the moment. dh woke up this morning and put hi hand there to see if anything moved but I think baby was asleep. haven't actually noticed anything yet.

Tally I've been desperate too! It's a weird feeling though. I'm blown away by the fact she can move my skin! I don't think it had dawned on my she's not just a bunch of cells anymore!

Merk sorry to miss your posts yesterday, was at a hen do. The others have said what I'd say though, it's probably totally normal but get your mw to check your iron, eat lots of iron rich foods and call mw or gp if it seems to be getting worse! If it makes you better I actually woke Mr Boom up panting from the exertion of walking up two flights of stairs to get to bed when I got in last night..

Jealous of your movements! I can hear the babies moving around on doppler so I know they're up to gymnastics, but two anterior placentas means I'm unlikely to see or feel them for a while yet . Can't wait for the day it happens!

Congrats on 8 weeks Foody 16wks here today, next mw appt on Thurs I think.. Ooh scan tomorrow qaz, hope it goes well and that you post pics straight away for merk's gender prediction

Weird dream tally - I never know I'm dreaming at all, I'm obviously a gullible fool in my sleep. Sometimes it takes me several minutes after I wake up to realise that the totally impossible events I dreamt about weren't true!

Mr Boom and I have got date day today - think we're going for lunch, cinema and then out for another meal tonight so I don't have to do any shopping/cooking. Eeeee I'm spoilt . Good job we have lots of vouchers!

boom if merk can predict the gender at 7+1, we should ask her to pick out lottery numbers.

There's another secret group for pregnant (and those who have already dropped their babies) ones so we can put up scan/baby photos without (rightly) getting stabbed by those who haven't graduated yet

lady it's an early scan at EPU because i've had 3 miscarriages in the past 2 years. I'm really hoping it's good news and that this pg is viable.

qazxc sorry to hear about your MCs, hope everything goes well tomorrow.

Qaz what time is your scan? Knowing saves me from checking for updates every couple of mins

scan in the morning, you lot will all be the first to know well apart from DP cause he'll be there

I have emailed work re meeting up one afternoon next week.
My sick note is until the 11th, but I want to see my boss about arranging to see occy health before then if I can to discuss what are reasonable adjustment and how they would consider having me back. Still being sick 1-4 times in the morning and pretty tired alot of the time but need to get to get back to work.
I have since caved and booked a private scan for tomorrow evening. Keep panicking its all gone wrong. I know the reassurance wont last for long, but fx if everything is ok it might help a bit. I was hoping to hold out a bit longer because money is really tight and the 11-14 week scan is soo far away.
