I sense I'm going to get a reputation for this Smile

CatsCantFlyFast · 11/09/2013 18:48

Thunder a backtofront baby might mean a sneeze birth, then you will be all smug pants!

Bunnygirlie · 11/09/2013 19:15

Sorry to intrude, just wondered, has anybody heard from Tally?

CatsCantFlyFast · 11/09/2013 19:19

Nope not since she was on the berry thread.
And not an intrusion at all, we are keeping a corner all ready for you

Thundercatsarego · 11/09/2013 19:34

We've asked a fear her a few times and in the past she's just popped in and updated us- same as on the berry thread. Hope she's ok. Last time she was here she was bored in hospital but had seen a heartbeat on a scan, so that was a good bit of news from her.

Thundercatsarego · 11/09/2013 19:35

Fair, not fear......

BlindKitty · 11/09/2013 19:36

Hi guys! Well day 2 of knowing I'm pg went better than yesterday! Feeling much better today! Still no tender boobs or morning sickness! I know it's crazy but I wish I could just be sick once (just so that I know this is real)

kat and1 well done on scan! Will go and looks now!

Thundercatsarego · 11/09/2013 19:38

Is snacking people on the same spectrum as lunching them?!

Don't worry kitty, you'll be feeling like shite in one way or another soon enough....!

BlindKitty · 11/09/2013 19:38

Sorry meant poppy not and1!

BlindKitty · 11/09/2013 19:40

thunder haha I forgot about that!

BlindKitty · 12/09/2013 07:08

Oh berries...question!

I know that exercise is fine especially if you're already used to it. However, during my iui my nurse told me not to do anything but walking, not even yoga. What do you think about now? I'm 4+1

Thundercatsarego · 12/09/2013 07:16

I reckon give her a bell, kitty and ask. Ordinarily I would be quite blasé about it and say yeah, crack on, but now I wonder if being cautious does might have merits, even if its just for peace of mind.

So give her a bell if you can. Did she say the reason for avoiding exercise before now?

BlindKitty · 12/09/2013 08:34

Thunder No, just assumed it was to avoid any disruption to implantation. My sleep is terrible atm so putting it down to not exercising (and excitement!)

Had to do another test this morning..that's normal, yeh?

CatsCantFlyFast · 12/09/2013 08:37

Blind I kept testing for weeks!
I have heard of lots of IVF/IUI people being advised to take it easy and no exercise. I think its a caution thing and personally I would rather do nothing in the first tri than take the risk. But as thunder said, given them a ring and check

Who is next for appointments/scans?

Thundercatsarego · 12/09/2013 08:49

blind the sleep thing could well just be pregnancy unfortunately. I think a lot of us are sleeping badly. What about taking a brisk walk in the evening just to use up a bit of energy and clear your head.

I know it must be difficult when you are used to exercising a lot. I think barking's bad news plus my previous miscarriage makes me think taking it easy and therefore avoiding all possible doubt that you're doing too much is best. But they do say carry on as normal as you said....
What about swimming?

My next appt is 7th oct- 16 week appointment even though I'll be 17 weeks then. Ages away!
