The 1st ever GBT Pregnancy Workout DVD Review Post;
10min pilates American (so she's stupidly happily to be working out, the loon), has a small section for postnatal workout. I haven't enjoyed this, it swings between too easy & far too uncomfortable but it's cheap & does the job.
prenatal fitness fix American, recorded in her living room & she's very annoying. I wouldn't recommend it to someone who wasn't active before pg, she does lots of squats/dips etc & doesn't seem to spend any time explaining proper form....I'm also relatively fit but haven't been able to complete this workout since 14/15wks, so was a waste of money.
Yplan hilariously dated, think it's an early 90's video transfer. Easy, has three separate sections for each trimester & none of them are too taxing (most reassuring when you're terrified of bringing on a bleed).
Rosemary Conley Not a pregnancy dvd, but it's not too strenuous & there is a decent chair workout section (which makes you feel like a Nana!) for when you're too fat to touch your toes, I used this one loads in the 3rd trimester with DS & getting back in shape after him.
It's £3! What's not to love (also late 90's, lots of cheesy music; M People, Steps etc)
Blackholes, hope to hear your update soon (with any luck I've cross-posted)!
Janie, brill outcome re.telling boss!
We're still having sexy times over here, although we have to stop when I can feel my bump dweller kicking about...it's just weird.
DS is (almost) 17 months & just awesome. mostly. Today he was a teething demon from hell, but I think it's more me being knackered from being pregnant then him being a little mister.
