Hope nobody minds me starting a new thread but I only get 5 mins at a time to read and post and the thread is taking me that long to read and then when I click add message it takes forever.

If you were able to know that you needed the toilet, and to stop the flow by choice, then it's unlikely.

Debbsy - I didn't realise my waters had broken and just thought I was weeing a lot so is possible they have gone but are just trickling.
I found that when I walked around I was leaking a bit .....hope this info helps

Debs, stick a pad on and if it gets wet a lot in the hour then you need to ring the hospital as they'll need to monitor you good luck

still having contractions since 2am

You still here Debs? How far apart are they and how long are they lasting?

no im still here still mega tight bump,v bad backache but no pattern yet to contractions

oh and ive been sick and keep feeling like i need a no 2 then i try to go and theres nothing,major pressure in foofy though

feel so p*ed off had lots of pain backache contractions everything now its gone to nothing, and dh has gone to work, cried my eyes out this morning and practically begged him not to leave me,but as he said he is only a ten min drive away.But thats not the point i have had hardly any sleep,uncomfy and in pain. just feel so upset today.

oh sweetie, im so sorry. I know exactly how you are feeling - it was me 13 months ago. I was on and off like a yoyo.

Were you jr?How long did it last for? i feel such a fraud as dh keeps saying do you think this is it then and i say yes i think so while im moaning and groaning all nite then this morning hardly anything just bibbles very very active still got backache but no where near as bad, and just a few weak contractions.

aww debsy it really isnt long now and while it feels horrendous trust me it wont feel half as bad when you hold your little man.

Hang in there Debbsy and if you feel frightened then don't hesitate to call the midwife out or order DH to come home

how are you going debs? with any luck all the work bibby's doing now will make the final bit quicker iycwim.

nothing at all today really nada just feeling v weepy dh has just come in and ive just cried buckets one of the main reasons being i just want a pair of fleecy pjs that fit me!!!

does asda do special gifts etc if u go into labour in the shop like mothercare and tesco's? DH wanted to drive me to tescos' (whilst in labour) claim my water's went there so they'd give us a load of free nappies - I ask u really! lol.

contractions started again every 12 mins since 5.10am woke me up.
