Sounds just like bubba needs to come out and might be on his / her way.
Just stay away from lying on your back and try not to panic when you get short of breath (easier said than done though!!)

oneandbump · 20/11/2006 16:58

Bella23 · 22/11/2006 09:25

Hello ladies

Debbsy - lordy girl I am impressed with all the cooking, puts me to shame!

Tabitha is great, all smiley - so sweet!
After much arguing about who was going to do her dream feed at 10:30pm I decided to drop it and as a result she is sleeping from 7pm - 4am. With the dream feed she was waking at 4:30am so only half an hour different - amazing!! It means no more arguements and she feeds very quickly at 4 and then straight back to sleep so feeling like I have got my sleeping back, hoorah!

Nemo - must be hard with your DH away. I miss DH when he works such long hours, never mind with 2 and him being away. Mind you I guess you get used to what life throws at you don't you!

Have a wedding to go to on the 28th Dec and not looking forward to finding an outfit that will camouflage my post baby weight - def needs to be black and all covering!! Bugger time of year to be fitting into a dress, post baby and post christmas!!

Friz - hope the little one's pox are on their way out

Right off for some brekkie

munz · 22/11/2006 09:26

deffo today I recon then for you MRS! 3pm!

munz · 22/11/2006 09:31

j's fine ty, little monster thou, he's cut 3 teeth over the w/e so we now have 5 but for the last 2 weeks (apart form 2 nights of 7-7) he's been up at 1am 4am screaming then not settling till 5 screaming at 6 - it's been draining, esp as DH wouldn't get up with him at 6.45 today so I could have an extra half hour after being up from 3-5 trying to sort him out. not happy today! lol. still not to worry, hopefully we'll have a few weeks peace!

DebbsyandBibby · 22/11/2006 09:49

lol do you think well midwife is coming here today after 12.30pm so we will see.
Ahhh poor Joey hope it doesnt last long xx
Bella go for something with a drop waist and black v fashionable for Winter xx

DebbsyandBibby · 22/11/2006 11:02

hooray!!! just been in the shower and my milk has come in....

DebbsyandBibby · 22/11/2006 15:06

Midwife just been im booked in with her for next weds for a membrane sweep if i havent had him by then, cos i will be 40+2.

Bella23 · 22/11/2006 15:59

Debbsy - hope things happen by then.
Milk coming in is an excellent sign!

Frizbe · 22/11/2006 19:54

Debsey my bet is on for Saturday am great that your milks in tho, you never know it may be sooner, I think Munz's milk kicked in 1st as well?

Thanks for you all asking about dd2, she's still very spotty, gained a few more on her legs n torso today, think it'll be the last day of them coming out tho, if dd1 was anything to go by...now just the healing to do....never seen a baby with so many spots but they're not bothering her too much at the mo......

Munz, drug him!! seriously do, it'll make your life loads better and it won't hurt him, that's why they make the stuff, I found Nurofen is best for teething, the baby version obviously.

Bella, go for seperates, it's hell trying on dresses when your boobs are huge, my top half is still bigger than my bottom half and consequently no dresses fit, pah!

munz · 23/11/2006 08:09

lol. friz - that's what I gave him last night, he was up at 9.15 11.50 3.30 4.30 and 6.30 he had drugs at 6.45 to go to bed with (just calpol) then 11 and 4 the neurofen. I fel awful about drugging him but as DH says just cos i'm a believer of not taking meds doens't mena he understands cos all he knows is he's in pain. when they settle down thou with any luck he'll go back to his 7-7 so just looking forward to that! lol.

bella - agree no dresses - after all you'll want to get easy access to the boobs - go with trousers and a smart top! lol - will keep your legs warm as well

debs - fabby news about the milk. can't remember if mine was first but I don't think it was long after it came in I was in labour, (althou I did ahem squeeze a bit when laying in the bath before hand! lol)

DebbsyandBibby · 23/11/2006 09:38
