Its agony. Every ten to fifteen minutes my lower abdomen and back become so severely painful it makes me loose my breath and want to cry.
I don't know if it's real. I'd had a tough time of it today (another thread) and have been bouncing on my ball, but now I'm really hurting and I don't know if this is it?
I just want to sleep but just as I get settled ur starts again.

Been lurking on here for a couple of days, glad it all ended well (and quickly ),

She is amazing went in at 6.45 at born after a water birth and vbac at 9.53. She's doing really well, I feel fantastic and won't be doing it again
