Anyone on a first pregnancy, and less than 12 weeks?

Just looking for like-minded ladies who are also new at this weird and wonderful thing to share my terror joy...

Feeling good so far at 5+3 although obv very early days and so much talk of miscarriage on this forum that it can become a little scary. Huge sympathy for anyone who's had a miscarriage, btw.

But thought I'd ask:

*how long had you been trying?
*how far along are you (if you know)?
*how are you feeling? Symptoms etc
*who have you told?
*are you, like me, rabidly Googling EVERYTHING?

A lot of people get combined care from GP & MW, don't know what it's like in your area
Make an appointment with the GP maybe & see what she says..?
Enjoy it! You'll soon be feeling v sick & vv tired so eat yummy things while you have the appetite & get DP lined up for taking on some extra duties

Baby was there & fine on Thursday. Also asleep & upside down so not much to see. Glad to know all ok so far. Tests for Downs coming next week. Nail biting

Wow Geordie that's amazing! I've been feeling so so ill the last couple of days, it's true when they say morning sickness peaks at 9 weeks!

It doesn't go away straight away I'm afraid (not for me anyway) but it will go away bit by bit

I managed to cook a roast dinner yesterday, wahoo! And even managed to eat most of it, double wahoo!

Didn't start work til 1pm today so a bit more energy this eve. I changed the bed Not v exciting, but I usually do it at the weekend & wouldn't have had the energy of an evening not so long ago
