madkatz everyone feels like that, i am sure it will all be fine

klou duck egg blue sounds lovely, especially with white furniture. i love the idea of white furniture but have will be using the cot we had for dd which is pine colour. i think it would look odd if i had mismatched colours. i am not sure what to get furniture wise. i keep looking but cant decide. mamas and papas stuff looks really boring in the catalogue but in real life its nice so need to go to a big store somewhere i think to see.

MIL and PIL live in leek on staffs and there is a mamas and papas outlet shop there so might have a look if we go one weekend

Hi Madkatz - those dreams are so horrible. Hugs. Am sure it'll be fine and you'll come out all gooey and smiley. Liz the outlet stores for Mamas and Papas are great - got DS's pushchair from one in Huddersfield. Definitely worth a trip.

God - I'd love to get going on our nursery but no way until the bathroom is finished... Whole house is a mess. Should have most work done by end of this week, though.

Hiya madkatz , wondering where you were!! Sorry you're having shitty dreams, I am sure everything will be fine. It is a time that you feel your most anxious as until you actually see bubba, you don't believe it's there!! Hopefully it'll go quick for you this week :)

Wow 10 weeks melly bet you are getting so excited!!

Not got a mamas and papas nearby (actually not a hell of a lot nearby!) so having to rely a lot in the net. Tried to drag DH yesterday to Ikea in Coventry as we were there at the houses trying to sort a few things, and had a hour to waste, but it's in the city centre and he didn't want to get stuck booooooo!!! Next time I'll get him there :)

madkatz I had wondered where you had disappeared to! Those dreams are awful, I've had a couple like that too, doesn't make the wait any easier does it?! Not long till you can see your little one tho.

melly I just couldn't help myself. It wasn't just a little tear is was proper tears and the sonogropher had to ask me if I was ok . Dp had a little tear in his eye but couldn't stop grinning.
Can't believe you only have 10 weeks left, eek!!

Dp is cooking my tea while I do my hair and the smell is drifting up the stairs - I'm sooo hungry and it smells sooo good!!

Such a clear pic isn't it. DP keeps tellin me bubba has daddys belly lol!!! We are so made up. We have told everyone we know and even announced it on facebook.

Thats a really good picture that is Iwish! I bet you're so happy and can't stop looking at it :) also counting the days till 18th may! It'll soon come around, might not feel like it but when you're sat in that waiting room you'll think "God thats zoomed up quick!" :o

Everything great here thanks Iwish, just planning the nursery at the mo, even though I know it's weeks off yet. But as there is not a lot I can do otherwise, thought I'd better start trying to colour scheme :). Now thinking duck egg AND yellow lol

I think I have a problem 'down there' it's all sore and really itchy :( feels like it could really red aswell although I can't position any mirrors cleverly so I can see because of my bump! Keep asking simon to have a look but he keeps saying "In a bit". AAAAARGH it's driving me mad. I have no idea what it could be though so going to have to go to DR about it

No I haven't had it before. I have attempted standing with one foot on the loo and lying the mirror on the seat but can't really get a good enough view. . . .

Oh my gosh! Just got the cutest text off DP ever :) he first texted me to ask if I could do him a favour, so I asked him what it was, and this was the reply -
"Tell poppy that daddy loves her lots x x x x x x tb love you lots too x x x x x x"

Yeah I see her every 2 weeks now, seeing her friday morning, think I will have to ask her. Better than the doctor :o

can midwives do prescriptions? you can put natural yoghurt on it, but i am not one of those people who want to try that, i can imagine the cooling feeling but i just think of curdled milk

Just put nursery furniture pics up, we ended up putting on the doors at 10 o'clock last night! :o

that furniture looks really nice, especially with the white wall behind. i am scared of buying flat pack stuff cause dh would break something and it end up being no good! last tiem he attempted a wardrobe he put the handle on unside down and thoughti wouldnt notice so he left it

i have just been and picked up a dead cheap pushchair, its a mamas and papas luna, black, brand new in the box for £80. i am going to keep it in the box till the baby gets abit older cause i am still going to get the obaby pram, but for that price i couldnt not have it. i had one with dd and they are brilliant pushchairs and you cant even get one off ebay for that price, not a new one anyway. got it out of the local paper
