OK so I'm not an idiiot/NHS timewaster - woke up this morning to bleeding and cramps so it DOES look like bad news. It's funny as DH and I actually feel less gutted second time round, though obviously we're really sad to miss out yet again.

Anyway, off to ring the doctor and get the whole miserable process sorted out. GOOD LUCK to all of you for happy pregnancies and hopefully I'll be back on an autumn babies thread soon.

Sad for you waterplate Sad

heygirls · 04/12/2010 09:46

Sorry to hear your news waterplate.

Hello purplehibiscus - I'm due 29 July too. Great day to have a birthday.

Symptoms so far = swollen, sore boobs, occasional cramps, and over just the last day or so tiredness to knock your head off.

Seeing the GP next week. All feels like not very much is happening yet...

purplehibiscus · 06/12/2010 18:02

"waterplate" so sorry! I hope you have support through this process. and we are here to listen anytime!

"heygirls" wonderful to have the same due date. I also seem to have exactly the same symptoms! Initially nothing but lately sore boobs, flutters across tummy and really tired. still doesn't feel very real and like much is happening. Good luck with your GP appointment nxt week!

I am hoping to have an early private scan (as had very early mmc in April), currently scheduled this Friday for 7 weeks but might change it to next week since GP thinks better to wait till 8 weeks.

hope everyone is well!

Hello all,
I'm a newbe in this forum and this will actually be my 1st post.
Will have to join the group of July mothers - I'm due around the 10th-11th of July.
I found out about it around week 6-7 and the only symptoms I was feeling until then were tiredness and sore breasts.
I got some mild groin pains thereafter and I've noticed my boops grew to a C or D cup over a month. THough I can't complain of the typical morning sickness, I am sometimes short of breath and I eat like a monster. Does anyone else feel hungry all the time? It's kind of uncontrollable and all I'm trying to do now is bring over healthy snacks with me anywhere I go.

My concern now is around booking the 1st scan. I'll be out of the country since just before Christmas till early January so I need to squeeze in the appointment in the next 2 weeks. The hospital I was trying to register with (St THomas) rejected my GP's referral after 2.5 waiting weeks. I've just instructed my GP to try with Westminster and Chelsea but I'm a bit concerned about whether they'll accept me and how quickly they would respond. Any advice, please? We currently rent a place North London but are buying a property in Wimbledon and would move there towards end of Jan. So it's all rather messy at the moment...

kitten2909 · 07/12/2010 15:15

hey girls & purple hibiscus, just read messages properly and also have the same due date as you! I've been so sick over the past few days it's untrue! hope you're both fairing better than i am!

mum2josiah · 07/12/2010 16:30

Hi all,

My baby #2 due on July 1, 2011

My son would be 4.5 years old and is very excited to become big brother.

Morning sickness ALL day - waiting for 2nd trimester with hopes that this will pass :)

JimmyChoo17 · 07/12/2010 18:36

Anyone else suffering from headaches? When I'm not being sick or suffering with nausea I have nasty headaches. Not wanting to take paracetamol so early on but wondering how you July ladies are getting on?

(due July 15th)

lizandlulu · 07/12/2010 21:14

evening all ,hope you are all well?

i ahve had a letter from midwife and have got appointment to see her on 15th. quite looking forward to it. when i saw the doctor to confirm it last week, he said the midwife would come to my home, which i thought was odd, but now i have got to go to her, which is better for me. hopefully she will arrange scan and i cant finally see how pg i am and 'real'due date!

fallingandlaughing · 08/12/2010 08:36

Jimmy I have had a headaches for the past few days. Came on during a 2 hour walk in a blizzard! DP suggests it is dehydration. I have upped my fluids and it seems to be working. Also took some paracetemol yesterday.

MummyInJuly · 08/12/2010 16:03

Sorry long time lurker here but had to add...due the 11th July Grin

My booking appointment is tomorrow and I'm so nervous, as daft as it sounds I feel like their going to tell I'm not pregnant?!
I know I am but I just feel as though they'll tell me I'm imagining it.

lizandlulu · 08/12/2010 19:54

8mummyinjuly* i feel the same! cant wait for the first scan, think it will seem alot more real thenXmas Smile i keep looking at all of these cute baby things and wont buy anything untill i know everything is correct in there!

JimmyChoo17 · 08/12/2010 20:59

When did you all get your 1st appt with the midwife? With my first pregnany ( Ihad a MMC tho Sad) I had my phone call at 6 weeks and home visit planned in for 8 weeks but I'll be 9 weeks this week and not even a phone call! Ive not even been given contact details so my contacts are either GP or forums! (Which frankly are more use to me!!!)

lizandlulu · 08/12/2010 21:01

i have had my appointment come through and it will be 2 weeks after the gp confirmed my pg. can you give them a call?

JimmyChoo17 · 08/12/2010 21:08

I am going to call my GP tomorrow. The MW was lovely last time and was really reassuring...I dont even have a contact number this time around...and I was pregnant this time last year so not much should have changed.

Will start feeling a bit closer to reality once seen a midwife...never made it that far last time.

Am hopeful for this bean tho....mainly because I have been feeling like I have been dug up for the past 9 weeks! This best be for a good reason!

lizandlulu · 08/12/2010 21:20

Xmas Smile how amny weeks were you when you miscarried if you dont mind me asking? (tell me to sod off if you dont want to talk about it!)

JimmyChoo17 · 08/12/2010 21:56

No not at all ask away. I had a mmc at just over 7 weeks but found at 9, I knew deep down from around 7 or 8 weeks, my second was due to picking up a couple of nasty illnesses which my dr failed to tell me about and gave me wrong results. That was at 5 weeks I didn't know until too late. Both losses were this year. Sad times but am hopeful for this ickle one Smile

lizandlulu · 09/12/2010 09:15

Sad hopefully this one will give you no cause for concernXmas Smile

cfdb · 09/12/2010 15:59

I'm currently 9 weeks and 5 days, due on July 9th. Complete surprise so still getting our heads round it. my morning sickness is dying down now after being really bad weeks 5-8, anyone else found that?

lizandlulu · 09/12/2010 17:12

hiya cfdb fingers crossed i havent had any sickness YET, hopefully someone else will be along to help youXmas Smile

i know it is far too early cause i am only 8 weeks, but i can definately feel something going on 'down there' its a fluttering like sensation. i am wondering if it is just trapped wind or actually a baby moving???
i cant remember how faqr i was when i first felt dd, but am sure it was the usual 18 week mark, not early like this.

any one else felt anything around now?

JimmyChoo17 · 09/12/2010 18:47

cfdb I had the same really strong nausea from 5 weeks then died down came back with a vengeance at 7 weeks then died down and now I am not feeling as nausea but have real trouble with retching!! overall my symptoms have eased but I replace them with new ones! Unless u lost them totally and were sensing something was really wrong I wouldn't worry. U will probably be getting strong symptoms again soon! Everyone told me that and they were right. My symptoms seem to surge as I reach full weeks. I am told that they can even ease off completely between 10 and 12 weeks.

But I am the worst for listening to this positive advice when my symptoms ease and still worry!

JimmyChoo17 · 09/12/2010 18:51

Ps am 8 weeks 6 days and sleepy, retching and looking rounder this week!

emmywoo · 09/12/2010 20:49

Hi All,
Well had an early scan on Tuesady and saw heartbeat, am 7+5 today. it was amazing seeing the heartbeat and very re-assuring as suffered miscarriage in September but today have woken up and so dont feel pregnant and have convinced myself that something happened.
I have a dd who is 4 and unfortunately when I was 5 weeks pregnant my mum got taken very ill so spent my entire pregnancy looking after here and didnt take much notice of my pg so cant remember if this feeling is normal.
Has anyone else had loss of symptoms?
xxxxx

lizandlulu · 10/12/2010 21:42

emmywoo i hope everything is all ok with you?
