I have recentl ot my BFP and am due july 11.

Just wonered i there was anyone else out there

im over there too, although think its quite nice weve got this little side line running, ha ha.
yes love it when i get my side stitch, makes me think 'more stretching going on' :)
glad i dont feel sick like i did last week although think that was more to do with the stomach bug i had. im sure the nausea will come back, remember having it at week 10 last time as i was on holiday in Rhodes. would be starving and order food, then feel sick while waiting for it then always managed to polish the lot off, ha ha.

I got my positive test this morning after my period was a few days late. I don't feel pregnant so thought I was just late (last month was 3 days late - got up in the morning all excited to do a test and had come on!!!)

Anyway a clear positive today so we're really happy. I had a miscarriage in July at about 6 or 7 weeks so fingers crossed all goes well this time. No real symptoms yet but my mum says she never had any MS with me or my brother so maybe I'll be lucky. Due date is 27th July so it's early days.

I have lots of pregnant friends and colleagues who have been lovely about my MC so it will be great when I can finally tell people. We're leaving it as late as possible which means no social life for a while because I VERY rarely go out and don't drink!!! So will tell family and friends at Xmas/New Year when it will be SOOO obvious anyway!

Congrats to all. waterplate sorry to hear about your mc in July. Am also deciding not to socialise as it'd be odd for me not to have even a single glass of something and I'm a rubbish liar.

Am due 23 July. I have a 2 year old DS. Had some bleeding last week which I never had with him - was very nervous but it seems to have settled down and I got another positive test this weekend so hopefully all is well in there.

Not had loads of symptoms - a bit weepy and snappy, and heartburn (which I got with DS but not until I was about 6mo gone).

Despite sleeping in sep beds for over a week i've caught hubby's cold and can't take a thing for it - not good - but was excited to hear from Midwife y'day (making it all so real) and arranged date for 1st visit and then had a booklet from the hospital today :o)

Is anyone else leaving it a bit to go to the doctor? I went the day I found out last time round then felt a bit silly when I had a miscarriage and had to keep cancelling things (NCT booking, hospital appt etc). Also it made it harder to deal with as just as I stopped crying something pregnancy related would come in the post or via email!

A nurse at the hospital where I went for a scan to confirm the mc said it's OK to wait til about 8 weeks before going to your GP if it's not your first pregnancy and you've had the pack of stuff (which I did but of course binned after the mc).

Am I being silly in not going yet? Does anyone know if I can just ring up and explain that I'm pregnant and then leave it til a bit later to go and make a booking appt etc?

I'm due 26th July and this is my first. Got an appointment with a midwife end of next week but GP very unhelpful (didn't even give me the pack the midwife says I need and now refuses to give me one at all) plus had to look up foods I can/can't eat on the net when I went in - honestly, I knew more than he did! He only did a blood pressure test. Is that normal? For some reason I thought he would ask more questions or do more tests?

Like Riddzy I feel a bit at sea. I've been sneezing LOADS and for the last week and a bit have been having mild aches and pulling feelings in my abdomen, which all sites seem to say is the uterus stretching? It seems quite early for this from what I can see. Just worried I think and haven't had any bleeding. No MS either but sleepier than normal and tummy definately turning into a pot! Which also seems a little early....I am wondering about my dates now! Can the midwife tell me this when she sees me next week?

Hi Fab123, I'm due at almost exactly the same time as you (probably 27th, haven't been to the doctor yet). Maybe try and see a female GP if they have several doctors at your practice; the bloke you've seen sounds useless. It is really early but that's no reason to deny you the pack etc!

I'm no use on many questions as I've only got to six weeks before then had a miscarriage so after that point (five weeks today) I'll be completely in the dark! Good luck with finding out what's going on...all your symptoms sound normal from what friends have said though.

New to this thread :-) GOt BFP yesterday, think I am due 31st July so very early days for me but got it all the same.

Have had weird crampy feeling in lower abdomin since middle of last week, now and again and not painful just uncomfortable but reading that loads of people get that too. Not doing docs/midwife things for a couple of weeks just going to wait and see.

Due with my first around 26th July so very early days for me! No MS yet, although certain smells make my top lip curl (mulled wine - and it used to be my friend!:-( ). Feeling hungry late at night and not sure if this is normal? Also can't seem to sleep till about 1/2am then simply cannot get up in the mornings. Maybe I need to persevere with an earlier night...
Has anyone else got a belly btw? I was 9.5 st appx and have now reached 10 st at only 5+4 weeks :-S Can't seem to stop myself but worried i'm subconciously "eating for two". Help! x

Thanks Waterplate - fingers crossed for us all. I have had a letter to confirm first scan on 6th Jan (AGES AWAY!) and midwife visit on 30th Nov.

Excited and nervous as I had a miscarriage about 2 years ago but OH doesn't know this. I didn't know until it happened either tbh.

Feeling positive though and not over exerting myself. Hence so much time on here ;) x

Discovered im pregnant and it hasn't sunk in at all! It's my first and i have no idea what to expect! I do however have a few questions maybe a few of you can answer.
How long after seeing your GP do you have to wait untill your midwife gets in touch? Also I have no idea how far gone I am as i was on the pill and didnt have any periods with it. I came off the pill and fell pregnant pretty much straight away (i think im 5 weeks) so my GP has said i'll prob be due in July. Will the 1st scan give me a rough date?
PS does anyone else have REALLY sore boobs! i scream everytime someone brushes past! Oh and I have been getting very mild cramping, is this normal?

hi everyone, i am due Friday 15th July! Can't face eating anything really, just bread, toast, crisps and appletise now and again and i'm usually a total health nut! it's all gone out the window now! had no symptoms until 6 weeks and now its come all at once, i feel sick all day everyday but not actually been sick! I think i'm about 7 weeks 2 days at the moment!

Have really sore boobs too and seem to be eating like a monster (do you think I'm just using it as an excuse?!). Don't fancy anything but carbs carbs carbs. Surely not v good for the little one :(

Pd Laura05- apparently mild cramping is completely normal, just the baby embedding in your uterus :)

Am due 21st July so about 7 weeks this week (?) I have a midwife appt next week but really want to be scanned as can't believe its real!

Thought it would take at least a year to happen but, umm, it really does only take once!!

Have told only close family, parents and sisters but the keeping quiet is killing me I want to talk to my friends about all their advice as I am the last one to do this out of my group. Also am well known as a drinker and am having to duck out of social occasions round Xmas as I won't be able to keep my mouth shut if asked!

Hi everyone, I think I am due sometime in July with #2, I already have a DS.

I have PCOS and had lots of hormone treatment etc to conceive DS, this one has come as a total shock.

Don't have midwife app until 7th Dec and don't think I will get a date until I get a scan.

I am pretty sure it will be July so I will hang on in here until I see midwife and will maybe have to be pushed kicking and screaming into the August thread if I am told otherwise!!!

It is good to read through so many of the threads on here and lots of Summer babies too!!!

Tea4two I had an early scan and they have brought me forward a day?!? I didn't think I did the deed then but never mind! How is everyone feeling? Do u feel the same day to day? Was really bad from Sunday until this morning and now I feel human again. Which makes me panic but suppose that's normal. Just glad I am not feeling so sick today! X

I'm due on July 8th with my 1st. I've been really tired since week 4, started feeling nauseous all day around week 7 and am only just now starting to feel a little better. I find I get short of breath more easily.

I've consistently had mild cramps as well (although no spotting ever) which kind of stresses me out.

I have the big 11-13 week scan on December 21st to check for Down's etc. and hope everything's OK. I've told my family and close friends (who live in Canada - I live in Paris) but (French) husband is waiting until Christmas Eve to tell his. I'm finding it hard to 'lie' when we go out and people ask me how I'm doing. Doesn't really feel real yet - I think the scan will help.

Hi everyone - I found out on tuesday that I'm definitely expecting (2nd baby - ds is 5). Don't "feel" pregnant at all! No sickness (yet) thank goodness, am occasionally getting that "awareness of my womb" feeling but other than that nothing.

Due date is 28th July - not seeing doc till next week.

Massive scare yesterday but all is likely to be OK - had one tiny spot and thought I'd do a test to check all was well (had a MC in July so completely paranoid) and the line was very very faint.

So did another two tests over the next 24 hours, both incredibly faint, convinced myself I was having another MC.

Went to doctor this morning and she was very nice but pointed out that with no real bleeding and no cramps, MC was unlikely and the faint tests might just be crap tests (they are cheapo internet ones).

She's arranging me a scan for next week but did a different make of test tonight and all fine, faint but clear positive this time.

I feel a bit of an idiot for crying on the doctor now! Just goes to show what a state being pregnant can get you into.

I really really hope I get a heartbeat on the scan as I don't think I'll rest easy til I have had that!

How is everyone else today...not too sick I hope...I have no symptoms other than needing the loo yet so my heart goes out to those of you who are suffering :)

hiya, i am due 20th july according to the doc, but got to wait til la scan in 4-5 weeks time to find out for def as my dates are not clear. i am on the other thread too in antenatal but it is so long that i cant keep track of whos who
